I’ve worked in fast food before I know it’s busy but I ask you don’t use the same blender tool that you just stuck in caramel or mocha coffee then place it directly into my drink because now I I have a drink that should not contain coffee at all with coffee in it. I ordered more than one at that… Cross contamination is a health and safety concern. A follow up with the local health department will be made.

I never go there but a dog I was caring for seemed to like the plain hamburger. It was $6 and I guess the dog decided it no longer liked the grayish gravel meat of the basic hamburger. Yeah, and they got the order wrong too, 1 hamburger.

The Suisun City location can not seem to get any order correct. I order extra pickles and I get none. Not rocket science here.

I went to McDonald's to pick up my counter mobile order of fries that I ordered for my son and I was waiting for my husband to get his drink because he ordered food for himself and the lady at the counter proceeded to tell us once you leave the restaurant you can't come in and refill your drink and I said ok I'm going home. I was so confused and felt like I was immediately categorized by her because I was in sweats and a baggy sweatshirt she assumed that I was homeless I guess… it's sad but it's your own people sometimes. She was very rude and I felt disrespected by her actions. Some people don't know what it means to be in customer service.

Every single time I come to this mcdonald's, i'm asked to park in one of their mobile spots, are they just trying to get their time line time better, this is simply unacceptable.How can a franchise be run like this.

Bad customer service lady just quickly handed me my bag and said have a good day while the window was closing. BTW I asked for my order to be cooked fresh and my chicken nuggets were definetly not even close. And tasted old on top of that...fail

Food has always been good. Just service is hit or miss. In the last 3 months, find you have to always double check drive thru orders: missing food, wrong orders, etc.

Really crazy how their app never works for the code!!! And all they tell you is “we have no control over the app”. There should be a way to input the code on their end!!! Guess they rather have you drive off the drive thru

I’ve been to this McDonald’s plenty of times as a delivery driver doing ubereats and usually nobody says anything. I walk in, grab the order off the counter, and leave — they barely even acknowledge me. But today (around 9:30 a.m.) was completely different and made me feel disrespected. As soon as I walked in, the employee at the front asked me for the last three digits of the order number — I had no problem giving her that. But then she started asking me a bunch of other questions and made me confirm the order. That caught me off guard because I’ve never been interrogated like that before. What’s crazy is, I used to even wonder why they never checked who was picking up — because honestly anybody could just walk in and take the food. They never asked for anything before. And even when I tried to show them my phone to prove I was picking up an order, they’d just ignore me like they didn’t care. So why now? Why pick and choose when to start caring? It honestly makes me wonder if this was racism or discrimination based on how I look. If y’all normally don’t care, but suddenly treat me different, what else am I supposed to think? Then when I left the store, things got even weirder. This random man outside immediately started questioning me about what kind of car I drive, just because I was wearing a jacket with a car brand on it. It was uncomfortable and suspicious. I don’t know if he was an undercover cop or just somebody looking for trouble, but the whole thing felt off. Why are you walking up on people asking weird personal questions the moment they leave a store? And to top it off, right after that happened, I noticed the employees inside were speaking in another language while looking at me as I walked out — like they were talking about me. That just added to the whole feeling that I was being watched, profiled, or talked about behind my back. Again, this was around 9:30 a.m., so whoever was working the front counter at that time needs to be addressed. If McDonald’s wants to start confirming orders, that’s fine — but treat everyone the same and do it with respect. Don’t interrogate certain people just because of how they look or dress. That’s not okay
