I had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlyn during a recent visit, and I can honestly say she elevated the entire dining experience in a way that felt both effortless and deeply thoughtful. From the moment we were seated, Kaitlyn struck that rare balance between being genuinely warm and respectfully professional. She didn’t just go through the motions—she noticed things. When one of us hesitated while looking over the menu, she didn’t push; instead, she asked just the right questions to help guide us to something we’d actually love. And she was right. Every recommendation felt tailor-made, like she’d taken time to actually understand our tastes in just a few moments. What stood out most, though, were the little things that often go unnoticed but make all the difference—refilling drinks without a word, remembering who ordered what without asking, and checking in just often enough to be helpful without ever interrupting the flow of our meal. Kaitlyn carried herself with a calm confidence, and there was a sincerity in her service that you can’t fake. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. In a world full of rushed, impersonal service, Kaitlyn reminded us what it feels like to be truly taken care of. She’s the kind of server that turns a good night out into a memorable one.

What a lovely experience! I dined with my team tonight. AJ and Jenna were excellent with the service. It was a little slow for our dessert, but with a full restaurant we totally understand. The Parmesan chicken was pretty solid too.

Our waitress Riley was amazing!! Very attentive, prompt, well spoken, and all around the best waitress we've ever had!! She made sure to answer all of our questions, and was checking on us often!! She needs a raise!! We can't wait to come back!!

I really enjoy eating at the BJ Brewery restaurant in Eugene.The food is fresh, delicious, and presented nicely. The restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms. Tony, is a great waiter. He is respectful, has a great attitude, is friendly, gets the order right, and he remembers my name:) I highly recommend eating at this restaurant.

The server was the best there ever was. I wish I caught his name but he deserves a pay raise. We had to wait around 30 minutes but it was kind of worth it. The food is classic BJ's restaurant chain food but the service was impeccable.

I had the best time at Bj’s tonight. Definitely try the Sal’s Chicken and Spooky Pizookie. My server Riley was super sweet and made sure that everything tasted good and that our drinks were always full. Would definitely go again

Chris H was our server! He did such an amazing job! He was incredibly kind and friendly! The restaurant was a tad short staffed but he never once made us feel like we were being ignored! I would give him a 10/10. He is an amazing addition to this business!

Just had the best experience at BJ's, and it's all thanks to our amazing waitress, Sadie! From the moment we sat down, she was super attentive and friendly. Sadie's excellent service truly made our meal enjoyable. If you're heading to BJ's, ask for Sadie.

Today my girlfriend, her mom, and I got food here tonight and it was delicious. We found an empty booth in the bar and was immediately greeted by our server Riece. Her service skills and attitude were welcoming. I would rate her service skills a 10/10. I got the Smash Burger 10/10. My girlfriend got the Prime 10/10. Her mom got the soup and salad 10/10. Then we got the pizookie 10/10. All in all 10/10.

Had lunch with the fam yesterday. Our server Chris H. was very attentive, fun, and friendly. He told us about the new specials and was never more than a glance around the dining room if we needed him. My grandmother even said "if we come back we should call ahead and make sure he's working again." The food was good, took a little longer than I'd expected but to be fair it was lunch time and the restaurant was fairly full. For the time it took our order was perfect, no send backs, order was accurate, and food was hot.

I had the brisket bacon burger with fries and she had the tri-tip and chicken with mashed potatoes and peppered asparagus. We both ate every bite. Both meals were delicious and perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend and return. A little spendy, but hell what isn't these days. Worth it. Fantastic food, great service, good atmosphere.

First time going here! We were in town for a doctor's appointment,stopped in for dinner. Staff were very friendly, helping each other, made sure we were well cared for. I got the parmsean crusted chicken,broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was actually pretty decent and they were not greedy with the servings,also got a yummy wedge salad! hubby got the brisket burger? Nice crispy fries! Although I think they could have offered a little more fries for a hungry grown man😆. But no complaints. I loved the atmosphere. Kinda wish roseburg could have something nice like this.

We had a great dining experience at BJ’s thanks to our server Riley. After a long trip at the mall, it was such a relief that the kids starters came out quick,which are free and the kids loved. The food was delicious, especially the California Club, which was a standout. Our drinks were never empty, and Riley was incredibly sweet and funny, making the whole experience even better. She gave great recommendations and were amazing with the children. We will definitely be back!

Wow just wow. I have been to Bj's before but my husband has not. Let me just say he is a very hard one to impress but he was very pleased we spent 192.52 and every penny was well worth it. Our waiter was great very prompt and attentive.

I need Dairy Free meals & BJ's is so good at helping me stay well. I got ribs, house pepper BBQ sauce, grilled asperagus, & dry baked potato. Do not get sick. It was delicious!

Olivia and Liz went above and beyond in a way that deserves the highest recognition, and I left feeling like I had just been hosted by friends rather than simply served by staff. From the moment I arrived, both Olivia and Liz radiated genuine warmth and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles that were not only welcoming but sincere—something you can immediately feel. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants where staff feel rushed or robotic, but with Olivia and Liz, there was an immediate sense of care. They took the time to make sure I felt comfortable, answered every question with patience, and set the tone for a truly enjoyable visit. Olivia has an incredible gift for hospitality. She pays attention to the little details that so many others overlook. For example, she remembered my drink order without me having to repeat it and checked in just the right number of times—always attentive but never intrusive. It’s rare to meet someone who balances efficiency with kindness so perfectly. Olivia has that natural ability to anticipate what you need before you even think to ask. Whether it was making sure water glasses were full, offering menu suggestions tailored to my taste, or simply engaging in a friendly chat, she showed that she cares deeply about the guest experience. Liz brought just as much energy and excellence to the table. She has a vibrant personality that lights up the room, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. What impressed me most about Liz was her ability to multitask with ease—handling multiple tables, coordinating with staff, and still making me feel like I was her top priority. She recommended a couple of menu items that turned out to be fantastic choices (the kind of recommendations that make you want to try new things you wouldn’t normally order). Got the stail fries and the safest Philly sandwich I have ever seen. Pretzel was sad to, spent over $100. Disappointed with the food. Nothing tasted fresh and like it sat for awhile. Showed up before the time the food was supposed too be done. That being said never had this problem before and they refunded me and gave me my money back plus 50% on a gift card. Highly recommend even tho they missed up my last order. I'll be coming back soon.

BJ's is BJ's; the food is on the expensive side for what it is. However, my mom and I came here on a pretty calm Wednesday evening to meet with a vendor and our waiter, Ryan, was wonderful! Super helpful and attentive, even though we didn't order tons of food. Appreciated him a ton!

It always seems busy on the weekends. I watched them seat a party of 10, a party of 7, a party of 12 and cater an event for like 30 all at the same time. The food was very good but all dishes need less pepper. Sydney was our server and she was very helpful.

Pros: Our server was excellent and attentive. The place looked clean. There was a bit of a wait, but they got us in quickly. Cons: -My mom got diarrhea after eating her fried chicken (which was a surprise to us all because it looked over done. -My Asian chicken salad was a bit brown and the chicken was oddly warm in the middle and cool on the edges. -It took a really long time for our food to come out.

The food is fine but the dishes aren’t ever clean. Especially the silverware. The bathroom smelled like sewage. 2 easy fixes, hopefully they see my review

Took my daughter here for lunch today...the $13 deal was great. My daughter ordered the Southern Fried Chicken which was basically Chicken Fried Steak!!! Feel it was a bit misleading...wasn't what she was expecting at all!! If that's what she wanted we would have gone to KFC!! Service was great but not crazy about the food. Oh well....now we know

I ordered the trio pizookie from Ubereats tonight and was left bummed. The brownies were not cooked all the way, the amount in each dish was very small, they were wrapped in aluminum foil, the chocolate was mixed with the nuts and we got tiny little containers of ice cream. I’ve ordered this dessert through doordash many times so I know what the typical order looks like so this was just a bummer. I’ll stick to ordering from DoorDash I guess.

We have come to this location a lot over the years. As time goes on they get slower and slower. We were there for 2 hours tonight. It was not very busy yet it took forever. One of our meals came out like 5 minutes after everyone else's. We are reward members and had a $10 coupon and it was not applied. We have 2 young kids and didnt want to wait again more time. We had to ask for refills multiple times. Overall I am not sure we will be back to this location as it just is not feasible with 2 young kids to take 2 hours at a restaurant.

I came in here last night by myself for a quick drink and a steak, despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, the bartender, Reece was great and very attentive, however, I waited 40 minutes to get my starter salad, and about an hour and a half to get my streak, which was very fatty, tough to cut through, and not worth what I paid for it... I expected a wait with it being as busy as it was, but I was not expecting to spend almost 2 hours there. Probably will not be returning...

Went here for my friends birthday this Saturday and was severely disappointed! Our whole meal was 3 HOURS!! We had the hardest time getting a hold of our server, even to order our entrees. The food was good but then took another hour to get our desserts. I understand a Saturday is busy but this was absolutely unacceptable and not worth us choosing to celebrate my friends special day. I don’t know if it was long kitchen times or sections being to big but most of the people around we were feeling the same way.

This was the worst visit to a BJ's that we have ever had. We were seated for dinner in the bar area with beer in hand. When I ordered another beer, it took 20 minutes to receive it. And that only happened because my wife went to the bar to pick it up. Our server (Logan) apparently should have written down our dinner orders. I ordered a rare rib-eye steak, baked potato and wedge salad. The salad arrived quickly. The steak and MASHED POTATOES arrived much later. When we told him about the mistake in the potato ordered, he offered to rectify it. I had basically finished my steak and salad before it arrived. Will use it in a future meal. My wife's salmon dinner was very good. We were regular customers of BJ's in Palmdale, before we moved to our new home, where there is no close BJ's. We always had great service and food there, so we know that BJ's can provide good service and food.

Was in town visiting and wanted to stop in for a nice and warm dessert. We got seated at our table and waited about 25 minutes. Plenty of servers walked past our empty table, no one had greeted us yet or even got us drinks. We had to walk up to the front and ask if we even had a server. We waited another 10 minutes and finally we had a server. After a much long wait we finally had our dessert come out, to be cold and melted. Defs disappointed with this experience and the dessert presentation did not make up for the sorry service we received

Went for my birthday, waiter didn’t acknowledge us. He helped the tables that were sat after us and didn’t help us. Toward the end we told him it was my birthday and he said, “well we got dessert, but hurry picking”. I ended up paying for the dessert which is fine, but no candle nothing. Like he was trying to run us out. We still tipped and were courteous, but horrible experience on my birthday definitely made my birthday a bad experience. Food was good and we got it fast i will say that! Please teach employees to not racially profile. Did not see him ignoring or rushing anyone besides us.

I ordered 3 kids meals on DoorDash from this location tonight. My order was missing multiple items. They forgot 2 sides to one of the kids meals and a whole kids pizookie, as well as the chocolate chips from a different pizookie. Overall disappointing experience.

I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken with asparagus. It came with mashed potatoes. They were so dry. They cracked apart. The chicken was soggy, no Parmesan crust at all. Not seasoned at all no seasoning, and the asparagus was so undercooked and dry. I snapped it in half and it cost me $27. I am so disappointed I can’t even hardly stand it. The music was so loud in there our party couldn’t even have a conversation, but the food tasted awful, and I will never come back to this BJ’s ever again. I did not want to embarrass my husband or our friend that we were eating with so I did not say a word to our waiter about the food. So terrible and it’s so hard to get good food anywhere anymore going out to dinner. I was so looking forward to it

Ive eaten here a few times and its always been good, but this particular time the service got slow, after getting our food it took almost me being halfway done with the fries to get ketchup to the table, the parmesan crusted chicken was over lemony. Took forever to get to go boxes. Not what im used to. And was a bummer start to our valentines weekend.

Had a horrible experience. Waiter was rushing us to pay, he was extremely rude. When I finally did pay he chased me out of the restaurant claiming I hadn’t and on top of that he grabbed the door trying to keep me from leaving. He then came out and yelled that the transaction had gone through. On top of that the food was overpriced and mid. The pazookie was burned.

First we were sat in the outside seating area with heaters above us, but the windows were open. It was FREEZING. We wanted the windows shut, but the other guests wanted the windows open. Our server, Mario, was pleasant at first but the moment I made a special request his attitude changed and he was completely rude the rest of the evening. (The request was for a different sauce on my wings than what was listed, nothing crazy) The worst part was when he used my debit card to pay for the next table's tab! I fortunately caught it because I happened to look at my bank account and saw he ran my card twice. The other guests already left, so they got a free meal. No apology from Mario. He got the manager and it was reversed, but it was treated like it was no big deal. The men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was poop on the toilet and urine all over the ground. Several employees came and went, not a single one cleaned it. My husband had to clean it so my son could use it. We have been to several BJs locations. This is definitely the worst.

after a employee left the bathroom 2 different times there was urine all over the floor of one of the stalls. it was a huge puddle (asuming it was the employee since it looked like that after each time a employee left the bathroom). didn't want to sit in the outside room, but was still put in that room and those heat lamps were killing me with how warm they got. few problems with the services as well. food was good at least. I probably wouldn't come back to this location again. have better service and cleaner bathrooms at other BJ locations.
