The amount of wait time with no one else ahead of us was pretty ridiculous, and one of the staff members was outside on the phone. The one at the drive thru was complaining loudly about her own private business. On top of all of that, the prices were pretty high.

Came through on Veterans Day to try and get a free sausage biscuit and buy a sunriser because I saw Krystal’s ad on Facebook but was told they’re not doing it. The only reason I came there today

Please be sure to check your food before leaving. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was overcooked and the egg was not edible. It was hard like it was leftover from last night. I will never visit this location again!

Stopped specifically at this gas station for the Krystal. No one spoke to us and we overheard them claim someone ordered 48 in the drive thru so we knew it would take forever. They had a sign saying they were short staffed but after 5 minutes and no one speaking to us we gave up.

They don't take orders during shift change?! What kind of 24/7 restaurant can't tell you how long it takes to count 2 drawers? We drove in from out of town and hoped to grab something to eat. The man on the speaker says, "Unfortunately ma'am we're can't take your order because we're doing a shift change." I asked how long it would be and he said they needed time to count both drawers. Asked how long that normally takes. He responded, "uhhhhhhh, I don't know." @ 2200 on Jan 21

Nasty burgers...flattened beyond belief! Horrible bread with flour dust on the bun. They've apparently changed the buns and it wasn't put on the grill.

Literally took 35 mins in the drive thru. Once you’re in the line, you can’t drive away due to barriers or I would have driven off.

Went through the drive thru for lunch 11/13/25 and it was a bad experience. The food I ordered is not what they gave me. I took the food back and while manager wasnt rude she didnt apologize. The lady doing the cooking took the bag of food and very hatefully threw it in the trash and rudely asked me what my order was supposed to be then slapped the Krystal's together and the tots we got were not fresh at all. We eat Krystal's all the time and just recently moved to Florence but highly doubt we'll go back to this location. They messed up the order to begin with and not only didn't apologize but let one of their employees be very rude unapologetic and borderline aggressive because she had to correct her own mistake. didn't even ensure the food was fresh when they remade it.

Waited 30 minutes in line. The gentleman in front of me asked me nicely to back out. Had to ask the car behind us to back out. I went in, customer in line said, “it’s going to be a while” I looked in the back and the two guys working were moving at snails pace. Management must be awful here. Never coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst place to get food. They can't even take anybody order with only one person in the line. I've watched 3 people back up & leave because they can't even get one order done. Pathetic

Stopped here on the way home, there is one car in front of us and one behind us and it took over half an hour just to get to the window. We haven’t even got our food yet but this is ridiculous Edit: at the window they had over 40 minutes and the food still wasn’t ready told us to pull around and they would bring it out 😒

I recently tried 2 different locations in my area and was disappointed by both. The food is nothing to brag about. Breakfast bowl was cold and lacked flavor and then at a different location the fries were cold and tasted like they needed to clean the fryer and change the oil. Service is poor but not the worst I've experienced. Both locations seemed dirty and both seemed considerably warmer than what could be described as comfortable. Wouldn't eat in at all because of those two factors. Definitely not a place I will consider in the future unless options are limited. Kind of sad to see the deterioration as a chain.
