Everyone knows that Mountain Mike's has great pizza. Most people know that they have the lunch buffet and they have the buffet on Wednesday night. Most people go in during those times and gorge on pizza. What a lot of people do not know is that you can go in anytime they're open and they have a fantastic salad bar. If I wanted to make a salad like this at home I'd have to spend $20.00 to buy the ingredients of all the things I would eat in the salad bar, plus I would have to make it, and by the time I got around to eating them all they would go bad in the refrigerator. It is so much easier to go pay 7 Bucks at Mountain Mikes for their fantastic salad bar and just eat a great salad and be happy :) (and maybe a slice of pizza too, you can't live on just salad) This picture is how I do salad, but they have a lot more items in their salad bar than you would see here, including hard boiled eggs, baby corn, peppercinis, they really have a lot of ingredients for you to choose from. Mountain Mike's, great pizza and great salad if you want to really eat healthy too. I give them 5 stars all the way for everything... the restaurant is always clean, they have great service, and if you're good and eat all your salad, you might be able to get away with a scoop of ice cream... I recommend the peanut butter fudge, it is divine. The ice cream is really high-quality, great flavor, "this is real ice cream that tastes great and you just know it when you taste it" kind of ice cream. Enjoy :)

First time there. Friendly staff, comfortable seating, good atmosphere and awesome pizza! We had the Robbers Roost. A chicken, tomato, olive, green onion and mushrooms with white sauce. Great flavor and crispy crust! Yum!!! Definitely going again or getting delivery! Ordered a large and could only eat half!

They make great Pizza and they also have an awesome salad bar. I try to eat more pizza than salad, but I'm not always successful haha. They also have a very good ice cream counter selection, I posted pictures of the flavor menu. The all-you-can-eat pizza buffet with salad bar is on Wednesday night from about 5 to 8. They also have the daily lunch buffet, which is great for all you can eat pizza and salad for just about $10, it can't be beat.

I wish I had taken pictures of them so I could post here. There were plenty of televisions to watch the baseball games that were going on. Since I was not in a hurry, I did not notice a significant wait time for pizzas, but I could very much imagine that if it were a busy day that would be at a lot of waiting. All in all a good experience for a decent price and I will go back.

The staff is friendly and I like that they seem to enjoy their job as opposed to having to be there. We always get a pepperoni, pineapple and jalepeno pizza. Sweet and salty . Mmmmm.... they have a separate room if your interested in a birthday party or maybe a business lunch for your crew. They also have a small selection of ice cream which is a nice treat . The 6 tvs are always showing the latest basketball, football or golfing event which makes this a great place for sports fans. I give Mountain Mike's ( of Suisun) 5 out of 5 stars. Mrs Smiley

Pizza was excellent, they didn't skimp on the toppings like some locations do. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean. The lady who took my order said 15-20 minutes, and it was closer to 35, but not a huge deal.

Pizza is decent. I order ahead because i know the delivery will be 45 minutes as advertised, but worth the wait. I understand because they dont have many employees. I would highly recommend while hungover or while drinking. Delivery guys are cool as well

My son and I visited twice in May. Both times they got the drinks wrong. The buffet was lacking in variety, they kept bringing out an unpleasant barbecue offering which was way too sweet . Pretty unlikely to go back.

Veggie pizza was good but the pepperoni was very poor with so much dough and hardly any cheese or sauce. Cashier was not pleasant and when we asked for water, he said we needed to order a drink.

While this chain's pizza is very tasty and they offer a unique variety of signature combinations, they are pricey. Bacon Chicken Luau is favorite with nice amounts of savory, smoky, and sweet. Using coupons you can get a large for about $24. For non-proprietary flavors there are other great places nearby with better prices.

sept. 6 2024. i havnt been home to ff/suisun in so long. this was just a random day to hit up the lunch buffet time and MM is just another pizza joint. nothing was bad and surprise to see a loards ice cream in this area i guess.

Decided to go here to try the buffet. I figured it was cheaper and more convenient. Welp, salad bar ran out of produce, and the pizzas weren't really coming out as they should. I can understand that day-to-day, you don't want food wasted, but their was an entire retirement celebration going on with Public Works employees, so there should have been a lot of variety and replenishment! I think next time I'll just order to go or switch locations. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Pizza buffet needs to have more of a variety available. Thin crust was not an option for those of us that require thinner in our diet. Inquired about having and the result was not an option. Waited a while for a pizza with veggies to be placed available. Great food, however, a variety would be nice. The bathroom was clean but having issues with handicap stall and toilet almost overflowing. Revisit maybe another time and see if they step it up a bit. Salad and pizza has always been a great combo for me.

I finally figured out why the pizza isn’t as good. It’s the crust. The crust has become very bland almost like ingredients are missing. I don’t know if it’s just Suisun mountain mikes or if there was a company wide change in the recipe.

Pizza is good, minus 2 stars for website that does not work and will not allow me to customize order or even to add anything to my cart. The ordering screen freezes and never allows me to order anything. Score will be adjusted once website works as intended.

To me, it tasted like frozen pizza with canned ingredients. It wasn't horrible, but my kids didn't enjoy it much either, and the wings need seasoning! Tasted bland.

Like other reviews said, it tastes like canned ingredients. This was our first time ordering from here. Everything was hot when we picked it up, the pizza just isn't good. The cheese isn't great and there's barely any sauce on top of the 1.5 inch thick crust. Potato wedges were dry and tasteless. Also, not sure why people say the pizzas are a great deal, it was pretty pricey.

After a tip I paid $50 for 1 large pizza with 3 toppings. I don't know if they used gold in the flour or something but I wasn't expecting $50 for a pizza. The guy who answered the phone had such a thick foreign accent I could barely understand him. Will definitely be ordering from somewhere else next time.

Don't advertise a buffet if you aren't prepared to do it ontime and actually have enough food.

They showed up a hour late from promise delivery time. Then after dinner the food poisoning started kicking in and is still lingering this morning. I had to call off work today because im afraid to leave the bathroom. Ive been going to this mountain mikes for years and im sure ill never be giving my business to them in the future. Unsatisfied customer.

Pizza not cooked through, pineapple thrown out of a can on top, NASTY!! Wings ice cold and tasteless. Messed up my order to begin with. CLOWN SHOES! Keep hiring snowflake MILLENIALS who want a menial free paycheck. Trash! I've had better food at an OLD hospital, and way better service. Never again, good Riddance!

I order honey bbq wings at least once a month. I love them. But, tonight they seemed spicy. So I sent them back. They gave me another order of them and again they were spicy. They said that its the same bbq sauce they have been using. Then why is it now spicy? I can't eat anything remotely spicy. I will no longer order from them. Im very disappointed.

Pizza was cold/room temp. in the center of it and more warm to hot twards edge of it. The service was bad. I requested a cup with a lid to go for the water, and the guy, who happened to be mgr. said no. I would have to pay for a reg. 16 oz. to go cup. And i told him i didnt bother to complain about the pizza but that he was rude even though i complained about it. He didnt offer a refund or to make a pizza. Dont go to the Suisun loc.

Don’t come here expecting customer service because all the workers seem like they don’t want to be here. They took the salad bar early and wouldn’t let me make my salad even though I ordered ahead. I’m allergic to mushrooms and got a pre-made salad that they wouldn’t change that had mushrooms on it. It went straight in the trash. Don’t bother coming here go to the one in Fairfield it’s not too far from this location.

Went at lunch time and they only had bread sticks out. Place want packed either. In the 45 minutes spent in the restaurant they only brought out 2 pizzas. $40 later for 3 of us, we had salad and 2 pieces of pizza.

Called for pizza 1 hour 50 minutes ago. They said delivery in 1 hour. Called back 1+30 after original order, driver had departed a few minutes earlier. As i write this still no pizza, and they are 2.6 miles away. Said they only had 1 driver tonite, but with 3 locations within 6 miles of us you might think they could send a driver from one of the other locations to help out. Pizza's here, and cold. Tipped the driver 30% on a $24 pizza... not his fault.

Driver brought wrong pizza after 1 hour. He said he would be back, never came. I called Mountains Mike. They could not tell me where my pizza is. I spoke to 3 staff workers, they could not answer me. They sure put me on hold twice. I then wanted a refund. They told they did not know how to refund on a debit card. They stated they had to call a manager before I was refunded and. I will never order there again. They did not apologize for mix up or anything.

DON’T GO HERE!!! I found a CLEAR RUBBER STRING INSIDE my PIZZA, I requested reimbursement and was DENIED. As you can see in the photos the rubber was clearly BAKED into the Pizza.

You need ID to pick up pizza if someone else paid for it and they want to see the card I showed the guy the picture of the card and the ID and he still kept telling me now he want to take my phone I’m worried about getting the pin number off the card and I don’t want him to get the pin number and he refused to give me the pizza even though I showed him the ID and the card over and over. He was really really mean never come here again, you shouldn’t need ID to pick up pizza if you don’t like people you shouldn’t be in Customer Service

I previously rated this restaurant 5 stars but downgrading it to 3. This place used to provide good service. Cash register needs to be friendly with somewhat good communication skills. What really bothers me is when a teenage kid was kicked out of the restaurant despite buying an ice cream. The place was not busy and had plenty of tables available. It was a 100 degrees outside. Kid should be able to eat inside the restaurant. After all the kid did bought an ice cream.

Went in today for the lunch buffet as advertised on their front window and on the menu. The girl behind the counter (Fernanda) didn't even acknowledge clients that came in. She took the orders like a robot. There was no one in the facility, but there were 6 tables with dirty dishes and food left on them. When we ordered the lunch buffet, she initially acted like she didn't know what it was. (Not sure if it was her first day, but if it wasn't, it should be her last). We pointed it out on the menu and on the windows as advertised. She said that they don't do buffet lunch but corporate wants them to keep the signs up to bring people in. They had to throw out too much pizza when they did the buffet (that sounds like poor planning!). She offered salad bar, which they also didn't have all the items they list. Also noticed they advertise heart shaped pizzas but that was dated for Feb 2020. Is that a corporate decision too? Other people were coming in for the pizza buffet and walking right out when they found out the pizza buffet did not exist. The pizza tasted good, but floating in so much oil. It seems to have lost the much needed local vibe and welcome. This employee is not a very good representation of the company (local or corporate)

When i got there i asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. I was told restrooms are for paying customers only. Told him i am a paying customer but i need to wash up before handling pizza. And the diced tomatoes are few and far between. It looked like a skimpy pepperoni pizza with some few other things accidentally dropped on the pizza. Very disappointing because the idea behind this pizza was for the vegetables, which they forgot to include. Then the churros… aren’t churros supposed to be covered in sugar and cinnamon? Well. They must have run out of sugar and cinnamon today because what i got was cooked dough in the shape Of a churro. Not sweet. Not cinnamony. . And the garlic bread was like a small pizza without the sauce. Not strips like the me u showed but litter ally a small pizza without sauce or toppings. Needless to say i will not be going back there unless it is to bring this food back tomorrow to hand to the manager and ask for my $70 refund.
