It's a whopper , put together correctly and not salty as I have had in the past. I ordered a kids meal and received the kings crown , my son loved it. I forgot it even existed. No complaints, fast food.

The food would be good here if they used better ingredients, like fresh vegetables. Every time I come here and I order something with lettuce and tomato I always get the old and nasty parts of the lettuce that no one wants. And the tomato was really hard, i had to bite hard to rip a piece off. The only thing good here to me is the onion rings, they’re so good.

Over all visit was okay, but when you order a soft serve M&M sundae expect this! It was mostly dust of M&M, I took off the lid and this happened. I was expecting whole chocolate M&M's, I guess you can make alot more with crumbs, and dust than whole M&M's. Needless to say I was really disappointed.

Soggy, just nasty wet bun. Had to forced myself to eat it, (I know that workers are times for their meal making, but not sure why the bun was soaked in meat juice. Fries were great!! the place was kept clean maybe needed a little wiping of the tables but as if the young kid read my mind or something, he got to wiping the area down. Also, Seen a homeless woman just walk in to help herself to a free refill in her non McDonald's cup and walked back to the play area.

Very bad experience here. It took over 30 minutes to get prepared —— I placed order online and then took 12 minutes to drive to store, it should be ready at 1:42 but look at the screenshot time, I got them at 2:05. One of the item was completely cold and the touches hard.

Service was horrible. The app is even worse. I tried to redeem the free whopper for t mobile Tuesday's and it wasn't working. I picked up my order and asked a staff member for help. Did not do a single thing. He was very short in answering and was absolutely no help. To male things worse, not a sinble packet of sauce was in the order. Fries were cold. Food was awful. The quality of food and ingredients is disgusting, like other people have mentioned. Never visiting a BK again.

This is incredible. How can a business get away with selling this as food? There were parts of the chicken that were grey. The chicken was tougher than a piece of shoe leather. The "sandwich" that's supposed to take on Popeye's chicken sandwich is not only a joke but could make someone I'll due to the temperature of the sandwich and the poor quality of the so-called chicken. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed. Please don't buy food here. Make your own at home. It HAS to be better than this. To think I paid hard earned money for this slop.
