Was in Fairfield for a couple of weeks for work and was tired of the typical big chain restaurants and decided to give this a try. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Golden brown seasoned fries, and the veggies on the burger were crisp and fresh. Best of all, burger wasn’t smashed to a pancake like the other places. Definitely recommend.

I had the double burger and it was amazing. Plenty of food, great flavor, the bread was warm. They had plenty of vegetables. It only took about seven or eight minutes for it to come out. The sweet potato fries we’re good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The place was clean. I will be going here again. So good

Tried the new protein pockets. Wanted to sub ranch for honey mustard. Was not allowed, couldn’t even pay extra to sub. But I could get ranch on the side. Had to get the pocket EXACTLY how the card told them to fix it….including two tomatoes and two pickles, no more. Yet sandwiches are still unlimited veggies and sauces.

The staff was friendly and generous. The burger was delicious and above average for a burger. The wait time was a little long, but worth the wait.

Texas Burger is so good! I've never had any issues with the food. There's also a Subway inside, so there are healthier options if you don't want a burger. The food is fresh and made to order. I do have to admit that it is a little pricey, but I feel like it's worth it! The staff is really friendly and helpful if you're not sure what to get. There have been a couple of times the drive thru had a wait. However, the inside was really busy.

Not the greatest burger I've ever had but definitely not the worst. The onion rings were over cooked and the milkshakes were more milk than shake.

The building was under construction. They were painting the back room white, it still open for business. This is a subway and burger in one. You can also get bluebell ice cream as well. Food quality: Burger Patty was just meat and no seasoning. It tasted like plan ground hamburger. Bun was buttery and toasted. I ordered bacon and the forgot it. Although they did resolve the issue quick, they did not look like they really wanted to fix the issue. Fries: had a good flavor but were still raw. Speed: was a little long time to get food. Food was hot and fresh but they just were working slow.

Stopped by with my sisters today. The food was good and the staff was friendly. However my rating is based on the cleanliness, or lack of. The floors and tables were sticky. Idk of they are cleaning with the same cloths and mops as the kitchen. It smells a bit musty. Gnats all around the soda fountain. What threw me off was that there was no music. Only a church service playing through the speakers. If I wanted church I'd go to church. I didnt dare going to the restroom. However my sister said it smelled like sewer. Even though this food was highly reccomended to us, I won't be stopping by again. As someone that has worked in a restaurant setting... please go in 1 day earlier or stay 1 day a little extra to clean properly. Everything has a greasy sticky feeling.

The meat was thin, dry and burnt at the ends. My husband's burger too. His meat appeared to have been precooked then reheated & over cooked. His bun was mushy like it had been microwaved. We are very disappointed. We drove in from Buffalo for a Burger. Never had a Dry Nolan beef Burger. I make them at home all the time.

Worst burger I’ve ever eaten! The staff was rude! I waited 25 minutes for my order. As I stood there, there were fries under the warmer for a good 20 minutes. I see her finally bagging my order. As she reached for those old cold fries I stopped her and said don’t put those old cold fries in my bag. She stopped and said they’re not cold. I said well they’re not hot! The guy on the line said she’s right and made fresh ones! The meat is so fried they were hard to chew.

Heard good things about this place and went to try it, very disappointed. Fairly long wait and the burger meat was thin and burnt. Wife’s fries came out cold and mine were a mix of warm and hot. Would not recommend.

Floors were sticky and greasy. The food was mediocre at best. I only had a few bites of my burger, when I started to unwrap it I found a hair and the wrapper and then pulled it out of the burger. Just all around gross. The Coke machine tasted dirty. My husband ended up getting tea because the Coke machine tasted so dirty but the tea tasted very old as well. My husband went to the bathroom and advised our kids and I to go to the gas station across the street instead.

I recently dined at your establishment on November 30th and, while I usually enjoy my visits, my most recent experience was a bit of a slow burn. I ordered two burgers, a kids grill cheese, and steak fingers, items, in my humble opinion, that should take less time to prepare than a sloth taking a nap. Yet, a full 21 minutes later, my meal finally arrived. Twenty-one minutes! That’s longer than some people spend on their daily commute. I understand that things can get hectic in a restaurant, but a 21-minute wait for a simple order seems a bit excessive. Perhaps you could consider hiring a few more kitchen elves to speed things up? I hope you'll take my feedback to heart. After all, a happy customer is a returning customer.
