Papa John's

Pizza is mediocre and sometimes center of crust has been so thin that it has holes. My biggest complaint is trying to order via phone. Get sent to someone in a far away land with a language barrier and it is a long, painful process to order a single pizza. I wish to pay with card at pickup but was told if paying card I would need to pay over phone. 12 minutes into call I was already at store and she finally submitted the order with another 25 minute ready time. Last time coming here.

Do not order from this location. They left a giant piece of plastic in the pizza. Ridiculous that this would even pass. The manager couldn't even apologize on the phone. Now we have to go to the doctor because it cut a throat.

Do not order here. Multiple times we have had poor service in deliveries and quality of foods. Previous order was missing cheese and sauce on half the pizza and the store blamed the Door Dash driver, stating there was nothing the store could do. After bringing the pizza back to them and placing it on their counter with customers there, did they finally take the time to realize it was cooked very poorly. They remade the order, but took 45 minutes without any rush on it. That takes me to today, giving them a third shot (first one was a train wreck as well). Placed order at 12:41, initial delivery window of 1:15, watching papa tracker and it jumped to a 2:00 delivery time. We called when we saw our new delivery window was now 2:14 and they told us It was wrongly delivered to someone else and they were remaking our order. Ok, mistakes happen, and apparently for this poor excuse for a chain, quite frequently. Finally had our order delivered (incorrectly) at 2:20. They missed half our order and this blew my mind. Called and told them it was an incomplete order and they said they were very aware and it would be another 40 min or so. The lady on the phone was rude, arrogant, and made it seem like we were ridiculous for expecting to have the items we paid for delivered to us. I know, crazy right?!? It’s now 3:15 and we still don’t have the remaining parts of our order and they’ve been rude everytime we’ve called to ask about things and what’s going on. This place has shown time and time again how pathetic customer service has gotten, and how difficult it is to look at a piece of paper, read it, and compare that to the physical food in front of them. Unbelievable… don’t waste your time, money, or support for this place. Go to Dominos or anywhere else so that you can eat the same day you order.

We've been ordering from this papajohns for 8 years. The last 3 orders have had no sauce on the pizza and about half the cheese that we would normally get. We will no longer be ordering from papajohns.

Have been a loyal customer of this papa johns for the past couple years. Have probably purchased over 100 pizzas from this single location. I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life recently at this store. Ordered online and it gave me a projected pick up of 35-45 minutes. Walked in 45 minutes after ordering and they tell me they are running behind and my pizza will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I leave and run around the corner to Walmart and come back exactly 15 minutes later, walk in and no one acknowledges that I am there at the counter. Employees continue to answer phones and make pizzas while I stand there for 30 minutes trying to get someone to wait on me. Finally had to go back in the kitchen and begin looking on the boxes to see if my pizza is done. Turns out they gave my pizza to someone else. Wasted an hour and a half of my Friday night and I end up having to go somewhere else to get dinner. I run two businesses that require high level customer service and if I knew my employees treated a customer this way I would be ashamed. Papa johns has good pizza but I will find somewhere else in the future.

When the food was delivered, the delivery person never rang the door bell. We were never given a notification it arrived, and an entire pizza was missing. After calling and telling about this, all we got was a "sorry" and said we would have to wait another 40 minutes for the missing pizza.

My pizza looked like they were having a massive shortage of cheese. It was a carryout and I wish I had looked at the pizza before bringing it home. Huge mistake! There was huge chunks on the pizza with no cheese, just sauce. I am used to having high quality pizza from papa johns but this location was terrible. I dont know how they expect repeat customers with this kind of service. My family and I didnt have a backup dinner plan so we reluctantly ate it.

We ordered pizza for family and live 6-8 mins away from the store. It took an hour and 17 mins to get to us…pizzas were cold and awful. Poor customer service. Won’t be returning. Sad as kids liked Papa John’s.

Placed my order 9:42. Of course being delivered by DoorDash per usual. Get told it’s here never arrived at my doorstep. Called then at 10:11 they said they’ll remake it and send a new one to us in 10 minutes. It is now 11:13... No food still. Poor service. Never ordering again.

The pizza I got yesterday I’m not even sure had sauce but didn’t taste like the pizza I’ve ever ate in the past. Changed my opinion totally. I’m new to the area and will not be going back.

Ordered 2 pizzas online at 9:50 pm. In about couple of mins got an email that could not reach by phone and the order was canceled. Did not receive any call but a blatant excuse Will not order from this store.

You'd think placing an order over the phone would be easier than doing it online. Called to confirm hours, as they are listed differently than on the app. Took me 4 tries to finally get my order placed correctly. Each time she confirmed my order, it wasn't correct, haha. Translation errors maybe. But flavored crust is in no way close to pepperoni stuffed crust. Then, after we finally get it sorted. There's extra charges for buffalo instead of pizza sauce and the crust flavoring costs now as well? Should have ordered through the app as she said her system rings things up differently. I was over it at this point. While we're here... Last time: Since Papa John's used a 3rd party delivery driver that, come to find out, (app said my delivery had arrived) decided to stand in front of the wrong house for actually 15 whole minutes. While I repeatedly called his number (I confirmed this when I found him around the corner) his conversation he was having was more important. Food was ice cold.
