On my Way Home during My Commute. Good to have a burger 🍔 in your hand during the frequent times the traffic stops, I can eat and the time waiting goes by So Smoothly.
Christmas night, it is raining outside and everyone wants to grab some food. Good experience the team working the evening shift were working hard. Kudos to all the team working that evening. Big kudos to Mickey working the front register to gather the food for the customers. Communicating to his colleagues and the customers. Jack in the box provide bonuses and extra care for this team. Good job Jack in the Box in Suisun City.
Last night 10/18 was extremely busy. Even with the chaos the gentleman working were doing their best. Marcus showed us top notch customer service. If he's not a manager he should be promoted. He was running the show with grace and resilience. Thank you!
I've always had great experiences at this location. Bummed out you guys didn't have the color changing cup when I went in today so I didn't end up buying anything as my main purpose was for the cup. Wish there was a way to see which location has them
The gentleman who took my order last night 5/13/24 @ 9 is very nice and pleasant. It's fast food, you get what you get. I cannot tell you what most done already know about the quality of preparation from the cook. When people truly enjoy their job, it shows in the presentation of the good they hand-off to the bagger then to the customer. When owners start taking responsibility to respect employees, they hire the best or the ones willing to be the best, and they care how the product goes out. Customer satisfaction is no longer important to most franchise business owners.
Was a super busy time. The staff was working hard to advise they would be right with us. Manager suggested using the app or kiosk to save time. That was a good suggestion! Food was good. Didn't have to wait long. The staff handled it well!
I go to this one all the time. But tonight a young man, Marcus, working the window, seen me struggling as I have limited use of my right arm. He went above and beyond to hand me my food and drinks, while the whole time being reassuring and patient.
Walked in and ordered from the kiosk and stood in the lobby for a few minutes before anyone even asked if I had placed a order. I think customer service is a thing of the past.
I recently become a big fan of Jack in the Box. The burgers are an actual medley of flavors. The services is usually pretty good, but hey, it’s a fast food restaurant. It doesn’t have a whole lot of character.
Clean Restaurant, Plenty of seating, Easy to get in and out of Parking area. Confused a Drive in order with my order. The Sourdough Jack Burgers should have been half the price. Because, they were very Dry! .. A spot of Mayonnaise, no ketchup, and no Onion Sauce on them. The Tomatoes were almost non existent. The Curly Fries were too expensive. I didn't think to check the price ahead of time. (that's my fault) We were very disappointed in this order 😞
I haven't been to jack in the box in about 20 years. I had the double cheeseburger, curly fries and onion rings, and two tacos. I used to eat those greasy tacos in highschool 20 years ago, and they are still greasy and good. And the hamburger was pretty good too .
The food is never very hot but it tastes alright. However, it seems like everytime I order a double jack at this location they only give me one patty. This last time I went they got my double jack wrong twice and just kept giving loads of old curly fries on top of the ones from my original order. After coming back I decided to go inside and speak to a manager. He remembered me from the drive thru apologized for the mistakes and made a 3rd burger himself so it was correct. He loaded me up with even more curley fries and offered me dessert which was nice and unexpected, I chose the cheesecake. Even though the problem was fixed, what was supposed to be lunch for my man and I together ended up being us eating our meals at separate times. It was a hassle to get clear down the road then have to turn around twice. I would definitely recommend checking your burgers before pulling out of the drive thru especially if they are customized. No mayo. no onions....what's so hard about that?
I was double charged from the ap and waited for so long for the refund - which I still haven't gotten and the manager gave me someone else's receipt when we left - we waited so long that our food was cold.
I only come here for breakfast. The hash browns are always under cooked or burnt. I almost always have to throw them away. The sandwiches are always a mess. But what got me today was a long, thick hair sticking out of my breakfast sandwich. It was cooked deep into the egg, I couldn't even pull it out and threw it away. This is not the first time at this Jack in the Box with hair in my food, but over the last month, it's gotten worse and worse there. Will not be going back there again. It's not worth it. Now I'm at work with no breakfast and $14 wasted $$$.
Absolutely disgusting, I came here nov.4th 2025 at 5:15, and the dude working there let out a disgusting burb as he took my payment and didn’t even apologize. Before that he was extremely rude to me over the telecoms. I’ve never left a review like this in my life. But I hope this damn dude gets fired. Because that was absolutely disgusting. -5/10
This place is a JOKE THEY HAVE NO DRINKS ONLY WATER management really needs training all suisun's fast food needs help
The burgers are made fresh and taste good. Unfortunately their french fries, which is a big part of why you order a meal are always garbage and taste OLD. They used to give old french fries before until people complained then for 1 year their french fries tasted normal. Then suddenly the fries are garbage again and the reason why is the management tells the employees to REFRY old french fries. The other locations are better. No one wants to pay for OLD french fries that won't get eaten and just get trashed anyway
Ordered a #1 meal no mayo and tomato add mustard. The receipt was correct. Got the order and only what I asked not to have, was on the burger. Meat, cheese, tomato and mayo. No bacon or ketchup which come stock. Garbage
Their drive through order computer is constantly broken. And there are several employees there who screw up you order. Tonight they forget 3 of my items and half my order was cold.
Very disappointed with the service! I’m seating in my car fro 10 minutes now and the line ain’t moving. This happened to me more than twice now!
I ordered through the drive through and i ordered 4 meals l. So they gave me a broken cup holder to start off and all the drinks fell in my brand new car seats. Second they told me to park on number 2 to get my order. They didn’t come out until another 10 min and the guy that came out looked high and i ask for a new cup holder and ranch and hot sauce. He came back with the ranch but no cup holder and no hot sauce. So i ask for it again and he comes back looking so high with cup holder and sauce. I come home and they forget a set of fries. Smh and our food was cold. And my sprite!! Looked light brown and not clear!!!!
