The Maple Bar Café...Man-O-Man what a great spot! I was on my way out to Modesto to drop off a cannon barrel to an old friend, and had time to detour into Suisun for a quick breakfast sandwich. Well, there's only one spot in Suisun that really worth stopping at..That be the Maple Bar Café, it's always a 5 star experience, today I just asked for a plain old sausage sandwich to go, and boy did they deliver, it was wonderfully delicious! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s for sure!

Great food! Good variety and it's not just your usually breakfast eggs, bacon, hash... I mean they got that but they have so much more. So why stick with the basics. Plus the mimosa are good too. I say they are a little pricey. Expect to pay at least $25 a person. But more realistically more because you'll want to order more... but you do get your money's worth.

My husband and I make it our hobby to find great breakfast restaurants! Boy did we find a WINNER! The Maple Bar Cafe in Suisun offers an extensive menu of unique breakfast options! The French Toast Combo came highly recommended and we are so glad we listened! The thick country bread was amazing and the portions huge! We also ordered the Breakfast Burrito that is loaded with deliciousness. We shared breakfasts and took home enough for a second meal! We were in no hurry to go home as the music was AMAZING as was the fresh modern atmosphere ! Thank you FABIAN for a memorable first visit! We will be back very soon!

Maple Bar Café is a solid spot. Great atmosphere, short wait, and our waitress was genuinely nice and helpful. She even gave me good insight on which mimosa to go with. I had the corned beef hash—tasty, filling, and easily big enough that I couldn’t finish it (leftovers = win). One small note: the floor around our table was pretty sticky. I didn’t mention it at the time and it didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth a quick clean-up. I’d still come back.

Maple Bar Café is a solid spot. Great atmosphere, short wait, and our waitress was genuinely nice and helpful. She even gave me good insight on which mimosa to go with. I would have liked my bacon a bit crispier on my biscoff pancake plate (asked for extra crispy) but it wasn't too bad. A couple people in my group wanted a cappuchino but were informed that there was no espresso machine, which makes the restaurant name a little misleading. Only regular coffee is available. Would be awesome to have this option available in the future if possible. Its a nice ambiance with easy parking available.

The food was about a four I felt my waffle was a little rubbery. I had two sausage patties and scrambled eggs those were okay. I would return here again as the service was pleasant and you can get a decent breakfast . Next time I will try their pancakes.

Food was great and plentiful. Service was ok. Servers kept forgetting our addition wants (silverware, ketchup, drinks....). Atmosphere was nice. Plenty of seating for such a small place. Noise level was busy (not too loud)

The floors are not cleaned just overall very unclean. It does make me worry about what’s going on in the kitchen. Overall the food is good but unless you have the time to wait you may want to go elsewhere although I do highly recommend the BLT & fries

My wife's waffle was hard and over cooked, which they remade and was much better, but it baffles me how a breakfast & brunch Cafe can run out of butter by 8am and don't know before hand?... the table next to us left after ordering because they had no butter. They did send someone to get some after the fact. The chicken was plain tasting and on the verge of being dry. My wife was only able to eat half of her remade waffle without butter, and just a few bites of the chicken. She didn't like my tator tots either. My "make your own" omelet with mushrooms cheddar cheese and bacon was disappointing. It barely had any bacon which looked to be diced up pieces, and it was loaded with onions more than anything, which ruined it for me. I did order a side of bacon which was only two pieces but was good, along with the coffee, and they do have Cholula sauce, also our waitress was nice... Eating out nowadays is expensive, and we make a point to frequent independently/family owned establishments. If you want us to spend our hard earned money with you, your food needs to be on point!

My drink tasted funny and my omelet was sitting on a plate funny looking butter and oil. I gave never been served eggs like that. Good thing I didn’t eat them. My husband later found hair in them. The greeter was nice but our server was friendly at all and also seemed to be rushing us out after we paid. Later on my friend messaged me to let me know she actually got sick from the food.
