Even during an afternoon visit, the donuts were fresh, and scrumptious. The attendant was very friendly, and attentive. The customer experience was wonderfully satisfactory. I will not hesitate to return here repeatedly to purchase donuts in the future.
great place. owners are hands on and even gave us complimentary donuts. upon figurig out we wanted one as a cake topper, he went on to make a better and more perfect version of the one we wanted. really cares abt its customers and the quality they serve.
used to come here as a kid, decided to stop in today as i havent in a while. it was around 1pm and the guy helping us gave us a warm greeting as soon as we walked in. we were looking for a second when he offered the 4 of us free donuts for being his first customers, and coincidentally gave each of us our favorite ones without even saying anything. he was extremely pleasant and ended up giving us a few extra donuts in our half dozen. he was also giving some hot chocolate to the less fortunate, which was nice to see. the donuts were also fresh and amazing as it was 1 pm by then. i highly recommend this place if you’re looking for donuts in fairfield!! thank you!
WOW! What delicious donuts!!! We ordered chocolate buttermilk and cinnamon rolls! They were soft and warm and loaded with chocolate and/or cinnamon!!! Best donut experience ever!
Great to find fresh, warm donuts in the afternoon! This donut shop has long hours and seems to be cooking donuts all day. Staff is very personable, patient, and helpful. When neither my great granddaughter or I was able to open a very tightly sealed milk container, a gentleman came from the back to open it for us with a smile on his face. The coffee was fresh and hot, too! We'll definitely be back! 🍩🥛☕💕

Excellent donuts and excellent service! My husband and I were visiting from out of town and stopped here for some sweet treats. The gentleman working, not sure if he was the owner or not, was so extremely friendly and welcoming, and offered us a free donut. The donuts were fresh and delicious, and it was nice to have that level of customer service. I’d highly recommend, and next time we’re back in the area, we’ll stop by again!

Wonderful Place! Craving Donuts? Come here and support a local business! My family and I love going here, we've loved this place since we moved here a couple of years ago. The donuts are soft, and contain the perfect amount of sweetness so that it isn't overwhelming. We haven't visited in a while, so we decided to come. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and treated very kindly. The staff is very friendly and extremely generous. The moment we walked in, we were given 2 for free on the house. Recently we heard from the owner/staff that business has been pretty slow lately. It's fundamental that we uplift our community in these hard times, after all, we all live side by side. The price of the goods are still really fair for what they are. These donuts are perfect for a suprise party, gifts for coworkers, road trips, and much more.
Never in my life have I ever been to such a healing doughnut shop, this place never fails to place a smile on my face. Doughnuts always fresh and absolutely delicious, service is absolutely phenomenal!! They’re so positive and always making people’s days. By far if anyone is second doubting to go to this doughnut shop, dont, it will be an experience to remember!! (My favorite is the blueberry doughnut!!)

WONDERFUL service and community builder... came here with my son and saw how the owner was cheering up a young patron feeling down and had 3 other customers who he's befriended. Genuine care and attention to each customer... When it was our turn, the owner gave my son a free Sprinkle donut before we even ordered. Then I asked him if there were any more sprinkles (none were displayed) and he disclosed that he has to make it special but that is no problem if that's what I'd like. They've been here since 1988! We'll definitely come back.
We stopped by on a Sunday evening and the person who helped us tossed in a few extra donuts for free! He was very nice and friendly, and the donuts were good. My partner really liked the blueberry donut. We’ll be back!
If you like mom-and-pop donut shops, this is the place to go. I've been going here since I was a kid and they are still so good. Same owners too. Very nice people, clean, and yummy. What else can you ask for?
Super friendly staff, and amazing tasting donuts! We bought a dozen and every flavor we got was perfect. They have awesome hours for a Donut shop too, all the other donut shops in fairfield close around 5 which is when we get off work but this one is open late and we were super happy to be able to get fresh donuts for our family at that time. Thanks!

I believe in supporting small family owned businesses. Their donuts are very good tasting. They taste better than Raley's Stores. Customer service is pretty good. The donut holes I will pass up because they didn't taste fresh.
Great family run business, the owners couldn’t be more welcoming. Always offer something to try and get donuts fresh out of the oven even when they have them ready in the window. They ALWAYS go that little bit extra to let you know they appreciate you coming in.

Great donuts - not under cooked nor over cooked. Prices reasonable ( cash or debit card). Some of my favorite are: holes, buttermilk ( maple and chocolate), apple fritters, cinnamon swirls, crescent rolls, and day old goodies ( if you inquire) from the back at a great discount. They're open to 8pm. Friendly staff, always have a smile and a hello. Since I am a regular, they always have my favorite in the back when they're out in front. Great job Donut Wheel! Still my favorite donut shop ever.

The donut shop I normally go to when I am in Fairfield was closed so Google Search here I come. Donut Wheel popped up and I am so glad it did. First of all you get a warm welcome greeting when you walk in the door. Secondly, the view of all the delicious choices of donuts to choose from was wonderful. After I made my choices I was given a hot plain donut to enjoy and I have to say that was the best plain donut I have ever had. All the donuts were delicious. Donut Wheels is my new goto for donuts when I am in Fairfield. Stop by and give them a taste. 🍩😋

The donuts at Donut Wheel are the best donuts in the Bay Area! I am not even lying! I never take the effort to post reviews, but this place deserves every bit of 5 stars. The donuts are super soft and fresh. Almost every time they are still warm. The owner and guy that serves you behind the counter is very nice and pleasant. Businesses these days are having trouble surviving and this place deserves your business. You won’t be dissatisfied! GO HERE!

The donuts were still warm and fresh when I got them. It was really good. The staff was very welcoming and saw that it was our first time there so he was very nice. The donuts were not overpriced at all. Was surprised at how cheap they were. I took some to work and ate it for breakfast.

For being open on the weekend, a Sunday, it was a surprise hit with their fluffy, crispy, perfectly sweet donuts. The gentleman with the tattoos I think was the owner, was so nice and generous, giving us a free sample of two donuts. Also super delicious. Give this shop a visit next time you’re craving a well made pastry because these were awesome and trust me, I know donuts!!!!

Went to get KFC for dinner, decided hey my 11 month old needs a donut hole for being a good boy today. Walked in to the donut wheel. The guy in there was awesome and very kind. He gave us a free donut when we walked in. We bought a dozen donuts and he gave us 18 donuts for the price of 12 dunuts and a dozen donut holes for free. I will not be going anywhere else but donut wheel for now on. He is was great and customer service was phenomenal.

I've tried all kinds of donuts, including trendy ones, but I was coming in from a busy day in the bay area back home and decided to stop by a local donut shop that happens to close later. The person who helped me was chill, friendly, and so nice. The donuts tasted great and 100% hit the spot. I can't imagine what they're like freshly made! Overall, go here for fluffy, not overly sweet, old school donuts made the way donuts should be by folks who deserve every bit of support and then some.

I pulled in one day and there was a guy hanging outside in the parking lot brandishing a weapon if you can get rid of the activities I'm the area this place is an amazing go to but I'm just always to scared to go even in the broad day light

I don't know if they changed ownership, or just keeping it cleaner these days, but it's improved. The donuts are pretty good, just wish they were located somewhere else. Service? It's a donut shop. Three and a half stars

She sells -2day old doughnuts with the fresh ones and sells at full price. Went there this morning, I usually don’t get anything but my kids do. My doughnut was dry and tasted old. Pink jelly doughnut is so much better and they don’t sell 2/3day old doughnuts

Purchased 2 dozen donuts mixed. I’ve purchased donuts before and was rather upset this time when I was sold stale cold donuts at full price. Maybe just my luck. I would ask for fresh if you’re expecting a good donut and not leftovers.

Yesterday morning I tried this place for the first time. The donuts were fresh so they were GOOD! Once I got to work and started eating my blueberry muffin. Upon taking the first bite I discovered MOLD! I immediately spit the muffin out. I tried calling the establishment and did not get an answer. Now I have an itchy throat.
