Not sure what makes these burgers so good. The 'regular' burgers are 2 patties. Not my favorite method as it can lead to over cooking. These were cooked very good for that technique

Five guys is the place you go to if your date tells you to take them to an expensive restaurant. If you're an average Joe like me, you're probably not taking a trip to Five Guys unless you win the lottery. I haven't been there in years until today, where I got a Bacon Cheeseburger, regular fries, soda and a shake. About $30 for that so if you're on a date with someone, expect the bill to hit $50 easily. The gimmick at Five Guys is that they always give you a lot of extra fries for the size you ordered and today was no exception. I'm not the biggest fan of Five Guys but firmly believe that they make some of the best fries on this planet and I will die on this hill. The bacon cheeseburger was okay, just a typical burger, nothing special for the $12 price tag. I feel that shake shack gives the burgers here a run for its money, particularly the Double Smokeshack. The shake itself was good in typical Five Guys fashion, and you could get as many mix ins as you want in your shake. Bacon is even an option as a shake add in if you're an absolute madman. Credit where credit is due, the establishment and bathroom inside were clean.

As with any chain restaurant, the only thing that is going to differentiate it is the service. And let me tell you that this one has some stellar service !! I was greeted almost immediately and I was given all the time I needed to order. I wanted to give some special instructions and not only oblige but they seemed almost happy to do it. I waited maybe 6 minutes for my food, and napkins, ketchup, straws, and my shake were all ready to go. Whenever I’m around here, I already know what I’m getting to eat.

Fast service, freshly cooked beef, all made as soon as ordered! Fries were slightly overcooked for my taste, but still crispy and tasty! Burgers are fresh and tasty and packing is not squashed, kept full size shape even after packing, and unpacking at home!

Went here with my dad we had a good time. We each had a good burger and shared some fries. Be sure to get some peanuts 🥜.

I ordered for pickup but the foods is horrible even my dog don't like it the meat with the cheese doesn't have any flavor 😕 even the packaging was horrible in aluminum foil. Never going to order again. Farmingdale location 110

Worst Decision that the Five Guys franchise has ever made was not returning to Huntington Station. That location was outstanding!!! This location always has dry fries. The burgers always taste bland. I spoke with the manager, Jay and he had no solution or apology for me. It also costs $5 more than it used to. No thanks!!!

It was all around a very poor experience. We ordered online and clicked the "I'm here" and went inside like it said. No one acknowledged us, they were making food of course but something would've been nice. We waited a lot longer than expected and my husband realized we were missing one fry in the bag, so we had to continue to wait while the food was getting cold, shakes melting. When we finally got home, our burgers were eh, the fries were soggy and completely underdone, drinks were flat and our shakes were made wrong. $60 later and we were literally laughing at how pathetic it is to just get food these days. We've been here before with little issues but this was just ridiculous, what a waste of money on our night off from work

With a staff of 5 individuals they were still unable to count to the number 2. Only had one patty on my burger. And had a piece of brown foreign object in my milkshake. One guy was as able to hold together a smile and somewhat good service despite hiding the catastrophe of a restaurant management created. You can’t take your discrepancies with management and corporate out on customers but I guess that’s why you all work at the local burger joint. Go work at Wendy’s if the cooking and counting is too tough.
