Overall, happy with the service. The server, David, was attentive. However, a lot of our food was not hot. It was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Then, at the very end, we got hot food but it seemed rushed because it wasn’t cooked enough… so for food, the whole point in going, it was lacking a bit

I'm giving it one star because I can't leave it blank, but the entire service was terrible. It took 30 minutes to take the order, the food arrived cold, and then another 25 minutes to bring the drinks… Oh, but they said I couldn't swallow my peanuts when they arrived in 30 seconds! Everything was wrong! You're better off going to Polanco or Perinorte… 🫰🏻✨

We went to watch an NFL game, the sound was terrible, the food service was awful, the fries weren't hot and the onion rings were practically burnt, the coffee was served cold, and... a 250ml juice for 45 pesos? Terrible service. They took our order after about 20 minutes, and it took another 20 minutes to get it to the table (it was just drinks at the time). We won't be back, save yourselves the trouble :)

The menu isn't too bad, but the service is terrible. We didn't pay for just anything, and they offered us a round of shots with the bill, but then, instead of giving it to us, they just stopped serving us. I understand they can't, but first, why offer it? And second, it's as simple as explaining the situation and providing decent service. We definitely won't be back.

The service was terrible. They treated us badly, tried to kick us out, and only served us what they had promised. A very bad place to celebrate a birthday. Of all the nearby places, it was the worst. The person who served us was rude the entire time. I asked for "Las Mañanitas" (a traditional Mexican birthday song), and even the cake never arrived, yet they still tried to charge us. It's disgusting; it's a shame they treat their customers this way.

I visited the branch on a Wednesday when it wasn't very busy. We ordered the special, but there was a wait of over thirty minutes between each order of wings or boneless chicken. The person who served us forgot what we ordered at least three times and would bring us whatever they felt like or nothing at all. After we finished paying, we stayed to chat, and then they kicked us out, claiming the branch had closed half an hour earlier, even though there were other people eating at another table. Terrible customer service and awful service.

The person who served me never brought the dishes I requested; he always brought whatever he wanted. They didn't use paper to take orders, and his only response was, "I wouldn't leave it there." During the short time I was there, the delivery drivers waited too long for their orders and seemed annoyed. Furthermore, after serving them, the staff would go into the kitchen and never come out. I tried to order several times without success; they only appeared when I asked for the check.

Be careful when ordering from this restaurant through Rappi, because they don't seem to understand math. I ordered three packs of 30 wings, for a total of 90, but they only delivered three boxes with 10 wings each. Given the price, it was obvious I should have ordered more than 30 wings. Clearly, neither the restaurant nor the app took responsibility.

I ordered through Uber Eats, the wings were a failure, the 10-pack comes with 5 wings cut in half (and even between 3), maybe to go to the "eat all" it's worth it to cut a wing in 3 halves, but how sad when my order arrived

I ordered through Uber and several wings came raw from the center, Uber could not give me a refund, they said it was the direct responsibility of the establishment, they gave me the store number but they never responded :( I just want my money back for a product that I could not consume since after seeing that several wings came like that I did not feel like eating them anymore. I hope you can give me a solution.

Really poor service, the place was empty and took 15 minutes to take the order, once we had ordered, took 15 minutes to get the drinks, after that, the waiter never came back to our table. We had to ask the cleaning lady for assistance. Really bad customer service bad ☹️
