Best sandwich chain, hands down. The employees here were polite and cheerful, even when customers were being nasty or just impolite. We saw both sadly. Very busy, but the crew just smiled, worked and never complained. Kudos!

I haven't been to Submarina since high school and my sub was even better than I remember! I had the Italian on sourdough and everything tasted fresh and my sandwich was huge! The 2 ladies behind the counter were so nice and toasted the sandwich even after all the toppings had been put on. Such great service!

Love the subs here. They are the best in town!!! I usually order the turkey and avocado on sliced bread Squaw. My husband always order something different and everything is always delicious and we love the folks that work there. The bread is much better than Subway

One of my favorite sandwich places to go. Prices are on par with just about everywhere else, albeit a little pricey in recent years but so is everything else. Staff is super friendly, food is consistently good, nothing to complain about here really. Will update if I start having bad experiences here.

I haven't been to Submarina in over 10 years. Partially because I've been out of state where they don't have this sub shop. I was excited to go because it's always been a favorite of mine! Since I last went, the options have doubled! Everything was as fresh as I remembered and even with 2 people ahead of me, service was quick. Highly recommended!

Edit 2: I'm raising my rating up to reflect the service and food, not the prices. My previous edit was harsh, the price increase is obviously not unique to Submarina, it's a reflection on the poor economy. I'm grateful that Submarina didn't sacrifice on quality to maintain lower prices during this time. You can always count on excellent ingredients here, regardless of how poorly the government is running the economy. Edit: The sandwiches are still fantastic and the staff is awesome, but for some reason the new owner has raised the prices nearly 50% over the last few months. I guess he's trying to pay the place off all at once. $14.30 for a nine inch veggie is ridiculous. See you all at the sprouts deli! Original: Best subs ever. Haven't been back to Subway since. Try the squaw bread.

Amazing people super nice !!! Very clean in there. Meat is very salty especially the ham and I don't know why they mince up their bell pepper I kinda wish they didn't do I would've gotten more than a little sprinkle .overall Great environment & very friendly people but produce is kinda off in taste but that's personal preference

The new owner always seems in a bad mood and the amount of ingredients on the sandwhiches have become less but the prices have gone up. If I want extra of something, and I know I have to pay for it now, that should be the end of the conversation. Miss the old staff. This place isn't what it used to be. Customer service goes a long way.

We are long-time customers and have always appreciated the great service and food quality. Our last visit was about 2 weeks ago and noticed that new people were working and a young woman seemed to be guiding them. Prices and portions seemed normal. Today I put in an online order since family is here and we had a larger order. I didn’t realize the online platform costs more for every item, at least $2 per sandwich. When I picked up the order it was ready early, which was nice, and it seems everything was correct. BUT the amount of ingredients between the bread was HALF of the normal amount. Even my 12-year old granddaughter noticed! Also noticed the price was up about a dollar on the menu there, then $2 added online. I asked about the higher price online and a nice young man explained it was due to the online platform thru door dash. He did mark my punch card and was very friendly.

The food is good but the owner is so cheap that he won't turn on the air conditioner for his staff or customers. He even put in a screen door. Sometimes you do no one wants to dine in because it's so hot inside. And this is only february.

The reason I am giving this location such a low rating is because I had lunch here several days ago and the new owners have no clue when it comes to health department and changing their gloves. I witnessed while sitting in the restaurant eating my lunch they touched the phone, the register, cash, stamping a frequent buyer card and back to handling food their gloves were never changed. I don't know what else was possibly touched when they were out of sight I don't want to think about it. They were friendly and I got the impression this is the lady's first work experience, good for her! Hopefully, these people learn to constantly change their gloves after touching things that aren't food and after touching foods because of food allergies and vegetarians. The food is decent here this location has always skimpy with the avocado by not cutting it according to corporate standards which is length wise instead they slice it sideways to get more slices (some other locations do this too) this makes the slices very small/short when placing on the sandwich. If I go back in the future and see changes I will update this and give them a better rating.
