We are regulars here because the service is fast with a very helpful and Kind manager Marcella. The restaurant and bathroom are always clean and well lit. Great solution for fast Asian food. We love the Thai lettuce wraps, teriyaki chicken, for healthier options with good flavor - Thai coconut curry, and salmon poke bowl.

Baii was excellent in giving customer service and making sure that every customer was taken care of. The food was extremely delicious and very hot. The pumpkin donuts were freshly baked and made me wish I had ordered more. Although it was crowded due to the special they were running, I was very pleased with the food and customer service.

I just recently moved the Flower Mound and this is the second time that I’ve been to this Pei Wei. Both times the service was great, the food came out fast and the employees were friendly. I would like to highlight Bree in particular as she was very helpful in helping me navigate the menu. Additionally after I ordered, I went outside to my truck to charge my phone and Bree actually came outside to let me know that my order was ready. You don’t see that level of customer service very often.

Food is really good for counter service Asian. Tried the coconut curry chicken. Really good. Staff is friendly - order was brought to table and she asked at least twice if she could get us anything. This was our first time at this location. We will be back.

This is my second time coming to this location, and I must say that it is always very clean. After waiting for about 15 minutes, my friend and I enjoyed 2 dishes (the chicken and broccoli and the kids chicken lo mein), edamame, and the dumplings. The food was great! Definitely did not leave us hungry. Also treated ourselves to some fortune cookies. Our table very shaky though, but Service was good too! Will come back.

Newly opened in Flower Mound. Brand new, clean and fresh. All the great favorites with a new bright decor. Crab Wontons, lettuce wraps, hot & sour soup and Kong Pau chicken were excellent. Quick friendly service. Smaller than previous locations. Just opened so can be busy. Big portions for a reasonable price. Check it out!

Bri’s customer service was exceptional. At the register, definitely the face and service that you want to represent your company. She provided wonderful suggestions for our meal. Marcela, the manager of this location is polite and very friendly. The food was fresh and prepared to perfection. Our complements to the chef! Best meal and customer service ever!

Space is clean, and staff are very friendly. But the chicken pad Thai wasn't too great, noodles and chicken didn't have much flavor, and while the broth was good, the chicken wontons in the chicken wonton soup were a bit mushy, and the chicken inside was flavorless. Overall, it was okay. But I'd recommend ordering something else.

Pei Wei food has fallen dramatically from the past. Very little flavor. Hot & Sour soup is not spicy at all and gelatin like. The flavors don’t even slightly resemble the original chains great flavors. Service was just the bare minimum. I will not be returning. Very disappointing.

Not sure what happened to Pei Wei, but I used to love going. I had two meals for $40 plus dollars since everything is charged separately. Employees were nice, but you are better off going to Panda Express for the quality and price.

As good as Pei Wei Flower was on their initial re-open and for several months thereafter when I rated them 5 stars across the board… it’s taken several steps back. To the point where we’ve gone from eating there probably once a week to not at all after the last three meals (one takeout and two eat in). The chicken has been dry, hard, stringy, chewy and overcooked. It was like eating chicken jerky and the dishes had no sauce. Just a bit of glaze, maybe. The rice was chalky, semi hard and not fully steamed. The rice and chicken were devoid of any sauce that really makes or defines the dish. Items ordered were Pei Wei spicy chicken, teriyaki chicken, and General Tao’s. When the new Flower Mound location opened, it was fantastic, I’m not sure how this has fallen off so much quality wise. Very disappointing.
