Placed an order under the name Kyle and picked up my order, It was missing like 5 ingredients in my bowl so I told them, they were very nice and understanding. Mackenzie and the manager were so nice. Mackenzie made me the best bowl I’ve ever had there. She was so kind. I will definitely be back.
I work nearby, & go here often on my lunch break. Most of my meals are delicious. A few times, things could have been better (white rice). Seems like there was a significant turnover recently. I still think they do a great job 8 out of 10 times! On my last visit, majority of the staff seemed exhausted, maybe it was close to shift change?? However, right as I was about to order a different employee helped me. Miles was fantastic!! They were energetic, had good customer service skills, & didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. I will continue to visit this location. Please do better on the white rice, tastes like you let a gringo make it!🤣
I visited this location today as a result of a mix up of stores. I went with my spouse to get an early lunch and we choose this store because the GPS indicated it was not as far as the other locations. We found that the location was well stocked with food and fresh looking items. The workers were friendly and capable while preparing our food selections. The serving areas were cleaned and neat in appearance. There's seating inside and outside of the restaurant. There is a pick up shelf adjacent to the cashier. I noted that the handicap parking spots are further down from the front door.
to tell you the cold hard truth, this location did give me severe food poisoning once. obviously it wasn’t that bad because i lived to tell the tale, but the food is so good every time i eat here. like truly. sometimes i have to think about it and be like “is it worth potentially getting god awful food poisoning again?” and the answer is almost always yes. stale chips tho don’t eat those.
My food today was decent. There were stale chips and quite a bit of fat in the steak but other than that I can't complain. The girl I got my order from was extremely condescending and passive aggressive for no reason but she could have just been having a bad day. It wasn't the worst service I've ever received.
I don’t know what they are teaching the new employees here but the last two times i’ve came here they been jipping me on the portions filling up my bowl HALFWAY. WHAT THE HELL. Don’t come here if you want to pay 12 dollars for a crappy bowl.
Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants; however, service and cleanliness have declined. Today I decided to give them another try. However, the rude cashier at the one at 6100 Long Prairie has solidified why I will no longer utilize their service. When asked to receive double protein, he charged but did not provide double. When I asked for my receipt to be given to me instead of being placed in my bag, his response was dismissive. I will say, and continue to say, that it is a privilege for me to spend my money with your company, as it is for all customers. If you lack the decency to treat customers with respect, then you should not be in the service industry; nor will I give you my money. Peace Chiptole! On to Freebirds! #Nomorefundingincompentence
Your CEO said they can raise prices just because they can. What a jerk. Didn’t think it was hard to get a mobile order right but they succeeded in messing it up.
I have never stepped into a more filthy establishment. We walked in and had zero wait, they weren’t busy at all. The floor was covered in trash and food and every single table was dirty. We also got a fountain drink and it tasted like the taps on the fountain haven’t been cleaned in ages, my drink tasted moldy. If this is what front of house looks like I’d hate to imagine the filth in back of house.

🚨 EXTREME WARNING 🚨 I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE WHAT I WITNESSED IN THIS PLACE — AND AFTER WHAT I SAW, I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. I WALKED IN EXPECTING A SIMPLE MEAL. INSTEAD, I STEPPED INTO PURE CHAOS — PACKED, LOUD, AND WILD, LIKE A FULL-SCALE EVENT HAD TAKEN OVER THE RESTAURANT. MY FOOD WAS FINE… BUT THE MANAGER’S BEHAVIOR TURNED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE INTO SOMETHING STRAIGHT OUT OF A NIGHTMARE. AS THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEE WAS BAGGING MY ORDER, WORKING HARD AND DOING EVERYTHING HE COULD, THE OLDER, TALLER MANAGER SUDDENLY SHIFTED. HIS WHOLE ENERGY TURNED COLD, SHARP, AND AGGRESSIVE. I SAW HIM SHOVE THE YOUNGER WORKER — AND THEN, WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS WRAPPING A BURRITO, THE MANAGER HIT HIM ON HIS SIDE. IT LOOKED FORCEFUL ENOUGH TO MAKE ME GO COMPLETELY STILL. THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEE HAD TEARS STREAMING DOWN HIS FACE AS HE KEPT TRYING TO HELP US, STILL DOING HIS JOB THROUGH THE PAIN AND EMBARRASSMENT, BEFORE HE WALKED TO THE BACK WIPING HIS FACE. I WANTED TO THANK HIM, TO LET HIM KNOW SOMEONE SAW WHAT HAPPENED… BUT I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE. WHAT I WITNESSED WAS DISTURBING, HEARTBREAKING, AND SOMETHING I WILL NEVER FORGET — AND BECAUSE OF IT, I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING.
I’m leaving this review to express my disappointment with how my visit ended. My group and I had ordered and received our food well before closing and were simply finishing our meal outside. Just a few minutes after closing time, an employee came out and told us we needed to leave — despite the fact that we weren’t inside, weren’t asking for anything, and were clearly wrapping up. I understand the importance of closing on time, but the way it was handled came off as unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. If customers are expected to be completely gone the second the clock hits closing, that should be made clear upfront. Otherwise, a little basic courtesy and patience goes a long way. This interaction left a bad taste, which is unfortunate considering the food was actually good.
They want to charge me for a whole kids meal when I asked for an. Additional cheese quesadilla , bo other chipotle we go to does this. What a ripoff! The manager thinks it’s cool to show up with hickeys on his neck:
I literally never leave reviews but holy moley. This is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from this store. Jan 2025 I got a veggie bowl and threw up. It was around the holidays so I chalked it up to winter illnesses/meeting a bunch of out of state family. It took me until JULY to wrack up the nerve to try it again. Lo and behold just a few hours after eating it, I was throwing my brains up again. I got a veggie bowl. How hard is it to screw that up? Apparently very easy at this location. It felt off when I was eating it and I should’ve just thrown it out then. Worst chipotle experience ever. I came to Google to see if anyone else has experienced this and it looks like, yes. The store and counters were dirty. Just don’t come here. It’s not worth it.
**Photo was taken directly after sitting down with my meal. I ordered soft tacos and the employee who made them just did not care at all when it came to plating them into the basket they go in. They were prepared on a sheet of paper and then scooped and shoved into the basket at the end so the toppings wound up on the table and then all over my tacos by the end of it. The presentation and preparation was enough to turn me off of eating them at all. I was later reminded by my fiancé that the employee actually sneezed over my food at one point. We normally come to this location and it’s hit or miss with quality but this was an extremely disappointing experience to say the least.
Absolutely filthy. The food line, the floors, the card reader, etc. I never post negative reviews but seeing that I’m not the only one to make these observations, obviously something needs to be said to encourage change at this location. Hire people that take pride in their work. Have managers on site that hold them accountable. It’s simple. Fix it.
This Chipotle is incredibly filthy. I wasn't planning on getting food here, but my 8-year-old son insisted. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. If you're reading this before coming, just don't bother. It's so dirty, the customer service is terrible, and they can't even wrap a burrito properly. Too many issues to count.
The guy who put my food together was either having an extremely bad day or has a really bad overall attitude. He chunked my order into the bowl, there was already a mess he had made, as pictured, and was going to put in 3 strips of lettuce and call it a day. There was food thrown all over the place. I was so looking forward to my food and now I’m not feeling so good about it. It was 2:40 on a Thursday so it was slow, one table was being used when I walked in. I have no understanding of how it could have been so gross in there. Rice was all over the and the foods were all being mixed together by that guy. Finally I asked the girl who was at the register if he was ok, she said it was a long day, which happens but you can’t let it get like that. Also, she didn’t have such a bad attitude. I hope the place looks better in the future and that it was an off day for the guy
Don’t order from this location, go elsewhere, I promise the quality is better elsewhere. This store absolutely doesn’t care and it shows in their orders; this was supposed to have extra brown rice and the bowl isn’t even halfway full. And it was COLD, even though I ordered it right before leaving to get it, and picked it up 7 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Husband’s burrito was completely subpar as well. I’ve given them plenty of opportunities to get it right, but this store in particular just can’t seem to hack it.
