There were several issues with this order. I swapped the beef for chicken in each of my items, but when I checked my chicken taco at home, I noticed smears of beef on the inside of the tortilla. I cannot eat beef due to religious reasons and had to discard the taco. Additionally, I ordered a Luxe Box, but the items were thrown messily into the bag, with some of the wrappers slightly opened. This is the second time I’ve placed an order at this location at least 20 minutes in advance, only to be told, “It’s not ready yet. Come back in 5 minutes” upon arrival. To make matters worse, today I encountered two rude employees whose attitudes were extremely unpleasant. I order from Taco Bell often, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor customer service and multiple issues with my order.

just visited today on 03/18/25 around 4:15pm, there were 3 middle eastern men, 1 middle eastern woman and 1 black man. the 1 black man was the only person to acknowledge me and my order, he was doing something else and stopped to help me after he noticed i had been standing at the counter where literally every other employee made eye contact with me and didn’t do the same. the woman was making drinks and helping the drive through, yet she didn’t make the drink for my order. when the men in the back were done making my food, all 4 of them just vanished from the prep area. made my entire order, bagged it up and sat it on the table by the drive through area and they all walked away. the black guy from earlier was now in his coat, presumably on his way out of there, came out when he noticed i was STILL there, and my food was by the window, drink not prepared, and none of his coworkers were anywhere nearby. he went over in his coat, got my food, made my drink, and gave it to me and apologized. if yall are actually reading these reviews, get it ALL the way together or get off the block, plain and simple. there are plenty of small businesses that could use the property and would care a lot more. if you’re going to be greedy enough to not offer happier hour and half the promos and exclusives the app offers, make sure all that extra money is going into keeping the restaurant clean and the staff happy.

ADD THE SAUCES TO THE ORDERS ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!!!! I understand being busy, but honestly do your job right. It’s truly not a difficult task to give people exactly what they ordered and paid for. Are your employees hired to do whatever they want or are they hired to provide quality service and accurate orders? It’s crazy that I even have to leave a review about some silly sauce packets but it’s apart of my order that I PAID FOR. who is ordering taco bell with no sauce’s whatsoever??? No one. Yet, I get my food that looks like it was thrown in the bag from across the room and no sauces. Do better, I can see why your rating is so low. Management and training needs to be revamped immediatelyyyyyyyy!!!!

They don’t even give you what you ask for imma leave pictures to show I when up there cuz never get it right when I order so I was like freak it imma go up there what can go wrong 😑 right RIGHT went completely wrong plus the cashier look like she did even want to be there got my whole order wrong

Order 911822. I ordered it on the mobile app. I arrived at the taco bell location in Far Rockaway NY. When I arrived, I was informed by the manager who was female, black, large, and had dreadlocs, that there was no more food and that the store was closing up and she offered nothing to me. I paid for the meal via the app and got zero food. I just now have had time to re-address this. I wrote taco bell earlier and received no reply. $37 down the drain. I'm a Black (FBA) male and unfortunately the customer service and attention to detail here is terrible and embarrassing when it comes to the black youth that's employed there, especially on weekend evenings. They are more concerned with whats on thier smartphones and singing Glorilla songs while they take orders. Our black youth demographic in that particular area of nyc is not taking their part time jobs seriously. Seems like they are only concerned with doing 🤔 the least amount of work as possible.

I am a dasher got 3 orders there the lady that was there told me that the order was picked up a while ago. How is it going to be pickled up a while ago if I arrive there at the exact time the app told me? She did not even looked at the bags to see if it was there. please don’t waste your time coming to this Taco Bell or ordering from here. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a purchased from Uber eats at this Taco Bell and they got my order wrong. This is the second time this happened. I already filed a complaint against this Taco Bell The workers are very unprofessional and sometimes when you speak to them they have a attitude. The workers are ghetto. They have no respect for their customers. Now I see why y'all work at Taco Bell Because y'all are so ghetto and disrespectful. Go to McDonald's it's way better They serve you better and they have respect. And besides their tacos and burritos it's not that good. I won't be spending my money at this ghetto ungrateful Taco Bell restaurant.

Extremely slow service for a place that was not busy at all. Took 10 minutes to process a payment. Burritos lack Sour Cream and Sauce. The Mexican pizza was smushed when given.

How can you ruin the image of a restaurant that I love and never had complains till I went to this one and first time I order and it had old oil,ruined beff and it’s all old not fresh🤮
