This Taco Bell is like a thing out of the past, just like its exterior shows: Inside, there's no kiosks asking you to put an order with them instead of Human beings that need jobs, the hot sauce packets are out and on display for anyone to grab while asking, and it's served by a full staff of competent, polite, and efficient workers. Every ingredient in my Cheesy Gordita Crunch, including the gordita, was even hot to the touch and soft, showing it was freshly made... Extremely rare in this day and age. It was so good, I went up for a second one. I will definitely be going out of my way to come to this location in the future.

I wanted to try there chicken nuggets and they were very tasty with lots of flavor. They did a great job on them.

Went through the drive through and the guy was very rude. I asked for a #10 breakfast burrito, just the burrito and he says "well that's not a #10 then" in a very demeaning manner...um, yes, it's still a number 10...it has a combo price AND a price for just the burrito...not too mention they were out of orange juice also...that dude needs to check his attitude when talking to customers, and hopefully his day gets better

Ordered a quesadilla and got charcoal. Employees are illiterate,intolerable, and show no sign of a passion for work. The employees at this tacobell are as useful as already launched AT4. Tacos were lit tho🔥🔥

I can’t believe how much we just paid for some simple tacos over $50 I thought fast food was supposed to be affordable? This is insane Our family won’t be going back to any Taco Bell restaurants because of the prices way too expensive.

Be sure to check your bag before you leave the restaurant that’s usually something I always do but I haven’t a couple of times and a couple times I got burned. Also, if you make an online order and they don’t have the food when you get to the window and you’ve already paid you’ll never get your money back! And if you ask the store, they just tell you you have to go online and then you don’t get anywhere when you go online.

Also, whomever green lit the revamp of the interior ... you couldn't get a blander, more stark, liminal experience for an eatery. The Backrooms has more personality than this Taco Bell. Give this one a pass unless desperate.

Terrible portions, terrible service, absolutely zero sauce on my burrito, and hardly any meat at all on the supposed “double beef” burrito

I'm not sure how you mess up an order two times in a row being the same item. Then you get a attitude with the customer like it's their fault. Management and the staff needs a good reset.

Tried to place an online order. Waited a few minutes then entered the drive thru. They said they didnt have the order, the manager lady comes to the window and has a big attitude for no reason. We were polite and explained it was for this location. She said she didn't have it. Then it finally came in. She looked at it and said "oh.... yeah we don't have any rice, and 2 of your items has rice" it was an hour before closing. Neither of the other 2 workers said anything about not having rice when we showed them our order. We had to cancel our order and go to another location because she didn't want to work. Wow.

i grabbed my order and as soon as i opened my bag and picked up a taco it completely came apart all over my legs and my car. it was wrapped half assed so badly it wasn’t even completely wrapped all the way so all the lettuce cheese and meat came out. i’m not sure how difficult it is to wrap a taco but i don’t think it would genuinely be that hard.

This is the worst Taco bell in Fairfield/Suisun. Everytime I order my usual I order it with something extra and it's still small. I tried to use the app but needed help with it and the store manager scolded the employee trying to help me saying everyone in drive through is more important.
