LOVE SugarBears. I got a cake for my Mom's 80th birthday. She wanted something everyone at her party could eat so we got a delicious vegan and gluten free oreo cake. And you would NEVER know. SugarBears is the BEST. I came in for some birthday cupcakes, and Renato, Patti, Jun, and the whole team took care of me like family. They did a special last-minute request of blue icing, which Patti whipped up even before I finished placing my order. Renato added super cute decor to my cupcakes, and they just added so much joy to my birthday. And the cupcakes are DELICIOUS!Absolutely recommend!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about SugarBears Sweet Provisions! I had an early morning cupcake emergency for a client because I was dropping off a car at the airport for them through my company, We Truk, and I wanted to surprise them by leaving the cupcakes in the car for when they arrived. I found myself driving by the store at 7 AM, and they weren’t supposed to open until 9 AM. But when I knocked on the door, the lady inside saw the urgency in my situation and graciously opened up early for me. Not only was she extremely nice and personable, but the entire staff was also incredibly accommodating. The cupcakes? Absolutely divine. My client was thrilled, and I got to play the hero. Thank you, SugarBears, for saving the day and for your wonderful hospitality. I might just show up early again next time!

I just love these cupcakes!! They are so flavorful and moist and not too sugary sweet. Cupcakes are such a comfort food for me and these never fail to bring me to my happy place. I’ve tried a bunch of flavors and love them all but if I was forced to choose, my top favorites are Truffle and Chocolate Peanut Butter. So good! Chocolate is always the winner for me so it’s always surprising when a non-chocolate flavor like Lemon or Churro almost made cut instead ;) Definitely check this place out to fulfill your next sweet tooth craving!

This place is awesome! My partner and I recently tied the knot in La Jolla and we had the great fortune of working with SugarBears to provide our cake and desserts. The owners were very prompt and easy to communicate with, and when we met them at one of our venue’s events, they were incredibly kind and warm. When my partner picked up our tasting box from their brick and mortar location in Encinitas, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my partner’s long list of allergies. On top of all that, their desserts are absolutely amazing! It’s been so hard deciding which is my favorite flavor between peanut butter chocolate, lemon, carrot cake, tuxedo, and strawberry. Now that I think about it, I think my favorite flavor is whichever one I’m eating at the moment. If you are working with SugarBears for a wedding, may I suggest the “small cake and cupcakes” option? You get a large variety of flavors for your guests, and SugarBears delivers plenty for everyone. But even if you go the more traditional cake route, you won’t be disappointed by whichever flavor your choose. In summary: high-quality desserts from top-quality folks. If you haven’t stopped in here for some sugar yet, make it a priority!

I asked one of the ladies if she would customize a cupcake for me because I need gluten-free, and I was also craving chocolate on chocolate. And she went ahead and did it for me on the spot. While checking out I decided to try one of the gluten-free caramel frosted brownies. Good Lord this is the most delicious brownie I have ever had in my life. It is very sweet and I need to eat it in small portions rather than inhaling it in one sitting. Otherwise, I will definitely get a stomach ache, but it may be worth it because it is so freaking delicious.

The cupcake was moist and the frosting was delicious! Great cupcake place, I would highly recommend! There is no place to sit inside unfortunately.

Nice shot! I think the cupcakes could be a little bit bigger but nonetheless they were very tasty. I don't mean big like Costco size but just a little bit bigger. 👍
