Our first time ever having this coffee and it was delicious. The young man, who took our order, gave us one coffee for free being our first time and said he wanted us to feel welcomed for stopping by. Way cool.

Apparently, I have a new addiction. I am here almost everyday at this location. The wait can be a little long, but it's totally worth it in my opinion. Everyone that works there always seems to be happy to be there and super friendly trying to have some sort of conversation. I usually feel bad when I leave, because I don't typically have anything interesting to say...lol... AWESOME PLACE, AWESOME STAFF, AWESOME DRINKS!!!

I really am so appreciative of the customer service I get here from the Dutch Bros Team especially one of my favs Bella she is always so amazingly pleasant give her a raise!!!!

The wait times are long but that should be expected! They are dealing with walk ups and two lines of cars. They also JUST OPENED. Give them a break. Their drinks are literally amazing and the works are extremely nice. Have gone about 7 times now and have only waited long for about half, but I knew what I was getting myself into.

If you're looking for a quality caffeine fix accompanied by some friendly positive employee interaction, this is your kinda spot. If it's your first visit, I recommend checking out the website or Dutch Bros app ahead of time. Be prepared for positive attitudes and engaging conversation. I find the drink quality above the standard big coffee chain.

First time here, tried the Golden Eagal...delicious!!! Yes, the wait is a bit long so if you're in a hurry maybe try it another day. Staff is amazing and friendly. I'm a fan of other coffee places but Dutch Bros is perfect and has plenty of sugarfree options. Definitely going back!

The coffee is good! I asked for all my drinks to be hot, and they kindly reminded me that they couldn't make my lemonade hot because it's a cold only drink. The guy taking my drink order did some hot chocolate based drink collaboration with the customer in front of me and it sounded so good I asked for one for myself. The people are friendly, the workers and the people standing outside waiting for their drinks. I don't know about the people in the drive-thru, but I do know that when this one truck saw its lights were blinding me, they were kind enough to turn them off. Also, the guy with the custom drink, you really did look cool standing there staring away; I hope EDM reminds you of me instead of what it used to remind you of, lol! Hope to meet you in life again with a new custom Kicker!

Line is long. It's faster if you park and order via the window. There's ample amount of parking space since it's located in a square. Took us 25mins from lining up to getting the drinks. Our friend who ordered via drive through took almost an hour. This is on a Saturday morning 9-10am.

Today is opening day. I tried there flapjack drink as it is supposed to taste like pancakes. I liked it. I ordered a medium and it was much larger then expected which was a plus. Drive through was moving fast and was well staffed. The walk up windows menu was small, I'm assuming they offer more then whats currently posted. Glad to have more options in my area. Parking is limited.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They also merge the drive-thru lanes very well.

First the drinks are delectable and always on point without variation. Secondly the staff is always friendly, will engage in conversation with you while you wait, and generally seems happy to help. Last but not least their line moves fast....I have been to other coffee shops where it take forever but you always see the staff hustling and bustling to get everyone their drinks. I use Dutch Bros drive-thru regularly. There are a couple of seats around the locations, but they are situated in high traffic areas where the local traffic can access easily and in high numbers. They have an excellent capability to provide specialized and varied drinks consistently and regularly. Bon Appetit!

Went here to try one of the low calorie options and it was just okay. It tasted too healthy to me,hahaha. I guess that's the point. One day when I'm not restricting myself I'll get one of their top sugary drinks. The standout for this trip was definitely the pup cup!!!! First of all the employee was so sweet and energetic, sometimes i don't care for it but his energy was just right. It was literally the cutest pup cup i've ever seen, came in the cutest container, whip cream and even the cutest dog biscuit!! It was the best! Can't wait to try more stuff though in the future. I'm glad it's becoming more popular in CA.

So we drove 45 minutes to get to this location. The line wasn’t very long the gal that was directing traffic was not very helpful at all. The gentleman that took our order or super knowledgeable and very nice. We ended up getting the cookie crunch made with chocolate milk and we got a hot golden eagle and two cold golden eagles. Fun fact all the drinks no matter what size I’ll get the same amount of sugar syrups we found that the medium is the best. We tried the sugar-free syrup on the Goldeneagle and it actually tasted better than the sugar one. Unfortunately we had to go back and have our drinks made again because they just didn’t taste quite right. the gal that helped us up at the window was super sweet, the line didn’t take that long seems like they have that pretty mastered. It is a pain to get in and out of the drive-through but definitely worth it and worth the 45 minute drive they did make our drinks right and they tasted delicious 10 out of 10 would totally recommend just taste your drinks before you leave to make sure.

the coffee drinks are delicious. but the staff is way too chatty a lot of the times staff has to come out to give you the drinks because they are chatting at the window. the staff has been very nice but they need to cut the conversation short. so the wait is not so long.

I freaking love Dutch bros full heartedly. Semi addicted okay I am lol. But this location always gets on my last nerve. Always making my drinks wrong and the attitude from some of the girls is ridiculous. It’s almost like it’s just the area code thing. Yucaipa's location or any high desert location would never. Please don’t let this location poor work quality ruin your Dutch experience, please try another location.

I love Dutch bros, my husband picks up a drink for us everyday workday. That’s 4-5 days out of the week that we pick up coffee we spend our fair share at this location to put it lightly. There are a few things that I enjoy as much as my coffee so my question is, why, WHY are you so stingy with your drizzle? Everytime we go, we ask for extra caramel drizzle and I get none at all. I respect everyone working, their time and their effort but if you have to start charging for the drizzle I don’t mind paying, just get me order right.

Went to the walk up window thought it’d be faster. I waited 40 min for a coffee drink in the wind in cold and people in front of me were getting their order that ordered waaaayyyyyy before me. They’re definitely not making drinks in order and having way more people work on drive through orders. I told the lady and all she said is they’re making one drink at a time still doesn’t answer my long wait time considering I waited waaayyy longer than the people who order after me this is ridiculous.UPDATE: I talked to a different guy. He handled it way better than the first person that I talk to. He upgraded the size of my drink for free and gave me two free drinks for next time! But still the amount of time to drive through a cycle and how long I had to wait was still pretty disappointing.

When it first opened this location was good, but ever since then, it has just gone so down-hill with wait times. This isn’t a quick coffee stop anymore, it’s a 30-40 minute wait in their long lines to just get your drinks. If I want coffee but I’m on a time crunch, I have to drink to Starbs unfortunately.

Ordered the poppy seed cookie and it came in a plastic bag maybe from the freezer-I asked if they could warm it up they said no just place on my dash for 10 minutes and should warm up 😳🤔 first time trying Dutch Brothers and not going back they never told me how much or asked if I would like a receipt coffee ok

First time at a Dutch Bros. Walked from a near by business. Did not expect only drive thru and walk up window. Cold and windy outside. Ordered hot flap jack mocha and poppy seed and chocolate muffins tops. Short wait for drink. Drink given to me as if that was the only item ordered. Told staff about the muffin tops. Without question they were retrieved and given to me. Straight from the refrigerator in plastic package. Very cold. No offer to warm them. No napkins. Flap jack mocha was tepid. Nowhere near hot. Drink did taste good but the temperature took from the experience of the drink. Would like to have been offered to have the muffin tops warmed and a hot coffee.

When I suggested they should post that they do not accept bigger bills, she did not care and continued to restate my total. This is how you treat your customers on the first of the year ? If you’re unhappy with your job you should have applied for another one! Happy new year Dutch bros! Go to Starbucks instead!

Good drinks… not worth the drive-through wait. Took over 50 minutes just to get two drinks; is not worth it. Starbucks and Coffee bean are just as good and much faster. Long line but they need to take a page out of In-n-outs play book on how to handle demand.

Waited in the drive-through for over 55 minutes. With about 12 cars in front of me. Over 50 minutes after my order was taken and money paid. Wasted way too much time for a $7 medium drink that was not good. I was given my drink while in line (not at the window) with a "sorry this is crazy" then nothing. Didn't make sure my drink was made correctly. The drink was gross, but I couldn't wait any longer to get to the window to have them correct it. I've been to Dutch Bros many times in Washington State and those experiences were great, but this was a huge fail. Will not be back for a while or until they allow you to mobile order.

I came here a couple of times and let me tell you….Choose which line you want to get in wisely. The drive thru lines where not made with customers in mind they are very hard to get into. Some days you will have 3-2 cars that came in behind you- have their orders taken before you, If you don’t choose wisely. They will never check to see what cars are behind them for the next order. Today the girl with glasses and short curly hair stayed talking to one car for 10 mins before she took anymore orders, another employee had come out to help- I was rushed/couldn't pay with them because I was next in line to get my drink. I paid at the window and waited more time to get my drinks. The employees are either too much or disingenuous. As a Fontana resident I’d much rather drive the extra minutes down to Rialto where they will check the traffic flow to ensure the lines and cars get their order taken efficiently and in order. I’ve had genuine kind conversations with the crew members without it being too forced and always get my drink in 10/15 depending on traffic if not sooner.

Dutch Bros drinks are great but the wait time is extremely bad. Every time I come to this location I wait 30-40 min in the drive thru (and the line looked somewhat short). I very much prefer to drink Dutch bros but Starbucks is way more convenient for ordering ahead and reducing wait time.

Pulled up after work to buy a refresher i ordered a large drink & to my surprise they stuffed my cup with ice. This is BS!! Never coming again don’t recommend
