What's the best experience, no. Was there a wait, yes. It was free pizza so I was happy to give it a try. It was amazing. I placed my order, she took my name and told me about 20 minutes so I walked over to Sprouts grabbed a couple things and came back. Nothing worse than any other time I would have waited for pizza. The jumbo slice, which is what you get for the free one, is a quarter of their large pizza and it's huge. As I look at the photo, it doesn't do the size slice you get justice! It's a pizza of the day and it was the white pizza yesterday and it was phenomenal. I've actually never had white pizza before and I will have it again. Being from New Jersey this is the best pizza I’ve tasted since I’ve been in Texas. The Manhattan crust was perfect, not too thin, not too thick and we asked to have it cooked light on the bottom and it was perfection. The sauce was delicious, the extra cheese was amazing and the pretzels were to die for. The dough for the pretzels smelt so good and had a light buttery flavor and just the right touch of salt. Can’t wait to go back.

Where do I even begin?!?!? First off, Ronda was amazing! So welcoming and genuine. Making sure she addressed all of her guest by name to make it feel personal! She was very organized and had a structure to streamlining the free slices of the day pizza and also making sure she was on top of the other things being ordered! Her husband was working tirelessly rolling all the pizza and her daughter was just darting back and forth slinging slices like crazy! Ronda was the perfect tone setter and first impression for sure! The free slice of the day today was sausage and oh was it good! The soft manhattan crust was so soft and had a great chew to it! Zest in the sauce, good melt on the cheese! Definitely could tell they also cared about the free pizza they were handing out! But if I’m getting free pizza, I’m gonna buy a slice too, and oh my god no pun intended but the heavenly crust was soooooo crunchy and crispy and good! I did the white pizza, and the ricotta was creamy, the garlic oil was aromatic and the mozz had a great cheese pull when that bad boy was piping hot! I cannot wait to not only try more free slices.. but double down and order a slice to go with it because there’s no way I’m waiting 20 days to try them all!! See you again soon! Yall are awesome!!! Really good! Crust is soft and the Buffalo sauce is nice and tangy but not too hot. The blue cheese helps to cool it down and round off the flavors. We will be back!

Surprised by this little spot! Stopped by on a whim and ordered chicken bacon ranch and honey pig. I loved the CBR and my husband loved the honey pig. We’ll definitely be back!

My daughter and I went to try this pizza place and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pizza tasted SO GOOD and it was also super satisfying because the cheese pull was so cheesy, definitely the best we have ever had. 😙 We are totally coming back !

I’m always on the hunt for a good NY style pizza in the area- and Heavenly Crust did not disappoint! Very quick service, we ordered a meal deal and got two very fresh pizzas, garlic knots, and huge cookies. The pizza was perfect- the sauce is flavorful, the pepperonis were great quality, and the crust was that NY style I’ve been craving. We will definitely be back soon!

It was my first time here. You get a lot for the cost. The great mom and pop quality that sets a place like this apart from the chains. Lots of "real" cheese on the pizza as well as a homemade sauce.That is not too tart or too sweet. The crust was just the right thickness. The owner was very friendly. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in her food quality and appreciates her customers.

The pizza ingredients tasted fresh and my wife and I enjoyed the sauce. They have a large variety of specialty pizza’s. We will continue enjoying them.

Pizza was good not great. Pretzels to go were frozen. Tried to salvage in oven when we got home but no go and ended up in the trash. Girl at counter was not friendly and needs people skills. Won’t be back. Vaughns is the best in the area. Edited this review as we have ordered four times since the above review and the pizza and experience was excellent!

Second I appreciate how the owner communicated effectively in regard to expectation of wait time and keeping letting us know our order will be out shortly and in when our orders will be ready. Third, she was also kind and professional while taking the orders. Fourth, the pizza and crust has a nice flavor. I would have liked more toppings on the BBQ Chiicken. Finally it took only 19 minutes to receive the items you see!

Pretty meh pizza. I’d give it more like a 3.5, definitely not bad, but I don’t think this place deserves its 4.7 star rating, I’d say it should be at like 4.3. Again, not bad at all, but nothing special either

I like that they offer large single slices. I got two slices of white pizza and a large pepperoni pizza. I'm really confused about all the rave reviews after having their pizza. The toppings were mid tier at best. And the irony is that the company is named after their tasteless cracker crust. When fresh it was slightly crunch and flaky. As leftovers it was tough and chewy.

The first 2 times the pizza was really good and so was the service, however as of late the service has been terrible with my orders consistently being wrong and the pizza being burnt. How do you expect to maintain customers if you are not consistent.
