Frankly, I didn't like it. It has potential, but it's lacking. One of the reasons is the customer service. They treat you with distrust (I guess they must have had their share of bad experiences). You're immediately greeted by a guard with a bad attitude, who interrogates you and then frisks you (meaning the place is dangerous). Then, he orders you to sit wherever he wants. Once you're seated, no one knows you're a new diner. You have to find an unemployed waiter. After they give you the menu, you have to guess what ingredients the drinks have since they don't have any descriptions. The snacks are very poor for the price. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the Clamatos taste good, nothing else; it has no added appeal beyond the location.

They make good drinks... but the place itself is simple, upstairs they play music for dancing... they charge you 30 pesos more to enter this second floor, by the way they allow smoking and the tobacco smoke is not very pleasant...

On October 12th I went to the bar with some friends to celebrate a friend's birthday, everything was fine until the manager or manager started with a super ugly attitude, arrogant and rude with us, demanding that we give her a table back, but with a super ugly attitude, I mean there are ways, talking is how people understand each other, but she did it ugly and yelling, apart from that we made a reservation for 12 people, if she did the math wrong regarding tables it's not our problem, but we are not bad vibes if she had asked for the table nicely like any reasonable person obviously we would have given it to her, we understood that the place was packed to maximum capacity..! But the truth is her attitude was not correct, I would put her name but I don't remember it, I only remember that she has short Bob hair and was wearing a pink blouse. Also, at one point, I came from the bathroom and was returning to my table when I ran into her, and she gave me a really dirty look. I even told my friend and the lady, but at the time I didn't know who she was. When I found out, I felt bad because, after all, she works there, and you can't go around looking down on people. Well, my comment is so the owner of the place can see what kind of people they hire. People who don't have the slightest idea about customer service. What I can applaud is that the waiter we had was super nice, friendly, attentive, and served us quickly. Aside from the bad experience with the manager, DJ FREDY pushed my friend. When he went to request a song, he got up on the booth and asked for the song. At that moment, she pushed him to get out of there. And let's go to the same thing. There are ways to request things. Purely bad experiences at that bar. What a need to ruin the celebration for those who have birthdays. And I say this because it also happened when I celebrated my birthday there. I had a very bad experience on July 6th with a security guard who had an attitude. Super bad. He yelled at me and my friends repeatedly, but oh well, it's not a good place to celebrate a birthday. Now it's not just the security guards, management also has a bad attitude. A while ago, there was a male manager, but what a difference? He was kind and attentive, unlike this woman with her faces and bad attitude.

Terrible service. They require a minimum spend of 200 for the open bar, which isn't mentioned on their website. Drinks take ages to arrive, and the snacks are disappointing—very little variety. I did enjoy the music, but the drinks were tasteless. Honestly, I don't recommend it. The Black Pearl was watered down, tasteless, and had way too much ice. The vodka was served in a 3/4 full glass—nothing like what I've ever had. I'd have a better time at home.

Drinks take a long time to bring and are poorly prepared. The snacks are poorly served, ugly, and burnt. They're not very good value. They spend their time on their cell phones, and you have to keep calling them to order and get them to hurry up with your drinks. Personally, I didn't like the service.

I didn't like the experience. The drinks weren't well prepared, they took forever to bring them, the snacks were awful, and they served us a lot of junk. We ordered cheese sticks, and they were all squashed and ruined. The wings were tasty but very small, the nachos had no cheese or chili, and the fries were greasy and tasteless. I didn't like the service at all. Very slow and rude. I don't recommend this place.
