Original plan was to go somewhere else but they turned us away. Desperate to find somewhere to eat, we found SARAB. The service was amazing! Do yourself a favor and order the sopes de chicharrón de atún, the tuna ceviche, & the carne en su jugo. Also try their spin on mezcal cocktails!!

Amazing location, the space is inviting, clean and luxe. But above all the food is superb, a feast for the senses. Second time there, I live part time in the Valle, so I’ve been lucky enough to try many of the popular spots, but this is going to be our new go-to. The service is the cherry on top. Agua de Jamaica with Mezcal yum. Well done!

My husband and I were looking for good food and drinks and we were amazed! Charlie and his wife made us feel right at home and greeted us with taste tests of their tequila, barbacoa. We ordered the ribeye steak and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Also ordered the pizza with barbacoa and could not stop eating it! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and care they put in the food. 10/10 recommend.

One of the best meat based restaurants in El Valle, they have lots of options including seafood and tons of wine, beer and cocktails. Their sommelier really knows what goes with your plate and the staff is very friendly. The quality of the food is better than many places nearby and for half the cost. Child friendly and wheelchair accesible.
