I kinda get nervous about the highly friendly golden retriever broistas when I'm not in a super social mood sometimes, but it's never that overbearing. Service is usually great and fast, with the only mistakes or issues being a rare sticky cup, but they wipe them down for most spills.

Hugely enjoyable stop for coffee. Young ladies came out and took our order while we were at the menu outside in the car. They had lots of good suggestions and were overall a bunch of fun. A great addition to the drive-thru coffee experience. The coffee was great of course

First time going to a Dutch Bros. The drive thru line was long so my friends decided to use the walk up counter. The employees were super friendly and answered all our questions. We didn’t wait very long for our drinks and they were delicious.

Humboldt County should look at Dutch Bros for an example of costumers services! Any time I try a new drink they make sure I like what I have ordered it and if I do not like it they make me one I do. I get free drinks all the time and I look forward to talking to the staff. They have a secret menu with a bunch of different combos.

Super good coffee, awesome staff. Everyone is always friendly, first time visit you get two stamps and a free drink if you've never been to this cafe before. Lots of interested mixed coffee drinks, ask for off menu items for even more customization. Honestly, tried 10 different drinks, liked every single one. Cute booth in great location along the 101, just long wait times because each service is very personalized.

I go to dutch more often than I probably should lol so I know what my drink should look and taste like I paid for float and didnt receive it and when I asked then to add it since I paid for it they said it was in there... clearly there was no float as my drink was green and my float was supposed to be red on top... my moms also go a black tea with pom and mango same thing she gets everytime and there was absolutely no pomegranate and no mango so she just paid over 5 dollars for a sweet tea with no syrup. I never complain but we were quite disappointed today with not only our drinks being messed up but the service we got after mentioning the problem was no great they'd rather argue than just fix the problem. Im not one to complain or cause a problem but they definitely could do better this crew specifically I have had issues with before aswell so idk whats up.

I am a dedicated Dutch Bros fan and am writing this to help provide constructive information to help continue the positive services they provide. I have a potential health threatening allergy to compounds found in certain processed sugars and sweeteners, so I always ask for "raw sugar" packets in my iced breve and they normally do provide this, but 2 out of 10 purchases, this does not happen as the raw sugar is evident in the bottom (& which I now prefer). So today I am feeling the side effects from drinking 1/3 of my iced breve with processed or liquid sugar. Can you please provide a memo to your staff that sometimes it is not only a preference, but a true need for careful ingredient contents to be considered during their preparations. Normally your Batista's are totally on top of this and I understand sometimes things may be overlooked, but I come to Dutch Bros because they normally make my drink "spot on"! Thank You for your consideration and I look forward to providing 5 stars in my future visits!

Paid $9 for a drink here, almost half empty and half ice. Seems unfair. Drink wasn’t bad but cup was just half full?
