I’ve picked up from this Domino’s at 149-07 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY several times, and they’re always on point with the timing. My orders are ready when they say, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great. The store is organized and everything runs smoothly. A reliable spot for quick and easy pickup.
Waited in line, and once it was our turn, we were told to order on the app. I don't want another app on my phone. I just want to give you money for pizza. Went to 'Extra Cheese Pizza' about a block away instead. Much better food and service there.
Delivered to the wrong address and they wouldn't admit it. Kept insisting that they delivered to the right address. The delivery driver can't even read door number. How are you gonna offer delivery
I've ordered from this location for the past 2 years. Ive had mixed experiences with them, more bad than good unfortunately. As I type this, I am on hold from 2 different phones for the past 30mins after seeing my order was cancelled. The last time I ordered from here, I ordered at 10:30pm-ish, and the food did not arrive until 1am. The driver apologised and gave me an extra stuffed cheesy bread. But just to confirm a few things from these other reviews. They DO NOT pick up, They DO mark ALL ORDERS as delivered before arrival, and they NEVER cut the pizza properly. I've eaten at the location with no issues. Ordering is always a hassle. I suggest picking up. Can't mess up if you're in their face. UPDATE: Ive just been hung up on both phones. Service is literally THEE WORST at this location.
I really gave them the benefit of the doubt, didn’t order from them for a few months because of the same situation I just went through. The delivery is pretty bad: they send the notification that they delivered the food without even being close to the place and delivery person has a nasty attitude. Last time, guy complained that I didn’t have to wait for him in the lobby. This time, he called complaining that I made him wait for too long (which is funny, because I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby when it got “delivered”) Tl:dr, don’t waste your money here.
Ordered food online, they said it was delivered but we never received the food. Tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer. Dominoes also does not have customer support call center only a bot. After all the trouble of not being able to reached them we decided to go in store for refund, while in our Lyft there the delivery driver called and said sorry I’m busy be there soon…when I asked why he clicked delivered an hour before reaching us he had no answer. I told him to not worry about coming to my house since I was already at the store. Worse experience i ever had ordering food. This dominoes sucks!
Delivery is horrible. Ordered our food at 8:30 and it didn’t show up for 3 hours. Tried to call the store to confirm if the order was arriving and no one answered. Food got here after I already ordered an alternative meal from somewhere else. Overall worst experience.
I ordered food online at 4:54 PM. I frequently order from their official website without any problems. Because I always chose cash payment before, I've never had an issue with not receiving my order. However, even when the website showed "Your food has arrived, please enjoy your meal," the food often wouldn't arrive for another half hour. Today, when I ordered online, the cash payment option was unavailable for some reason. So I chose Apple Pay. I waited two hours and didn't receive a delivery call. My child was crying because he was so hungry. At 7 PM, I had to give them some snacks to tide them over while we continued to wait. I called the restaurant. When I selected option 2, no one answered from around 6 PM to 9 PM. I tried selecting option 1, and someone answered, but the two people I spoke to didn't help me solve the problem. They didn't help me place a new order. They just said they would transfer me to customer service. But then no one answered customer service. We still haven't had dinner. We are old customers of this restaurant. I've been ordering from them online for nearly 10 years. This incident is very disappointing.
All the reviews below are true. I just ordered some food at 8:04 PM and it showed that the driver left at 8:50. The food didn’t show up until 1030. The tracker said it was delivered at 9 PM. The store is the worst. nobody picks up when you called the store and the driver just says they’re very busy.
Lol. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with like it’s actually funny. Pizza always is marked as delivered but never comes. Items are always missing. I have called the store about 15 times and only once got someone on the phone. When I asked where my order was because it was marked as delivered he just yelled at me that he knows we ordered food and it’s coming and it will be there when it gets there but couldn’t tell me a delivery time. Truly cannot make this up it’s comical. And good luck trying to get in touch with corporate lol
Not only did it take almost 2 hours to deliver from 2 blocks away but the delivery driver argued with me about coming outside to the street even when I expressed I had a baby and it's snowing and kindly asked him to press the buzzer to be brought into the building. He told me to come outside with the baby ! Then after arguing he finally was buzzed in and told me to come to my lobby to receive the order. Refused to come deliver to my door. When finally managing to make it downstairs i did not find the delivery person. What I found is that he left and left my order (not secured in a sealed bag or anything just the pizza boxes) on the floor in front of the elevator where ANYONE could of came in or out of before I managed to get down there. On a dirty floor that people track snow, dirt, and God knows what else in and out of that lobby. On a NYC BUILDING FLOOR. Food that he thought after two hours of waiting I'd eat ?? Animals. You'll never get my business. In the trash it goes
Stay away from this store i just order from here and I just got scam.. it was supose to get my pizza an hour ago and the guy never appear it looks like he runs away.. I call the store and noneone answer . Is like he run away with the pizza . I even pay for a delivering fee .. I guess that guy run away with the pizza
I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. Pizza barely had any cheese. You pay for delivery but they don’t deliver. You have to go down to get your pizza. But the worst part is that I ordered a pizza with pineapple and it had bacon in it! For someone who doesn’t eat bacon this is a big deal. Undercooked pizza, poorly made with unhygienic conditions and no sense of cross contamination. Also, I tried calling to get help to rectify the situation but they don’t even answer the phone. Total waste of money. Avoid at all cost!
This Domino’s location is an absolute embarrassment and a masterclass in incompetence and contempt for customers. I placed an order online and showed up to pick it up, only to be told they couldn’t even find my order. After I pulled out my phone and showed them my confirmation receipt, the order suddenly appeared in their system, which already says everything you need to know about how poorly this place is run. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, they immediately pivoted and claimed my order had already been picked up. They gave me a pickup time that was blatantly wrong, because it was the exact time my confirmation email shows the order was placed. When I pointed this out, they didn’t try to explain, investigate, or correct anything. They were dismissive, rude, and clearly just wanted me to go away. What’s truly infuriating is that they made absolutely zero effort to fix the situation. No apology, no remake, no refund, no attempt to figure out whether their system failed or an employee screwed up. Just lazy repetition of “someone already picked it up” as if that magically absolves them of responsibility. This store is either so poorly managed that they lose paid orders and don’t care, or so dishonest that they’d rather gaslight a customer than admit they messed up. Either way, they do not deserve your business. If you enjoy wasting your time, being treated like an idiot, and walking out empty-handed after paying for food you never receive, then by all means order here. Everyone else should stay far away and choose literally any other Domino’s.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered from them through uber eats and it was getting delivered by the merchant. The delivery guy drove in an opposite direction and after a point it showed delivered with order never reaching us! We are still way to hear back from uber but this was definitely a scam. A delivery was never even attempted.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Our pizza never got delivered. We called and the guy on the phone was super dismissive, I was in the middle of a sentence and I got hung up on. It says it was delivered on the app but we literally never got it, front desk never saw any pizza guy walk in. TERRIBLE customer service. PLZ for the love of god save your money and buy from a better Dominos. These people don’t deserve your money. Do NOT believe those 5 star reviews they are probably being paid. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any pizza franchise. They should shut this place down. It’s obvious that the employees and managers don’t know what they are doing. They should all be fired.
I have bought pizza in this shop before.It's not bad, but I'll buy it tonight.The price is 5 yuan more expensive than that of another store, that doesn't matter.Open it.The shape is not good.Eating is very dry.I won't come again.Slowly, you will lose customers. I got a pizza it came out super dry like they left it in the oven for too long, I got the Parmesan bites that they just covered in bread and not to mention they didn’t give me any forks for pasta. The delivery service does not drop off to your room so you have to go down and meet them.
Hair in my pizza. Order stated it arrived. Arrived 1 hour after that. Pizza was cold and pasta was broiled crispy. Everything went right in the garbage. I am definitely doing a charge back on my credit card!
They confirm delivery on your order without being at the address on the delivery and when you call them to figure out what’s happening they tell you it’s already delivered to look for your food. I’ve recently placed an order without them where they gave my meal to a stranger. I called immediately after I got the delivered notification and they told me to go ask/look for my food. Completely unacceptable. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Aren’t they supposed to verify the card holders information upon delivery? These people need to either get replaced or need to be shut down and reopened under new management. If you pay ahead for your order, it would either come an hour after the expected arrival or won’t come at all. These people are extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and absolutely disgusting human beings. If it wasn’t for being such a known pizzeria chain I genuinely believe this establishment would’ve been closed down a long time ago. I hope that this gets escalated and handled appropriately. This is a horrible representation of the business Dominos has worked for many years to gain.
This place is an absolute JOKE. My order was marked delivered at 6:14 with an ETA of 6:17, but it didn’t actually arrive until 6:59. That’s almost 45 minutes of being lied to and brushed off. First, a man told me the driver would be there in 5–6 minutes. After waiting 12 minutes, I called back, and a rude woman kept cutting me off, repeating “wait 5 minutes, ma’am” over and over. I told her I had ALREADY been waiting more than half an hour past the ETA, and she still refused to check my order—just kept dismissing me with the same line. That is NOT customer service, that is pure incompetence. When the driver finally showed up, he admitted the truth: the store overloaded him with 6 orders when he’s only supposed to have 2 at a time. He literally told me to leave a review and contact corporate because the store constantly blames the drivers instead of owning their mistakes. And this isn’t even the first time this has happened with this location. Their “compensation”? A lousy 20% off or a free medium pizza. That doesn’t make up for repeatedly wasting customers’ time and delivering terrible service. This store is careless, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to its customers. They do NOT care, and it shows. Order here if you want lies, excuses, and endless waiting. Otherwise—stay far away.
Ordered a pizza with no sauce. Was given a pizza with no sauce OR CHEESE. When I got home it was just dough and toppings. When I called the store a woman answered and said that what I was telling her was not possible and that she saw him make the order herself! I had to bring the pizza back to show her. I said I have a broken ankle and it takes me like 35 minutes to get to the store on my scooter, couldn’t I just send her a picture? She said no, that’s not possible bc they can’t do that on the store phone. I said isn’t there a store email or something I could send it to? She said no, I had to bring the pizza back and show her to prove it bc she had seen him “make it nicely” and “it’s not possible what you’re saying is true, you’re wasting my time” and hung up on me. Anyway here’s a picture with no cheese, just dough and toppings. So, YEAH, NOT LYING! Why would I lie??? Edit: Called back to ask if she could look at the picture on this review to see I wasn’t lying. She said “ok bring the pizza back I give you a new pizza” I said “man I have a broken ankle and it takes me 35 minutes to get to the store on my scooter. Can I please just get a credit for the same pizza next time I come in” She said “ok but it has to be Monday or Tuesday, come back I give you a pizza” I said “but today is Tuesday? You mean come back in 1 week?” She said “I work nights Thursday Friday Saturday, come back then, I’ll give u a 20% discount on an extra pizza” I’m confused, 20%? What extra pizza? When do I come? Monday Tuesday next week or later this week at night? “Wait 20% or a replacement pizza?” “I told you a replacement pizza but 1 topping not 2” “But this pizza was supposed to be a 2 topping pan pizza can’t I just get a credit for the pizza I was supposed to get today?” “Mam you’re not hearing me! Bring back the pizza and I’ll make u a new pizza or I’ll give you a discount.” She’s told me 4 different things by this point AND called me a liar. “Mam can’t u just credit my account? I have a broken ankle. I can’t make the trip again.” “Then she said I’m not hearing her and hung up on me for a second time.” COME ON MAN! I’m not asking for the moon here. I ordered a pan pizza and you gave me bread! This wasn’t my mistake and doesn’t have to be this difficult, why does she keep trying to like get me to pay for a new pizza when this wasn’t my mistake. Can’t u just give me the pizza I ordered next time I come in? Be serious!
LIVE ANTS IN MY PIZZA + ZERO RESPONSIBILITY – NEVER ORDERING AGAIN! **DISGUSTING, UNHYGIENIC, AND COMPLETE NEGLECT FROM DOMINO'S! I am absolutely APPALLED by my experience with Domino's Pizza. I ordered delivery, only to find LIVE ANTS crawling in my food—this is beyond unacceptable, it’s a serious health violation**. But what makes it worse? Their total lack of responsibility when I called to complain. Not only did they serve me insect-infested food, but their customer service did NOTHING to resolve the issue—no apology, no refund, no concern for food safety. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. How can a major pizza chain fail so badly in basic hygiene AND customer service? **DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If Domino's can’t even ensure their food is safe to eat or take complaints seriously, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. I’m reporting this to health authorities and will never order from them again. SHAME ON YOU, DOMINO'S. Fix your disgusting food handling and train your staff to actually CARE when customers complain but not saying that the insect is from our clean home!
