My most favorite place to eat. Nina is such a sweet woman. It's always a joy coming in and having a meal being served with so much love, warmth and excitement. The place is ALWAYS clean when we come. On that note for a Chinese restaurant to make a viet dish yeah its bangin i can say one of the best if not the best taste in town for pho! Definitely come and enjoy! You won't regret it.
Excellent traditional Chinese food. Tons of options. Very caring owners who are super accommodating. Some people may complain the fried rice is burnt, but it’s barbecued, and exceptionally good.
This place is just awesome. Moved to the area 6 months ago, and have tried 4-5 different Chinese places. This place is my favorite. The lady who received my order was top notch. It was refreshing to interact with someone so enthusiastic and respectful. I got the Schezuan Chicken and Egg Rolls, wow they were good.
The best Chinese food place in the Binghamton area I'm not kidding. The only thing is that if you come during the dinner hour or lunch you'll probably have slow service. But everything else is great, they have snacks before and after your meal for free, and free oranges at the end.
Amazing food with lots of authentic Chinese dishes. The shrimp in black bean sauce is always a must. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We have come with my one year old granddaughter and my 95 year old mother and everyone had a great time and loved the food. When my kids visit from Washington, DC and NYC, they always want to go to China Lake.
Everything we ordered was delicious. Shrimp and broccoli were so fresh and the dumplings... lord have mercy those dumplings👏🙌 crab rangoons were also great. Definitely recommend 👌
Run by a husband and wife team, this restaurant is know among the Binghamton folks for its delectable selection of traditional Chinese food. Do not go there expecting General Tso's chicken or Beef and Broccoli. If you are unfamiliar with the menu, allow the lovely matron there to pick the for for you. They served quickly, and the portions were good for the rates. The serve rice along with each dish. Though they have available seating during this phase of covid reopening, you may want to check ahead before you go. In pre-covid times, it used to be impossible to get a table as a walk-in because of its popularity.
We ♥️ You Nina Nina is the Best
Very nice people dedicated to what they do. The food is very good different from original Chinese takeout it's dine-in for a nice cozy meal and a nice environment.
ACTUAL authentic chinese food. Check the picture I attached of their traditional menu. They have a dish with jelly fish! Who even knew that was a thing!? Don't worry, they have the Americanized classics we have all come to know and love too. But even those are done in a higher quality way that separates it from your average Chinese place. Just take the egg rolls in the combo platters as a quick example. They have less cabbage filler and more meat and they do beef and shrimp instead of pork. Everything is super fresh. I watched them start cutting up snow peas that got delivered right in front of me. And they give you a fresh orange after the meal with your fortune cookie. It is just this little old couple. The husband cooks and the wife handles the business from what I could tell. Only downsides are it is a little more expensive than your average Chinese place and service is slow since it is just the two of them. But both of those are necessary sacrifices for a genuine and high quality operation. I am not sure if they have anyone for succession after their time comes, so eat there while you can.

Stopped here a few times summer 2024 and visited again August 2025. The woman immediately remember us and what we order a year ago. The Pho is amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Menu has many diverse options. Food is delicious. Complimentary tea always sets the mood. Food arrives quickly and is delicious. Prices are very affordable. Parking is easy and seats are comfortable. Must visit.
Recommended to us by a student in Ithaca who said this place has a full menu of great options including House Special Pho. P1, get it! It was so good and just before dinner time it was quiet and relaxing inside. Friendly conversation with strong, hot tea. If I lived nearby I would go often.
nina was so sweet! food was really good and affordable❤️ sweet family owned place
Husband and I have only done takeout before but we love the food and they are so very very nice! The lady I usually see when I pick up is very sweet. She also called us in regards to our GrubHub order which is so kind to check up on things and update us. I remember visiting this place when I was in high school with my best friend who was a Chinese exchange student. She loved it and we went because we heard they also had authentic offerings alongside the typical Chinese-American foods. The lady is also very kind when I pick up DoorDash orders (my side job).
Ordered Egg Drop Soup, Vegetable Egg Rolls, Egg Rolls and Fried Wontons for delivery. Food was hot and tasty. Good position sizes. Uber Eats was quick.
Really good food (mix of American-Chinese and more traditional dishes) I got the pho but plan to try the lanzhou noodle soup next time - its the only place ive seen it available in binghamton! sweetest owners too, very kind and attentive.

Chinese food takeout is a go-to comfort meal that never disappoints. With its variety of savory, flavorful dishes and generous portions, it’s both tasty and filling. One of the classic highlights is the combination plate—often featuring sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and an egg roll. The chicken is perfectly crispy, coated in a tangy, sweet glaze that’s both rich and addictive. The fried rice comes packed with diced vegetables, scrambled egg, and bits of pork or chicken, bringing every bite to life. Another fan favorite is General Tso’s chicken: tender chunks of chicken in a sweet, spicy sauce that clings to the crispy batter. It pairs perfectly with lo mein, where soft, chewy noodles soak up a garlicky soy-based sauce and mingle with stir-fried vegetables. No Chinese takeout meal feels complete without soup. Wonton soup is a top pick—light, clear broth with pork-filled wontons that melt in your mouth. Hot and sour soup is another standout, thick and bold, with tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots offering texture and flavor. Chinese takeout offers a rich experience full of flavor and comfort. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you full, satisfied, and already planning your next order.
Worst Chinese food experience in my life. Pork fried rice was actually burnt fried rice. The second i opened the tray all i smelt was burnt food. Literally inedible. The rice alone makes this the worst experience. My sesame chicken was ok but the rice killed my mood. I would not recommend to my worst enemy

i didn’t even step foot into this business and now i don’t want to. i go to the lash place next door and i pulled into a parking spot in front of said lash place. i literally put my car in park and turned it off and this woman stormed up to my car and started knocking on my windows yelling “you can’t park here go park over there”. first of all, who’s to say i’m not going to eat at your restaurant? i was in the spot for less than a minute. second, this is an unmarked parking spot. there is a sign in the spot next to this one which i attached a photo of. and it’s also in front of the business i’m going to not your restaurant. i’m not the only person this has happened to. be careful even parking near this business or you might have to deal with some random old lady screaming at you :)
Awful. Spent $20 for chewy, fatty beef that didn't taste good at all. Dingy atmospehre inside but I actually didn't mind that. The wanton soup was ok.
The female owner is extremely rude and behaves very disrespectfully toward customers. She also raises her voice and yells, creating an atmosphere where it feels like she is abusing her position of authority. She does not even allow customers to remain inside the restaurant while waiting to pick up their takeout orders. It would be best to avoid this restaurant.
Food resembles fast food, Chinese American and is unfortunately not the real deal. Hostess is extremely rude and overbearing to delivery pickups. Is also short-tempered towards customers and overcorrective. I would avoid this place as much as possible and instead possibly order from Red chili in vestal instead. They have a much cleaner facility and the food is much better.
