Steak fingers were good however I substituted the fries for onion rings and got back on I-10 before checking my order. Fries no onion rings. Paid extra for the rings.

It was about 830 pm, pretty dead. Me and my friend both ordered the Jalitos ranch hamburger. They had no sauce, the meat was waaay overcooked there were only three jalitos on each and the buns were stale. This is my favorite DQ burger and they served us the most disappointing version I've ever had.

DQ & road trips are synonymous but NOT on thos case. VERY dirty restroom, dining room floor, short staffed. Waited over 20 minutes for an offer of tacos & there were only 3 orders ahead of mine. I'll remember to NEVER RETURN

Stop by to get something to eat and saw only two employees struggling while the manager was no where to be found and a guy wearing a dq jacket cleaning outside not helping them out Waited so long since there was no one helping them out These employees should get a raise and need better management

Fries tasted funky, they only had vanilla soft serve, their version of selling chocolate soft serve is adding chocolate sauce. Ingredients are somehow cheaper than the typical Dairy Queen and not as good. That’s what you get for independently owned…. Also not very clean

Repo does cars

Slow service, very unfriendly, and the burgers get microwaved with all of the condiments on it causing them to be soggy and nasty! Needs new management!

It took 40 minutes to get (2) #4 combos . Took forever to get order then it was wrong. Told them, waited went back up to see if the correct burgers were ready . And they didn't know where they were.

The worst service. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Was given to go ice cream Sunday and then had to wait 27 minutes for food. Ice cream was obviously melted by this point and dripped everywhere in the car when opened. Employees were sitting around on break with long lines inside and out.

We were sitting in the drive through forever. When you get to the speaker, they take forever to answer and when they can finally do it they rush you. Rude working lady. Some cars in the line decided to just leave because of how long they were taking. Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. They have not trained their workers enough.

I went several times before 9:30 pm. and is closed. The schedule shows 10:00 am to 10:00 or 11:00 pm; also the place looks dirty, especially the restrooms. Poor management. This is for the Flatonia Tx. Location. Update the food still very bad I ordered the tacos 🌮 and the tortilla tasted old, with just a little bit of meat; really flavorless !!

Literally just sat here for almost an hour..I waited in line for almost 15 minutes... my husband and I patiently waited while large groups of people that ordered after us got their orders. They served an entire restaurant of people. When my husband asked about our order, it had been skipped over. I requested a refund. I got no apology, no kindness... just a dry. "Do u have your receipt?" I could not believe these people or this place...
