One of the best chinese restaurants I’ve been to! Me, my mom and my sister came for dinner and it was SO GOOD! It was our first time trying this restaurant and I must say that usually I am very picky with chinese food: can’t be too saucy, too fried, too salty… But this restaurant hit everything perfectly. The portions are regular, maybe even big, we took some leftovers home. If you are in the area and in the mood for some chinese food, I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!
We came for Valentines and it didn't disappoint! The crab & lobster rangoons were very flavorful. The DanDan Noodles were really good but needed more noodles. The Orange Beef had so much amazing flavor!!!! Personally I would've liked the beef in smaller pieces. Overall dinner was fantastic. If we lived in Bonita Beach we'd be there weekly.
Newer Restaurant we tried and had great food. Very clean and modern. We came in from shopping. We didn’t have a reservation and were seated at a high top. The bar had two tvs showing nature clips. No sports were shown on at the bar. It looked like it was smaller. Overall good food and experience. I think the price point was a little high for what I had. I had the general T’so chicken, a water and the up all night drink which was an espresso martini. It was good and I cleaned the plate. My wife had vegetable lo mein noodles. She liked it. Service was good. We had the bartender tending to our high top. I think her name was Valentina. I’m bad with names.
Great service! There were four of us. We started with the Chef’s dumpling, pork soup dumpling, lettuce wraps, and spare ribs. We had the dan dan noodles, orange beef, and macadamia encrusted grouper for the main course. Each dish was prepared fresh and came out hot. The timing and tempo was perfection. We were very impressed!
First time here and OH MY. I used to be a big fan of Chang's until they raised their prices, decreased their portion sizes and started serving frozen instead of fresh. This was my first foray back to high end chinese food since I wrote them off and I'M SO GLAD I TOOK A CHANCE ON PJK! Before I get into all the flowery details: + The drink menu is creative and varied + The food was a good value. After being a Chang's patron for so many years I was really pleasantly surprised at the portion sizes at PJK. This place is casual but provides fine dining and the prices are definitely in line with what I'd expect to pay for high quality apps and entrees. + Dining out is an EXPERIENCE and this place delivers. I absolutely factor ambiance & service into the overall value and I really felt like PJK delivered during my visit. + Bathroom was super clean and also super cute. DISCLAIMER: I intentionally delayed trying this place out since restaurant growing pains are real and I wanted no part of that. I think they've worked out the kinks and, selfishly, I really hope more people give them a try like I did because I want them to succeed. We arrived later in the evening on a Thursday and service was definitely winding down. Good for me - I had the opportunity to unobtrusively take lots and lots of photos and videos! The interior is STUNNING; absolutely gorgeous and I loved the vibe. The bar is a perfect setup for post-work drinks and apps. I spotted a TV and not long after I arrived the screen flipped to a soothing aquarium scene which I dug. We scored a circular booth along the back wall. There was a couple in the booth next to us who were obviously on a date. I could not have created a better date night spot. The decor is a little exotic, definitely romantic and I honestly really liked the music. It was "chill" versions of popular songs so they were familiar but not intrusive. The couple was there when we arrived and still there when we left. We probably spent the first 5 minutes ogling the decor before we bothered looking at the drink menu. Our server was very friendly (even though we showed up on the later side) and she greeted us with water and these thimble sized cups of non-caffeinated, unsweetened tea. It was a very nice thought but there was a non-flavor factor as well. I ordered the PJK Old Fashioned. I am a bourbon girl so I ALWAYS go with an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan and I was intrigued by the combo of rye whisky and black tea syrup. It was soooo good! My dinner partner ordered the Crouching Tiger mocktail. She thought it was a bit tart from the lime and asked for a splash of simple syrup which made it delicious. We started with the grouper bao buns and coconut shrimp. They remove the shrimp tail fan which I think earns them bonus points. I took a pic specifically of the bao bun app which are like asian-style sliders - this appetizer could easily substitute as an entree! I'm not a red meat girl so I appreciated the menu read I could have the beef & broccoli prepared with chicken instead. I didn't think to ask about having the chicken cooked 'not fried' (whatever the PJK version of that would be) but it was delicious all the same. We also ordered the red curry ramen noodles which were very tasty and a little bit spicy. If you're on a date this is not something I'd recommend ordering as the noodles are insanely long and there just wasn't a graceful way to eat them. I was not on a date so I dove right in! We were full and still had plenty of leftovers to take home. And then our server brought over these complimentary powdered sugar doughnuts! I don't have a sweet tooth but it was a really nice gesture and we packed them to-go figuring they'd be tasty with some coffee later that night or the next morning. My only regret of the evening is that I didn't get the chance to try the deviled tea eggs. On the plus side, I know what I'm getting for an app on my next visit!
We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The food was great, the staff was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Definitely recommend you try PJK!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PJK is another fabulous restaurant inspired by the one and only Paul Flaming—and it did not disappoint! The Seabass was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, the Pad Thai was spot on, and the Mongolian beef was full of flavor. I also loved the warm tea they greet you with when you walk in—such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant itself is beautifully appointed, making the whole dining experience feel elevated. I’ll definitely be back. Way to go, Paul!
The food here is amazing. I love the flavor of the fried rice and the ramen OMG 10/10!! I didn’t have time to add more pictures because I was to busy eating lol.
PJK Neighborhood Chinese is the place to be! The moment you step inside, the atmosphere hits you—cool, stylish, but still super welcoming. It’s the kind of place you can dress up for or just show up casually and still feel right at home. The food? Next level. They take Chinese-inspired dishes and give them a unique twist, using fresh, local ingredients that really shine. If you’re into seafood, you’re in for a treat—so many creative options that feel both familiar and exciting. And the cocktails? Absolutely worth it. They’re just as thoughtful as the food, with tons of flavor and a nice buzz to match. The staff is super friendly and know their stuff. They’re more than happy to walk you through the menu or suggest something you might not have thought to try. All in all, PJK has nailed it. Whether you’re out for a date, grabbing dinner with friends, or just want an amazing meal, it’s a spot you’ll keep coming back to. Definitely a must-visit!
We visited the restaurant on day 3 of opening, it was amazing! We have visited the Naples location before but this one was more vibrant, the service was fast, and the food was extremely fresh. The service was great and the restaurant was bigger than the Naples location as well. Both are great, don’t get me wrong, but this new one is a step above! It’s an elegant setting for Chinese style American food, think classics like Genera Tso but also twists like Peking duck rice and grouper bao. The menu can please picky eaters like my family, but also gastronomy hobbyists like myself. My family was pleased with the General Tso and Mongolian Beef, we loved the tropical fruit salad, it was super fresh, and even the “dirty rice” which is fried in duck fat (better alternative to seed oil)!! I had the sea bass which is always good, it tastes really fresh and is crispy, with a lightly spicy sauce. The restaurant was very clean and even without a reservation we only waited a few minutes. Definitely visit this new location in Coconut Point.
Always a great experience at PJK Estero! We love the welcoming atmosphere and consistently delicious food. The Grouper Bao Buns are a great, and the Kung Pao Chicken was excellent as well. We finished with the donuts, which were the perfect sweet ending to a great meal.
First time here, since it just opened, they just need to iron out a couple of things but definitely I can see how great it can be as long as they continue hiring the right people. Our server Christian was very impressionable and he definitely set the vibe that made us enjoy the ambiance that the place had even more. Their welcome drink pea flower tea was poured with a slight bit of intro from Christian. We ordered the tuna poke and the peking duck. Tuna poke was delicious and the lotus chips were crisped and seasoned perfectly. Peking duck was $59 BUT definitely worth the price. It isn’t the traditional peking duck but it had its own charm. It was served sliced for the breast and I loved how they separated the skin from the breast to make sure it doesn’t overcook/undercook the meat while they crisp the duck skin. The thigh and leg were intact and the fat from the duck itself kept it juicy and moist. The duck was seasoned well and was served with dirty fried rice and fried scallion pancakes. I never tried it with fried scallion pancakes and I didn’t hate it. Would love it with steamed scallion pancakes though since the duck is already rich and hearty. It was overall a really pleasant experience and we will definitely be back😊
Such a friendly group and amazing food! The summer rolls were so bright and delicious. All the sauces are on point!
The food quality was excellent. The restaurant was spotless, the service was excellent, and the price was surprisingly good considering the amount of food we received.
5 stars throughout! I have no idea why there’s these bad reviews but please people, ignore them! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The atmosphere is so elegant and relaxing. Our server was super nice, attentive, and gave great recommendations which made our experience here for the first time feel even better. Also, they give you FREE fried donuts at the end of your meal which were SO good! I’ve never been to a restaurant that does that!! Definitely will be coming back and recommending to everyone I know 😊
This place may be a newcomer, but it already operates like a well-established, top-tier restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptionally prompt and professional. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the management was clearly on the ball. The menu is basically classic Chinese with a modern twist, and the dishes we tried were fresh and solid. The Peking duck was especially impressive, and the wok-fired dishes were all strong. Although the servings were hearty, I walked out feeling satisfied but not overly stuffed—a great sign of high quality, healthy ingredients. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!
Do not miss this one! This place is on point. 5 out of 5 stars 🌟 for everything. The food is incredible. We met the executive chef on our arrival and he recommended our awesome culinary adventure. Dan Dan noodles, duck pot stickers, and little shrimp dumplings all amazing. Tuna poke tower was incredible. Go to PJK. You won't regret it
Food and service was great. Manager “Vanessa” visited our table and made sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel welcome there.
Excellent service and great meal tonight. Our server Christian Diaz was top notch and delivered excellent service. We will be back soon.
Met a friend for an early dinner. Ambiance is quaint and service was very good. Everything we ordered was delicious! Food was made fresh and you could tell in the taste and quality. We will be back!
We were a party of 6 today, New Year’s Day. The restaurant is gorgeous. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. They give you a tiny cup of their signature tea when you sit down and a house donut at the end of the meal, no charge. The cost of these two items would be minimal, but the welcome aspect was great. Their menu online needs to be tweaked to include lunch portions which are priced lower.
We sat at the bar and had a fabulous experience. We ordered the salt and pepper calamari, the pork dumplings (both on social hour) and the dirty rice. Everything was great! We really enjoyed Kendall behind the bar - she’s very knowledgeable and a great bartender. It’s a new restaurant and they are doing a great job. We are coming back.
This place is an absolute gem! The chicken lettuce wraps were phenomenal - served so nicely. The real star was the Zhong Salmon! Hands down one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you’re looking for a place with amazing flavors and high-quality ingredients, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!!
Our first time at this restaurant and definitely won’t be the last. The host that seated us was so nice answered all our questions and our bartender/waitress Valentina was amazing she is truly an asset to this restaurant!! The food and the cocktails were amazing!! Happy hour and small plates were great! Next time dinner!!!
Two very tasty meals and very good service. Staff were friendly and professional. Good menu, but not the 100 choices that some Chinese restaurants have. Limited selection of beer, but does have the seemingly obligatory High Five IPA. The house red was good, but surprisingly expensive. The interior is clean, new and nice.
I loved this place! The waiter was great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant. I had the veggie egg rolls, so yummy. The chop salad was large and superb. I was only there for lunch and can't wait to go back.
Went for lunch and was impressed by the wide variety of options at very reasonable prices. We ordered the General Tso’s chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, tea deviled eggs, and pork dumplings—each dish was bursting with flavor. I paired the General Tso’s chicken with an Asian side salad, which was fantastic. Ryan provided excellent service throughout our meal. For drinks and dessert, the butterfly tea and Chinese donuts were both outstanding. This place is truly a gem!
Delicious food and excellent experience across the board. We had the Mongolian Beef, General Tso’s, Dan Dan Noodles, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Pork Dumplings. Food, service & atmosphere were all outstanding.
Coconut Point just added a new restaurant to its list! PKJ Chinese. Food was delicious, restaurant was beautifully decorated and the wait staff was on point and delightful! Chelsea was great!
We went to PJK yesterday (Friday at 6:00 ish) and were able to get seated right away. I told our waitress (red hair- Megan?) that my partner has a very severe cinnamon allergy as we were asking about the sticky ribs. Megan not only checked with the chef but Chef Miguel came out and sat at our table and shared/explained all the dishes my partner could/couldn’t have. Turns out.. it was very limited what she could have due to cross contamination and he was kind enough to give us the teriyaki chicken skewers on the house for our app, to try. He accommodated her allergy with her entree (orange chicken) and came out MULTIPLE times to check on us and ask about the meal. We both couldn’t believe how attentive and kind everyone was (most places aren’t with such a niche allergy). Amazing service aside, the food was so fresh and delicious, we ordered meals to go for the following day. We both agreed they were the best udon noodles we’ve had. We can’t wait to come back!
If you’re looking for a hidden gem in the neighborhood, PJK Neighborhood Chinese Restaurant is an absolute must-try! From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff set the perfect tone for a fantastic meal. The menu offers a delicious array of authentic Chinese dishes, with each bite bursting with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Their signature dishes, like the Mongolian beef and dumplings, are out of this world – tender, savory, and perfectly balanced. Service is top-notch, with friendly staff always eager to ensure you have a great dining experience. I also love the attention to details from the fun decor to the beautifully crafted cocktails. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Chinese food with a personal touch!
Came in last minute, hoping to grab some drinks and maybe a bite to eat on Valentine's Day. We were lucky enough to grab a spot at the bar and to be served by the most amazing bartender Valentina! She made us the best whiskey sours (and we are picky), and was extremely polite and attentive to us the entire night despite it being extremely busy. She was running circles around the bar yet kept a smile on her face the entire time ☺️ Very happy with our night, great service, and an awesome bartender to keep us happy. Thank you Valentina! 💗💐
this restaurant will be one i come back too, i came here with my mom, immediately the heaf chef compliments my jacket. I compliment the interior design, and how well this restaurant looks. the decorations are amazing, and the customer service is amazing, the chef was coming out and checking up on us at all times, gave us complimentary coconut shrimp, and crab rangoon. which were amazing. The food and service was amazing, not to mention the decorations, and interior design. The Miso salmon is a must have and is very good. the chef was so so nice, and so was the waitress. They also gave mochi donuts at the end as a sweet treat, which made my night even better. 10/10 made my night very good
Excellent service , beautiful decoration and nice environment. The food was delicious . Highly recommend the chicken pa tai. The price of the food was according to the portion. The place is very chic and with enough space for birthday celebration.
Finally tried this place after it opened. The two Chicken dishes we ordered were bland. Expected more from the General Tso and the Sweet and Sour. Both were not very saucy. Was surprised to not see Sesame Chicken on the menu but after having two other bland chicken dishes it probably would of tasted the same. Our Our other family members had the Orange beef and Mongolian beef. Both were outstanding. Rice portions are all four dishes were very very small. The rice portion would fit in a usual Chinese tea cup. Prices are on the higher side but again this wasn't your normal Chinese restaurant or take out place. Yes, I would come back if in Coconut Point with friends and looking for a more upscale dining experience. Sometimes you just want good old traditional Chinese food.
Nice set up.Server was very attentive. Unfortunately the food and cocktails were just okay. For sure it has potential to be greater
First time visiting this location. The food was good, not great or anything special. I feel that the food was not hot, just room temperature. The shishito peppers and sticky pork riblet appetizers were delicious. The general tso chicken was very bland and the curry ramen noodle was not very curry flavored. The walnut shrimp was average and I didn’t really care for the lo mien, too many vegetables and not much noodles. The Mongolian beef was delicious and the beef was very tender. The service was awful. I believe his name was Harold. Was not friendly at all, took him FOREVER to bring a Diet Coke and a beer. We said one of the appetizers were delicious and he didn’t respond at all. He will hurt your business. Going out to eat is a treat and to have a server like him takes the enjoyment away, very disappointing.
Good not great. Not sure if they’re still working out the kinks since it’s new. The salmon was good. Great sauce. However the sea bass was rubbery and the broth was very under seasoned. Same with the fried rice. No seasoning, just tasted like hot oil. I’d give it another try since the menu itself has great options. Execution needs work.
The cocktail was too expensive for what you get. The food was good. I did not enjoy the fried vegetables.
$16 for the lunch Kung Pao Chicken is absurd for the tiny portion you get. The flavor is not great either. This is my second time trying the restaurant and so far nothing is wowing me. Disappointing.
*** revised *** Apparently there are quite a few people out there who like this place, but I don't. Their concept of "meat" seems generally to be fried dough balls with a little meat inside. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and while the pieces were fortunately not encased in fried dough, the meat itself was in thin postage stamp sized pieces that were almost inedibly tough and tasteless except for the Mongolian sauce which was mostly just salty and didn't taste particularly good. I should have sent it back but I was starving. The portion was small with a few dispirited pieces of scallion scattered on top. Someone else at my table ordered a shrimp dish and when they discovered it was breaded and fried, they sent it back. Speaking of which, I had lunch with 5 people plus a toddler, and with a couple of appetizers and the tip, our bill came out to over $200 for LUNCH. God only knows what dinner would have cost. And the portions are small. The spring rolls were very greasy but I guess that's pretty much par for the course and they tasted OK. The duck dumplings were rather tough and not especially tasty, but they did have an OK sauce that made them tolerable. They do serve their food with some pretty tasty sauces. Another decent dish was the chicken lettuce wrap. It's my favorite dish in Chinese restaurants and it's hard to find and theirs was respectable and was served with ***real*** chicken, not breaded and fried. Anyway, it wasn't enough to redeem this place. I'm not going back, the food is not authentic, and it is NOT "neighborhood Chinese", it is pretentious wannabe expensive pan-Asian food and I don't recommend it.
Love the decor of the restaurant!. I'll give it another try just for the ambience. But the food is extremely mediocre at best. Way way overpriced. Portions are very small. Beef and broccoli was ridiculously salty. Not authentic tasting at all. And you'll have a tough time finding anything on the menu that doesn't have sugar!! These Americanized pan Asian places need to stop trying to reinvent the wheel and just learn to prepare good Chinese food!!
Usually a huge fan of PJK and visit multiple times a week, so I was excited to host my birthday dinner here. I booked the private room table for our large party over a week in advance directly with the manager, who confirmed everything was set. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our table had been given away to another group. This was incredibly disappointing and had a noticeable impact on the night. Instead of being able to sit together and enjoy quality time as a group, we had small tables pushed together, which made it hard to connect or hear one another. From there, the evening just felt off—portions were smaller than usual, service was slow, and overall the experience fell short of what we’ve come to expect and love from PJK. We’ve been loyal supporters since opening, which makes this experience all the more disheartening.
Disappointed. Ordered Pad Thai it came in a small bowl and had above slice buried in the pasta? Ordered a side of vegetables which tasted and looked like Publix in a bag frozen. Tasted odd. I was hopeing for fresh but definitely was not. All in all tasted like Cuise ship food.
How would I describe PJK Neighborhood “Chinese” Restaurant? Well, to start it is not Chinese at all. The menu includes cuisines from all over Asia, and frankly it is not fair to label the restaurant as Chinese. It is misleading for sure. Not only is the food not Chinese, but it also is extremely unauthentic. Sure, it tastes good to the average American looking to chow down on some orange chicken, but it is not true Chinese cuisine. So if you are a foody, do not let the name mislead you. On top of the menu being from all over the place, it was extremely limited. The Entre section was honestly lame and offered chicken and shrimp eaten in a school cafeteria. PF Changs has everything and more to offer than this neighborhood kitchen. The worst part was the service. We were seated right away but then proceeded to sit and wait for 20 minutes for literally anyone to speak with us. We did not even get offered water before we left. It had been almost 30 minutes by that time. I will admit that the atmosphere was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but is it worth the horrible service and mediocre food? Well, I wouldn’t be able to tell because I was never offered any of it. Overall, this restaurant is not worth your time if you would like to enjoy delicious Chinese food. If you’re looking for a PF Changs with horrible service, you’ll feel right at home!
Very convenient location in Coconut Point, very attractive restaurant but that’s it. Food choices were slim, ahi tuna tower was okay, but shrimp lo mien was doughy and undercooked without much taste and the Mongolian beef was sent back. The dish was overcooked and tough, the second try was less cooked but the quality of the meat was full of fat. Neither dish was an acceptable size for an entree.
Occasion: A couple friends and I thought this would be a nice place to eat after my best-friend's graduation... Outdoor seating issues: Everything was picturesque at first, however, it did start to get extremely hot as we were seated outside, and it was 5pm. Due to the extreme heat, we requested that our umbrella be put up. Our server put the umbrella up, but it kept falling, which was disruptive to our experience since my uncle kept having to get up and fix it himself. Our server noticed, and proceeded as though everything was alright. The umbrella fell down three more times, and it got to a point, where my uncle felt as though he had to remain standing due to how frequent the umbrella was falling. Drink Mishap: That aside, we were still eager to order our drinks and food. Our server brought out our drinks, and as she was distributing them, she decided to remove the heaviest drink from the tray first--tipping the tray, and a large Sangria spilled all over me. My hair, dress, and white cardigan were drenched. Lack of Resolution: Our server apologized and I could tell she was genuinely remorseful. While I appreciate that, I feel as though the matter was not properly resolved. We had to switch tables due to abundance of liquid on the table, and to make matters worse, that umbrella was not working correctly either. Our server told me that I'd get a free dessert and a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Considering that I had to eat dinner soaked, we had to switch tables, and the reoccurring issue with the umbrella--10% felt disrespectful and careless. There was a general attitude of apathy amongst the staff. Poor service quality: Our server never came over to us on her own accord. We constantly had to call to her for refills and etc. Final thoughts: I initially chalked this up to an off day, but after reading other reviews, I noticed a pattern: people either love this place or strongly dislike it. That discrepancy makes me wonder if service quality is selective. I had high hopes, but was left disappointed. For the price point, the service and overall experience were frankly unacceptable.
Worst experience from the service and food EVER! Do NOT see this restaurant being open if it doesn't have a complete 360 degree turn around! Details: Hello, I will start off with the positive! The place was nice, and I love the privacy of the private dining room. Now, I will go into details of how bad the food and service was. 1. I had a reservation and waited almost 30 minutes to get seated. Can't blame you, if the customers stayed longer. 2. After getting seated, waited a little over an hour before appetizers arrived. 3. Also took over an hour to bring out a bottle of wine that we ordered and the wine glass was still wet from being washed. 4. No water or silverware was brought to the table for over an hour, and we had to asked the busboy for water and silverware, because we can't eat the appetizers without them. 5. The soup appetizer was cold and had to be sent back. 6. After almost 1.5 hours we got some of our entrees, and here is where it went really bad. 8 people and 8 bad entrees. The server didn't bring out any rice, so the shrimp, the sea bass, and etc was eaten by itself. The waitress never came to our table to check on us, but thankfully my friend gave everyone a portion of his fried rice to eat with the protein. It will take too long to go over why each entree was bad, but each entree was really bad. 7. The kids steak that I ordered for my daughter was so salty that she couldn't eat one bite, and I had my friend try it, and he agreed. It was almost 10pm by the time she got her meal, so not only was her meal not touched, but it was too late to reorder. 8. Several entrees came out at different times which is really bad having them watch the other half eat while they had to wait 15-20 min. 9. No drinks was ever refilled until we had to ask the busboy again. 10. Last, but not least. The assistant manager, who was very nice, deducted 30% off the tab, and the bill still ended up costing me $300 plus a $100 tip. Several meals were barely touched, and the rest was only half eaten, and not one meal was taken to go, because it was that bad. Not wanting to embarrass my friends, I regretfully paid for a meal where we all walked away hungry because of the quality/preparation of the food was so terrible. 11. I hope this letter helps, because I want all business to succeed, but I don't know if this critique will fall on deaf ears!
My husband and I stopped in and shared two appetizers for lunch. We wanted to check out this new restaurant. We ordered pan fried pork dumplings. They tasted like a hard meatball wrapped in a wonton with no flavor. The frozen PFChangs purchased in the market and cooked at home are better. The lettuce wrap …. Top layer of lettuce all wilted. The meat mixture tasted like ground beef without much flavor. The decor is very pretty but music choices were awful. We thought prices rather high. For instance… the dumpling appetizer only has 4 dumplings. I really liked the house ice tea. I believe the restaurant would like to be a high end Asian restaurant but, the food we tasted was unimpressive. Chairs are not comfortable inside.
Service was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is lovely. If you like the concept of Chinese food but don't actually enjoy any of the flavors of Chinese food, you will live this place. I had the Dan Dan noodles, which were more like pork sloppy Joe with sad drowned, saucy (but not soupy) noodles and no spice. My husband had the Szechuan sea bass. Fish was good but the Szechuan sauce didn't taste like anything. My kid had chicken lo mein, which was actually pretty tasty.
