It's busy today because it's national pancake day. But the waitress is great She's jimpong between tables professionally and on time. Food came on time and hot (temperature-wise).
My go to Breakfast place! Always fresh foods, Friendly Staff, Junior is definitely a asset to the place. Always on point. Omelets are a plus.. Pancakes always on the Side!
Travel to another city just to have this awesome service
Junior always is friendly and attentive. It is nice to see him there when we go for breakfast!
We had the best experience at our local ihop!! The cook was on point, and our waitress was beyond perfect. We are seniors and we always split a big dinner. The staff was so cute, they split it up for us in the back so we didn't have to do it at the table. The whole experience was wonderful.
Very honest staff I drop my wallet and I remember after more than 24 hours but when come back to ask the manager Jose he said they keep it for safety.
Quick and my server was patient and extremely friendly, considering my rowdy 2yr old. We were greeted and seated immediately, my go-to when I’m in town.
I was greeted immediately and taken to my table. We wanted to sit in a booth so we waited for someone to clean it. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. I didn't see a breakfast burger so I got a burger and had them put an egg on it. Wrong move!! I should have taken off the pickles and tomatoes. It became too juicy. Saying that it still wasn't too bad. My hashbrowns could have had more crisp and more in amount. Overall it was a 5.8/10.
IHOP is usually a good experience, this one was no exception. The wait staff was super polite, and even though this place was super busy (father's day) it didn't take long for my food to arrive. Food was great too, my only gripe is the setup inside because some of the tables are so close to each other, it's difficult for the staff and the customers to navigate.
The staff is always pretty friendly, and the service is quick despite being busy. My friend and I like to linger around and chat after we finish eating, and we felt no rush from the servers to leave. We even were offered to get our drinks refilled after we already paid when it became clear we hadn't planned to leave just yet. The food is alright. Nothing spectacular, but good enough to entice me to come back again. They were serving their new French toasted donuts and, while they were good, I found myself disappointed. They were much smaller than an average donut, and though "French toasting" them did give them an extra crispy outside, I didn't find them especially enjoyable. I wouldn't want to discourage anyone from trying them, because they are quite delicious. But, I personally, would have rather gotten my usual favorite. Their splasher drinks are always enjoyable and quite different from the usual suspects one would find on a restaurant menu, but they do also have the normal fountain drinks, coffee, orange juice, and milk, if that's your thing. Although for the juice and milk, you don't get free refills, and the cups are small. On the other hand, they do offer endless coffee for a small price per person. If you're a big coffee drinker, then that's good news for you. I'm not so big on the stuff, so I myself have never taken advantage. Overall, it's a pretty enjoyable restaurant. Nice, cozy ambience. Friendly staff. Delicious, though not spectacular food. Short wait times, even when busy. They even offer call ahead food for pick up, if you aren't looking to sit down. I have been plenty of times, and shall go plenty more. I most definitely would recommend.
After being seated it took my server about 15 minutes to acknowledge me. Okay it was busy but I noticed all the other servers taking care of business. She never came back to check on me. I had to flag down servers, greeters and even a manager to help me with simple request like sugar, hot syrup, napkins and butter. Thank goodness I didn't have to ask for more coffee. Who knows how long that might of taken. The sirloin tips were over cooked but okay. Everything else was satisfactory. Service was not good to say the least. My server had to of passed my table 20 times and never asked if I was okay or needed anything until she brought me check after sitting there for 10+minutes just waiting. I do like IHOP so I hope my next experience is better at this location. First time here.
It's the only IHOP within pedaling distance... & they charge $7 for the $6.(advertised as $6 at "All Other" IHOP's). It's unfair Treatment for me... I'm a 64 yr. Old man, Living on Less than $1,200/mo., & Disabled ! I can use that $1 "Overcharge" that they've Finagled out of me, Time & Time again !!! A Very Manipulative Form of Trickery, is Very Immoral; Ethically, & is not Shy of being "Blatantly Deceitful" to its very Own Customers. Why ??? Don't get me wrong, I've been a Faithful Follower of IHOP for Decades (I can remember as far back as 1967... the Family would pile into the Station Wagon after Sunday Church for our IHOP breakfast). I'm disappointed they rip me off regularly !!!
I order A stake omelet and it wasn't made the way I wouldn't mean it was falling apart while I I was eating it it felt everywhere no everywhere it wasn't properly made made the steak was less than what I anticipated paint it and it did have a lot of potatoes I don't know if that's the way the store makes it but it was not to my like I will not order that steak omelet again or I will modify ithe fight in all the service was good I did tip the waitress And I thought that the environment I was in was safe it was relaxing it was quiet it was welcoming walking though the music wasn't it. So when all I give the store 3 stars for the service and the food and the environment.
Everything about the Fairfield ihop is terrible, the food, service and everything around it. The workers are very rude and the managers just sit and watch it all happen, you can tell they’re managers by the nicer ihop shirt they have on. It’s very disappointing as this iHop is 2 minutes away from my house. We had got a notification that our food was gonna be ready by 1:06 and when I got there at 1:05 the food was already sitting in a cubby and when we opened it the food was ice cold, and my strawberry syrup wasn’t in the bag. It’s clearly on the receipt and when I go in to ask them for it because they forgot it they told me you can’t order strawberry syrup unless it’s a special type of meal you order? It was on the app and receipt and I just wanted the old fashioned syrup replaced with strawberry, I’ve done it multiple times in the past and today it was a problem. Everybody just stared and watched as this host was giving me the run around in the rudest tone and way and it created an uncomfortable environment to be in. Never expected this but it is what it is.
I went here yesterday and was treated like crap by the owner or manager. Complete horrid person. First I asked if I could use the restroom before my party got there I was greeted by the rudest treatment t iv ever received ever. I ad a.back pack on and he treated me like trash not sure if it was.racism or.just who he.is. we go there every mo th when I visit my dad. He spends over 100 dollars.a.week there. Till recently he was annoyed by my cripple step mom's electric chair she has to be in and told them to never come.back either. I called corporate and they will get back to me I hope. I also called a.lawyer cause the second time I went in I reordered his reaction which again was horrid. Some of the hosts even said sorry to me and expressed there dislike for him calling him a mean and horrid person i will never ever go back there unless that guy is gone. Ihate the fact these big chains franchise out there names its killing alot of places. Also maybe get these people training on how to.treat another human being
UNPROFESSIONAL BODY SHAMING STAFF! This is the second time I’ve had to review this restaurant, and unfortunately I think I’m done coming here. After my first complaint, I was contacted and asked to provide a summary, but I never heard back from anyone. Today I placed a to-go order. While paying at the kiosk, an older female server with glasses approached me and commented on my body, saying: “You’re so skinny! Do you even eat?” She then repeated herself even after it was clear the comment was inappropriate. A male server nearby tried to smooth things over by offering a compliment, but the damage was already done. Under no circumstances should restaurant staff ever comment on a customer’s body, appearance, or weight. It is offensive, unprofessional, and extremely inappropriate. The fact that this happened in 2025 is disappointing and shows a lack of training and basic etiquette. A customer’s health, body, or life circumstances are none of your staff’s business. This experience was uncomfortable and concerning, and I hope management seriously addresses how their staff are trained in professionalism and respect toward patrons.
Got horrible service by this one woman when I did an online order and she made me give her my Gmail address all I did was ask for a few butters, syrups, and silverware because all other businesses don't give a damn. Watch out for this place. I will never come here again. Do business elsewhere.
