They didn't have several breakfast items in stock. I had to change my order three times. The breakfast burrito is extremely small and has some odd cheese-like sauce.

I used to go here all the time but now they have homeless tents here in the parking lot. Also if you pull up through the driveway often there’s panhandlers. Even when I grab for inside i can see passed out homeless

I only go for drinks... I ordered a caramel frap and it was pretty good 7/10. This location is handled pretty bad. staff is super busy.. they dont have napkins stocked anywhere you have to ask at the register. Its pretty spacious inside. You also have to ask to use the restrooms when i went in only one stall had toilet paper left.

I go here a lot with my husband for a quick breakfast and they are always really fast to get you out. Make sure you have all your items. Sometimes they forget things

The point of the McDonalds app is so you can order your food and it should be ready when you arrive or soon after you arrive. Twice now we order in advance and they have us pull to the side to wait. Waited for nearly 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

I did a curbside pick up. I waited longer than 10 minutes for my food. My baby was starting to cry in car. If I knew it was going to take this long I would of done the drive thru instead. Why have curbside pick up if this is going to take so long. I would of been home already.

One thing to have kiosks for use, but a whole other ball of stupid to MAKE someone use them! McDonald’s has not only increased prices, lowered service levels, shrunk food size, removed taste from food all around… But to not have a HUMAN take your order because you want to NOT pay the $25 min wage that was put into law… Just downright lame! Shame on you franchisee! Couldn’t order lunch items… NOPE, that isn’t possible till 11:30 says the girl behind counter after waiting 3 min for her to even acknowledge someone standing there…. The sausage egg mcmuffin looked as BAD as it tasted! Sloppy work from what seemed like 15 people working in the kitchen standing around. $12 for a tasteless sandwhich with a side of blah tasting oily hashbrown puck and wash it all down with a burnt coffee flavored bean water.. Yum! Just awesful. Lucky to get 2 stars…. Just dealing generous I guess.

I went in the drive thru yesterday and it took over 30 mins to get my food. Yeah I understand it was rush hour/ lunch time for other people. But I was very furious because they said to pull forward that the food was going to be brought outside for me. and I saw 4 cars go by that were behind me get the food before me. I was in a rush since it was my kids family lunch day. And to top it off no straws/ no sauce. My son likes his chicken nuggets with ranch. So he didn’t even enjoy his meal. The girl that brought me my food too was not even nice about it. Yeah I understand working at a fast food can be stressful but also be nice to customers.

Order online to pickup at curb side because we didn't have enough time. After 15min wait at curbside, order window on my app turn off like we already got the food. I went inside see all people came after us got their order, then they told me to wait, it still prepaid. Total waiting time is 30min more, my order came out missed two large fries. Have no time to come back and would never come back again.

This location sucks. Consistently forgetting things. To be fair I often order for multiple ppl. Always a fry or something short. I can't tell u how many times I have had to go in to get something they forgot. Today I didn't check had something on my mind. So obviously they forgot my two double cheese burgers so all I got was my drink for lunch. At least the food I ordered for everyone else was fine so I could watch them eat. Always check your order from this location before driving away. Always expect to have to pull forward and wait as well.

Waited 30min for my FAST FOOD. I think they worry about drive thru more than dine in because it looked like their lane was moving fast but everyone inside had to keep asking for food or stuff and waiting for anyone to actually pop their heads out so we could ask. The McDonald's in Valley Crnter has faster service, given the fact that they prob have less staff.
