I love the hot pizza and garlic twists, they keep the pizzas coming always hot and delicious, salad is pretty good, nothing bad,just lacking a few items, but overall, well worth the visit

The person at the register was really nice and greeted us and made sure everything was good for us during our visit. The pizza, bread sticks and twist were good. The salad was okay. Some of the toppings had some weird taste to them. Some of the grapes we had were old. It wasn't to big a deal we just threw them out. All in all it was good! We will most likely be back! You can't beat $23 all you can eat for a family of 5!

I love the pizzas here. Always have. Usually have them delivered and assumed that's why it was so costly. We got 1 salad, 2 pizzas and 12 wings and it was just under $80. So, while I love their pizza, I'm priced out

Ordered online. That was more complicated than it should have been but it beats being on hold. Estimated pick up time was 6:33. I arrived 2 minutes late and expected to wait another 10 minutes MAYBE but my food wasn't finished until 7. Cards are on the counter with info for their new reward system. The cashier had no idea what it was but we decided to download the app. App requires you to scan the QR code from the receipt but we didn't receive a code on ours. We mentioned it to cashier and he took the receipt to the back to talk to his manager. We never got the receipt back. The cashier never came back and the manager walked passed us twice but said nothing. Before leaving we asked about the receipt. The lady working the front tried to help us but after a few minutes I told her that it was ok. This is normally our go to place but I can't remember the last time I had an overall good experience. Will probably start going to a different location.

The pizza is good. Their delivery times are ridiculous. They either need to speed up their cooking staff or hire some more drivers. It always takes at least an hour to get a delivery, and I only live 5 minutes away. Round Table is also over priced, but you already know that!

Pizza good (5 stars) - but the AC has been out for a couple months - you'd think that w/ $3 sodas for example, they'd fix it sooner. Supposedly will be fixed finally next week! We shall see. No apologies or discounts because of it. If it's hot outside it's like being in the pizza oven inside. Imagine how hot it would be for the kitchen staff working around a hot oven. The apparent apathy deserves only 1 star, but gave 3 only because the pizza great and service is fast and to the table.

Pizza is good, but completely overpriced. The glory days of Round Table Pizza apparently died in the 90s. It might be fine for take out, but way too expensive.

I order pizza here all the time strictly out of convenience. The workers are mediocre as far as customer service, and the facility is usually clean but even when there are no customers around the tables are sometimes dirty and the bathrooms are not the cleanest as well. When I order online for delivery the pizza is always late by 20-30mins (according to the ETA quote from the website). I would like to see some improvement in these areas especially since the average price I pay per order is $50. This is pizza mind you…..improve, improve, improve please.

My husband picked up pizza for dinner and it was undercooked. My 5 year old and 7 year old ate it first so they didn't even realised they were eating raw dough. When I called them regarding this matter they suggested I should bring the pizza back to the store...really it was after 8pm. I should have told them to deliver same order and pick up their undercooked ones. Shame on you round table no wonder you have poor ratings.

This restaurant is filthy. The bathroom is disgusting. The salad bar has gross build up of gunk around the posts...The floor is filthy....I can only pray the kitchen where they actually cook isn't as filthy as the rest of the place. If it is the health department should shut it down....I uploaded a few photos.

Paid for extra red sauce and extra cheese. Did not receive, but I did get a 2 inch brown hair. 😢

Poor assistance with help. Delivery person took care of us while waiting for his order. Everyone in my group that ate the cheese pizza literally got sick. Game machines did not work. Will never go back.

Always comes up with lame reasons they can’t deliver a pizza 3 miles away. I’m glad there are other choices close bye. Don’t waste your time. I’ve gotten more refunds than pizzas from this place

Pizza was the worst I ever had from a Round Table. Little cheese, dry and tasteless. Very Disappointed! $21 for a medium cheese pizza that ended up in the trash. Not on!

The employees are nice and super friendly. But the last time we went me and my god daughter got sick off the salad bar. I brought it to the attention of the acting manager how dirty it was around the salad bar. He told me thank you and that they would be taken care of it. I haven't been back to se cuz I'm kind of scared considering what happened last time. But he's a pretty nice manager he take care of other people well and I just hope that he took care of the things that needed cleaning in there

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order for delivery. Our time passed so we called. Then the guy tried to tell us it was for pick up, ok then why charge us a delivery charge. We didn't have our order number so we call back once we found it and was told no order under thar number. We are looking at it in my laptop. They finally found it and said it was coming out of the oven and another 45 minutes after we have already waited an hour. Then out for delivery was over 20 minutes when I live 2 blocks (yes I was lazy). We call and they told us not sure what you want us to do about it, and hung up on us. It took over 2 hours to finally get our pizza. This is unprofessional and horrible customer service skills.

This location does not even deserve a single star. Issues: For my purchases ( All at Suisun city CA location – I made it my favorite location, unfortunately) on 3/31/2020, 4/2, 4/3/2020 double points not credited to my account despite following every * mark guidelines. Ignored communications: So I spoke to Shayla ( 4/3/2020& 4/8/2020), her response” Alex shall call you , he is here from 4pm on) and to Pablo on 4/4. His response “Alex is tied up, he will call you”. Again I was ignored. Again, no call from Alex. Finally after chasing Alex, I got hold of him 4/8/2020; discuss issues on incorrect royalty rewards points. His response “I am new at this”, & “I shall contact corporate as there are few others having similar issues” , “ I will get back to you( phone number confirmed from customer log book where they log customer concerns). As of 4/27, no follow up from Alex, I gave them benefit of doubt and ordered through App once more and decided to go personally meet Mr. Manager- Alex. You guessed it correctly, Alex N/A. So Austin, pride himself being shift supervisor interacted with me. He seems to be mentally challenged, could not understand the issues first three times and kept repeating “this is corporate issue and we have nothing to do with it”. Then he got rude, and said “either you pay for order or leave”, “I have a line here”. Not only I left and will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION but also warn others be very cautious of joining royalty reward program, Corporate just does not care, there is no communication/ reply back from them (I left them email). There are TONS of NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF this location, problems with App, points not credited etc. Dealing with Despicable- employees (Austin, Pablo) , manager( Alex), and even corporate who blind sides their loyal customers. I recommend against this location and pizza chain over other competitors, anyone with mental IQ of 30 or more shall never be loyal to this sheer rudeness and resulting bad attitude towards customers.

The cashier (Arlhet M) was very rude. Did not give us suggestions for our kids. Salad bar is $8.99 for a personal size with not refill 😒. Waiting time was 35 min for 1 large pizza.

For Roundtable to be the MOST expensive pizza in town, their service is lousy! I paid almost $40 for 2 medium basic pizzas and waited over an hour and 45 min and still no delivery. Called them 3x and was promised a call back by Alex but never received one. I can't understand what could be the problem with efficiency because the Sunset location is always empty and I'm pretty sure with the Covid 19 situation there can't be a whole lot of dining in at a place that is normally a ghost town for business. Sofia refunded my money (hopefully it will show on my acct in 2-3 business days) and she did apologize, but....

Made an order for delivery on 4/02 and said they they couldn't deliver to my location. Asked me if I wanted to change to a pickup order. I declined and asked them to just refund the amount. Been over a month my charge of 36.37. really really disappointed because I love round table. Sad to say I won't be ordering from them again because if this.

Had the worst experience with buffet. Arrived at 6:30 pm which should be right in the middle of the buffet time. Only a few pieces of pizza, salad bar empty. And When I asked if they could refill the salad bar, I was told that they would get to it. I waited at least 10 minutes for the salad bar to be refilled. Also when they put pizza up on the heater bar, it was one pizza at a time every 4 minutes. And of course every pizza wad gone within 1 minute. I was with my husband and 4 children. Definitely a horrible experience.

Although my pizza was satisfactory, the restaurant’s cleanliness was concerning. The employee responsible for cooking my pizza he was sweeping and mopping the floor. He was not wearing gloves while fixing my order and a female worker was seen wrapped in a blanket taking orders. These actions suggest a lack of proper hygiene and cleanliness standards within the establishment.

Sunday night, we arrived at Round Table on sunset around 8:30pm. We waited a few moments till the rest of our party arrived. They arrived at 8:45 pm. We were 3 families , 7 adults and 7 children. When I had placed my order with assuming Manager Brian, things were great. He was friendly and even advised that ordering online could save us some money, but I had declined. My sister did place her order online as well as our other sister. Mine was the only one done at the counter. I placed my order at 8:52pm and was told it would be done in 20 min, we found a spot where we can all sit together and enjoy our dinner. I received my order around 9:20pm, my sister received hers at 9:25. We all began to eat all while our other sister was waiter for her order. Nobody at this time nor when we placed our order did they mention that we needed to leave at 9:30pm. At this time, our sister still had not received her pizza, and it was 9:31pm. The manager (assuming) Brian then said that we needed to leave because they were closed. Our sister had told him that they were still waiting for her order. He walked back, and it was sitting behind the counter and stated that she never asked for her order and, therefore, it wasn't their fault. 2 min later, Brian comes from behind the counter and says that he had already asked us to leave and that we needed to start picking up because they were closed. Again, we were never addressed and told that we needed to be gone before 9:30pm. He told us at 9:31pm, He then started to Harass along with the 2 other employees (girls) and stated that if we did not get up and leave, he was going to call the police and has every right to refuse service. My husband had told him that our sister had just received their pizza two minutes ago, and if he would allow us to let the children eat that we would be out of their way, he said no, and that it was not his problem and still threatened to call the cops. He did indeed call the police. We were not the only people in the restaurant. There was another gentleman who happened to be homeless that they didn't ask to leave, just us. All we were trying to do was eat and leave back home. We have always stopped there to eat after coming back from six flags since it's on the way home. This has never happened to us before and we have been to that restaurant a lot of times. Brian and the other 2 employees were flat out disrespectful, yelling and cussing at us all while we told him they didn't need to talk to us that way and we had children at the table listening to everything. Things were escalating. Around 9:40 i went to have a conversation on the side with Brian and one of the female employees and told him that If would have mentioned to us when we had placed our order, that the dinning area was closed or that we couldn't sit down or mentioned something of the sort then we wouldn't have stayed, he did say that he failed to mention that to me. The female employee then said she didn't say anything because she was trying to accommodate us. I did mention i was going to file a complaint, and one of the female employees just laughed. We did end up leaving around 9:45 and as we were leaving 3 police had arrived. We did not get to speak with them, but it's so unfortunate that we will not be going there ever again. They definitely need some training on how to speak to their customers and learn better customer service. We didn't even complain that our pizza was not cooked completely and / or cut correctly. The pizza was definitely not good and undercooked. We couldn't even pull the slices apart without ripping the toppins off. I hope I get a response back regarding this situation.

The fountain root beer had run out of syrup and the front of house offered a bottle, which was nice and just about the only thing I could compliment about the night. My toddler daughter needed to use the restroom, so I took her to the men's room which was DISGUSTING. We were the only patrons, so I took her to the women's room. It was cleaner, at least, but there was no toilet paper. Which I'm sure wouldn't have been to hard to solve if I told someone about it, but the deed was done, and I didn't feel like hanging out in the women's bathroom waiting for TP. Lastly, I stood at the front for a to-go box for longer than was comfortable to stand there. While I waited, I heard one employee shouting "Don't take anymore phone orders. No more phone orders!" (It was 7pm and they close at 10?) He finally came out and asked me what I needed, I asked for a to-go box and some to-go glasses. He brought me a box and said they didn't have to-go cups. Which I have a hard time believing since there were "round table pizza" labeled paper cups hanging over the beer tabs right behind him. I guess they had(?) Or sometimes have(?) A salad/pizza bar, but it didn't look like it gets used and I assumed it was taken away due to covid. Regardless, we tried it. We were glad to go somewhere new, and the host with the goatee is the only reason anything about this place was nice. (And the pizza) but neither are good enough for us to try here again.

This Round Table has gone downhill! I will drive across town to patronize a different location. The customer service is dry and unwelcoming, and they are not knowledgeable. I don't know if it's a lack of communication from upper management, but I received an email about the rewards program restarting and I couldn't even get my question out lady enough before I was cut off with, "we don't use rewards." Then not to mention, now when you call, you go through a call center routed outside of America 🥴. I was disconnected right before my order was placed, and then when I called back, I couldn't get through. ..not sure if the server went down 🤦🏾‍♀️ After a 45-minute wait, my pizza was incorrect. Great!

Brian and the other 2 employees were flat out disrespectful, yelling and cussing at us all while we told him they didn't need to talk to us that way and we had children at the table listening to everything. Things were escalating. Around 9:40 i went to have a conversation on the side with Brian and one of the female employees and told him that If would have mentioned to us when we had placed our order, that the dinning area was closed or that we couldn't sit down or mentioned something of the sort then we wouldn't have stayed, he did say that he failed to mention that to me. The female employee then said she didn't say anything because she was trying to accommodate us. I did mention i was going to file a complaint, and one of the female employees just laughed. We did end up leaving around 9:45 and as we were leaving 3 police had arrived. We did not get to speak with them, but it's so unfortunate that we will not be going there ever again. They definitely need some training on how to speak to their customers and learn better customer service. We didn't even complain that our pizza was not cooked completely and / or cut correctly. The pizza was definitely not good and undercooked. We couldn't even pull the slices apart without ripping the toppins off. I hope I get a response back regarding this situation.

This Round Table has gone downhill! I will drive across town to patronize a different location. The customer service is dry and unwelcoming, and they are not knowledgeable. I don't know if it's a lack of communication from upper management, but I received an email about the rewards program restarting and I couldn't even get my question out lady enough before I was cut off with, "we don't use rewards." Then not to mention, now when you call, you go through a call center routed outside of America 🥴. I was disconnected right before my order was placed, and then when I called back, I couldn't get through. ..not sure if the server went down 🤦🏾‍♀️ After a 45-minute wait, my pizza was incorrect. Great!
