Hello, I just had to share a fantastic culinary discovery from my lunch break today! My coworker and I decided to try something new and headed over to the Jollibee location in Fairfield. It was actually my very first time experiencing what all the buzz was about, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. We both went for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and it was nothing short of extraordinary – truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The chicken fillet was perfectly fried to a golden crisp, retaining incredible juiciness, and boasted a delightful level of spice that was just right without being overwhelming. What truly elevated the sandwich to another level, however, were the fresh, crispy jalapeños. They added an incredible crunch and a vibrant, zesty heat that perfectly complemented the chicken and the soft bun. My coworker graciously offered me a taste of their fries, and they were absolutely stellar. Perfectly seasoned, hot, and crispy – they were an ideal accompaniment to the sandwich. Overall, the entire meal was a resounding success, and I'm already planning my next visit to explore more of Jollibee's menu. It's safe to say they've made a loyal customer out of me!

I really don’t understand the bad reviews. My experience was wonderful. The food was great. Being from the bay when you see bad reviews you stay away but honestly I'm so happy I came. If you want fried chicken this is the spot. Had the palabok and chicken combo and it was quite tasty. For dessert I had the pies. Although it is similar to the Mc Donald’s pie, they added fruits native to the Philippines. Flaky and crunchy. Prices are decent. The place is clean, well maintained and so were the restrooms. I’m glad I took a chance and didn’t let the bad reviews prevent me from having an enjoyable meal!

First time having Jollibee and it was pretty good. My only complaint was what tasted like American cheese on my aloha chicken. But I wanted to try it as it was served. The slaw was pretty good and the mashed potatoes were tasty (kinda like another major chicken franchise but not as dry). I look forward to trying their burgers and the noodles side. They have a points app and a decent deal on your first app order.

Better then Popeyes, Kentucky Fried, and Chick-fil-A. Even the burgers are good. Food just takes forever which means it's fresh always and unfortunately they will forget stuff from your order so always double check the bag.

Great food, The Chicken joy of crispy and tasty I had the Aloha Burger for the first time it was great, better than expected.

I ordered take-out for dinner as the kids were craving the delicious Jollibee fried chicken, spaghetti and palabok. The location is in a building in the Solano Town Center parking lot sandwiched between Starbucks and Jamba Juice. The service is similar to most Jollibee restaurants. The layout of this restaurant is not the best especially when it’s busy. There usually is a lot of people standing around waiting for their take-out order when you walk in. There are some tables to your right when you walk in to dine in. I would recommend downloading the Jollibee App and registering for their rewards program as they run periodic App only specials. This visit, I was able to get $10 off my order of $45 or more by ordering through their App. Filipino fried chicken is eaten by dipping it in gravy which is included with your order. Filipino spaghetti is a little sweet, but very tasty. I’m glad they finally opened a Jollibee in Fairfield so I don’t have to drive to Vallejo.

We love Jollibee everywhere but this location on our recent visit, the chicken was bland and we ordered spicy but its not even spicy.

No problems with picking up my food here and the fried chicken with gravy is always good. The restaurant is not too big so seating may be a bit limited during peak times. There’s also a drive thru window if you don’t want to go in. Hope someone takes a look at the dumpster enclosure outside leaking some stinky liquids tho.

The person manning the counter was not welcoming at all. He seemed disinterested and I'm not sure it's just a bad day. However, Jollibee food is comfort food for us, having grown in the Philippines. I ordered their spicy chicken, spaghetti, some sides, and of course peach/mango pies.

This jolibee is right next to canes. Canes would be the choice if you want different sauces. But, if you want gravy on your chicken. This the place to be...is Jolibee! Basta manok masasurap!

I ordered aloha burger but not available that time.I tried their aloha chicken, it's kinda hard on my first bite, the strip chicken inside,so I traded to my husband's palabok instead. Location is good,ambience was ok. I think food could improve, maybe more warm or hot when it's being serve. The burger steak meal could improve with the temperature,increase to warmer temperature.

However it hasn’t been good. 3rd time visit and I think this is the one kind a push me to write a review Chicken is thoroughly cooked but not the inside batter, crispy in the outside then a mouthful of uncooked flour. French fries soggy all the time The double deluxe burger is so small😩 what happened to the burger champ 🤷🏻‍♀️ No halo halo and the usual stuff. Anyway I hope it gets better.

Food: was as advertised. I’ve been to several jollibees and food is always as expected—-specially their chicken. Service: cashier did not know the different types of chicken (spicy, regular, etc). Atmosphere: came in this last Tuesday at 7:55pm and the restaurant looked dirty. Napkins on the floor, chairs were all over the place, and the trash was overflowing. The restaurant just looked like a place I did not want to eat in. Luckily we took our food to go and we knew their chicken was good. If it would have been my first time at a Jollibee, this restaurant would not have been a good impression. I would have walked out due to the cleanliness issues. They had enough people working, so clearly the issue is the manager/supervisor on duty. It was not even busy. There were no customers in line when we arrived at the restaurant.

It's a typical fast food chain quality fried chicken, the taste is different from Popeyes or KFC, it depends on what taste or texture you are craving that day, some days I prefer Popeyes, 😃

Adobe rice was over cooked and only tasted like garlic. Spicy chicken was delicious so was the spaghetti. They were swamped, had to wait about 25 min. But staff was friendly and working hard. Would recommend ordering online, might save some time.

We trusted Jollibee to show a little love for teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. Instead, they delivered nothing but disappointment. Our staff was left hungry and frustrated after Jollibee canceled on us at the last minute, with no explanation or apology. Imagine a room full of dedicated educators, counting on a promised meal, only to be left with empty stomachs and even emptier promises. Jollibee, you had one job to feed the very people who educate the next generation. Instead, you left them feeling undervalued and ignored. If you can’t even handle a Teacher Appreciation order, what hope is there for your regular customers? This was a lesson in how NOT to treat your customers, and trust us, teachers don’t forget a bad experience. Jollibee, you deserve an F for failure. We won’t be making this mistake again.

I recently visited the Jollibee in Fairfield, CA, which is usually our family's favorite spot. Unfortunately, this particular branch was quite disappointing. Our beloved Yamburger and Aloha Burger were both dry, and it seemed they had changed the bread. Additionally, the fried chicken lacked its usual crispy texture and was also dry. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, but I really hope they address these issues. I may have to make the 20-minute drive to the Vallejo location to enjoy the Jollibee experience we love!

Waiting for our food for over an hour. Not a pleasant first time here and likely won’t be coming back.

My husband had ordered online and when they notified us it was ready for pickup at 6:23pm, he went in and 70% of the employees were in the pantry room and waited for an extra 15 minutes when he was the only guest in the restaurant. He got our food at 6:45 pm. The worker was not nice and tried to charge us for extra sauces after everything and we never received our large fries. We paid $27 for an Incomplete meal. Service was terrible. We are pretty sure the manager lets the employees do whatever they want whenever they want.

The food is amazing but the service and the time it took to get my mobile order was over an hour and it was to be ready at 3:42pm on 1/4/2025. I get there they just start it and then when it was finally ready at 4:25pm they were missing some pies so I had to wait another 7 mins for the pies. I knew I was going a big order which is why I did the mobile order. Why have a mobile app to do order pick up and give a time when it’s not going to be ready.

It was a long wait and $23 for a tender meal and 3 sauces and once i got my food and left, i saw that they got my order wrong. Instead of mashed potatoes they gave me this old crusty mac and cheese. I had high expectations but this was extremely disappointing. Also yes, i did try the mac lol

Been here several times and disappointed every time. I've been to a few Jollibees around the bay area and this Fairfield location is just the worst. Chicken is old and dry and the biscuit is rock hard. Cashier doesn't know how to use a POS system apparently its all a joke. Never coming back to this location

I ordered spicy chicken and they gave me non spicy chicken. I asked to change my reg order of spaghetti and palabok from one serving to family pack they only change the spaghetti to family pack and left out the palabok. When they call my # they gave me incomplete order. The giys insist that the only order I have. Those crew need more training and need to have some discipline to counter act with customers. What a Sunday for me from Jolleebee Fairfield!
