Opinions de Jamba Fontana
The smoothie selection is strong: Items like the mango-a-go-go,strawberries wild and the açaí bowls get frequent mentions as hit choices. For those wanting a quick healthy (or at least healthier) treat, this Jamba location gives a convenient option in Fontana—a smoothie or bowl works well for on-the-go. Açaí bowls and oats toppings (strawberries, granola) are available and appeal to those looking for something more substantial. This Jamba Juice location in Fontana is a good casual stop when you want a smoothie or bowl and are okay with a bit of variability in service and execution. It hits the basic desire for a refreshing snack/meal alternative to burgers or fast food. Erika was one of the employees and she was super cool and friendly. Made the experience even better.
Keigan Made my bowl custom and it made my day. Thank you :)!
Had one of the best experiences at this Jamba Juice. It was really clean and well maintained. Priscilla our server made my day. She was very attentive and informative. She told me what was already included in the Island Pitaya bowl so that I could narrow the options of what to put as toppings. Went for the banana and coconut with an extra boost of collagen (50 cents extra). Also took a Ginger and Wheatgrass shot for the road, each as are 2.99. Thanks again Priscilla, I'll definitely be back because of the great customer service you provided.

Did me dirty on my order today!!! So dissapointed! Where is the pitaya!!
The staff made sure only three customers are indoors at all times. I appreciate that. The smoothies were not the best tasting compared to other Jamba locations. The staff was not as knowledgeable as I expected as well.

Restroom “out of order”. All chairs and tables are put away stacked in hallway to bathroom. Looks like this restaurant is still COVID scared. However, on the contrary the shop looks dirty like it’s not cleaned regularly. Pretend closed bathrooms are a pet peeve of mine. Lots of places doing this since COVID. I drive all day for my job which gives me the opportunity to support many business by buying drinks and food. I never ask to use a restroom with out a purchase. Super inconvenient to have closed restrooms, especially for women who work out in the field all day. Ordered a juice & a wheat grass shot with a orange slice. I was asked 1oz or 2oz for the wheat grass. I asked for 2. Then 5 mins after order was placed I was handed a prepackaged wheat grass shot and told “sorry orange slice only comes with fresh wheat grass shot” but was assured I didn’t pay for it either. How much would it have actually cost this place to give me what I ordered. (1) wedge of an orange??
I have frequented this Jamba Juice from time to time and they're never super friendly, but the last two times, I have waited at the register with no acknowledgment from an employee for a good 5-10 minutes. I understand being busy and having only two employees working, but at least acknowledge that you have customers waiting. I will go down the street to Juice it Up in the future.

Stood in this store for 10 minutes while 2 employees never acknowledged me and my daughter standing there, nor did they say “hello” or “be right with you” after one of them came to the front to put something in the oven and continued to ignore us, we left without ordering. Truly annoying. Fast forward to 2025. Brought my daughter because she got her braces tightened today. Sign on the door saying “on break, be back at 8:20” the doors are locked. This location is in a consistent decline. It’s embarrassing.

Understaffed. One girl working felt bad for her. Waited 30 min waiting to take my order and ended up leaving. Seems like the prioritize the online orders.
Very poor customer service early this afternoon. Staff opened door from break and promptly disappeared from view after pointing to a screen for me to make an order. I couldn't find my usual drink on the screen, looked for her, called out hello, no response. Waited a bit, nobody appeared, so we left.
Order 3 smoothies and received 3 juicees. Not sure what they were blending but it's noway they put ice in it. All 3 were literally just juice. Kids were disappointed. I had 3 so I didn't realize it until we were already back on the road or I would have returned them for smoothies. Given how much they raised the prices they need to train their workers to give a decent product.
On June 28th 2025, I went to Jamba Juice in Sierra lakes pkwy. Angelica N was the only worker this day around 12 noon and she was very rude whiles I was ordering. I ordered a smoothie and an oatmeal bowl. The smoothie wasn’t good and as for the oatmeal is very disgusting. The oats weren’t cooked well and I ended up throwing it away. I was really disappointed on the service and the food on this day. She seemed very disorganized and was rushing orders. She mixed about 4 peoples orders up. She didn’t look happy to be there. Overall I wasn’t happy with the food or service and the attitude Angelina N showed towards me.
I ordered a white gummy smoothie tonight and I specifically told the guy working behind the register I wanted it thick and not blended all the way through so that there is fruit chunks in the smoothie still. I tried the smoothie and it was completely smooth and had not 1 chunk in it. I went back inside the store to ask for it to be remade as I did not receive what I had asked for. There was a girl working there also who I had asked for it to be remade and she at first gave attitude for me even asking a question. She remade it and it STILL did not come out right. It was completely smooth again. Mind you, she handed me the remade smoothie and said “this one should be better for you, have a good night” while walking away completely full of attitude. I just simply asked of you to make the smoothie I paid for and had to repeat myself on how I wanted it made. And you still want to give me attitude? I will not be going to this location ever again and I highly suggest she gets trained on how to treat customers.
Very disappointing experience here today. Placed an order online. Came to pick up, in line to get them, there’s 4 customers waiting to order , and both employees are making smoothies. Instead of saying, “I’ll be right with you, please wait outside”, the girl decides to yell at us “only 4 people allowed in the store!” Yikes. So two of us go to wait outside. How about you add more people on a shift so the employees aren’t so stressed and rude?! I’m all for social distancing - just not for your service being so slow I have to wait outside in 104 degree weather when I already placed an online order. The girl pouring and making the smoothies is clearly not happy to be here. I’m assuming she’s the manager since she’s not wearing a hat. There’s handwritten signs all over the place. This is super tacky. Once it’s finally my turn I’m informed they don’t have an online order for me and the rude manager says, you placed the order somewhere else. Never asks me what I ordered or anything. I go back out to my car to get my phone to prove I placed the order, return and stand at the pass off to be ignored by now all 3 of the employees. FINALLY the cashier asks to see the order on my phone. She walks away and pulls the two smoothies out of the icebox - is this your name?? You’ve got to be kidding me. 20 minutes for this nonsense. Train your people on customer service. I placed an online order to wait 20 minutes once I got here. Next time I’ll spend my $14 somewhere else.
Visiting from Oregon and stopped for a smoothie 12pm on 4/24/23, went in and ordered, and was asked to provide my drivers license for identification because I was using my credit card….. this is a practice any business can technically ask for if they suspect fraudulent activity. I guess because I don’t look like I’m from SoCal and I’ve got long hair or look like a hippie or like I don’t have the money some people in SoCal do I’m suspected immediately of using a stolen credit card. Think that was just a random draw of the cards? Two people came in after me and WERE NOT asked to provide any form of ID when they pulled out their credit card. They ordered just the same way I did and pulled out there wallet/card in the same manner and yet I was demanded to show my ID to verify my identity. The girl working (17-25ish & hispanic) tried to play it off and say that she had only asked me because I was out of state and yet she had ZERO clue I was from out of state UNTIL she’d seen my ID, there was no way of thinking that officially when I first ordered or handed her my standard visa credit card with no state marking on it. Flat out discrimination. I thought SoCal was an open minded place but I guess if you don’t look the part you get mistreatment. I’ll remember to get some plastic surgery or wear fake designer clothes and maybe next time I won’t be treated like a criminal. Jamba has really gone down hill too, $11 for a basic ice chunk ridden smoothie and it’s the same quality you’d get from a McDonald’s smoothie.
I don’t know where to start 1. If your coming here before work you might as well go to another location... I don’t why they open at 7 because they are never ready to serve I come around 740 sometimes a lil later which they should be ready to go. 2. I don’t know the girls name but customer service skills are not there no greeting upon entry or anything just stares waiting for you to order. 3. Went again this morning cause it’s convenient right by my job and once again a disappointment to come at 7:50 and have a sign saying 10 min break ... like how are you closed for a break when you just opened Basically a waste of time during the mornings
Waiting for more than 6 minutes to get serviced and I was the next in line, smoothies are good but seems to happen everytime I come in! The line behind me was building up so after finally getting serviced everyone got serviced right away! Wasn't even busy when I walked in, I'm actually waiting on my smoothie now and it's still taking more than 5 minutes, get better service or more workers. (Update) i tried to give this place another chance but same thing over, and this time I waited 7 mins just for them to say they ran out of yogurt! This place lost a customer
I honestly use to love coming to this Jamba juice location. I use to be a regular to where the workers already knew what my order was. Now when I go in, there's ALWAYS something wrong. Today I went in for a citrus kick with cayenne pepper. I didn't not taste any pepper nor did I taste any ginger. It tasted like watered down orange juice. I took it back and told them it was watery and if I could have something else. I ordered a smoothie this time and it was still watery. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience or really acknowledged the problem. I wasted my money and feel like I got ripped off. I will not be Coming back..
So disappointed on the service I received today. Only one girl working and I got a water downed smoothie. There was no line and she had no one to attend to but me. She looks like she doesn’t want to work there, you can see it in her face. Both my drinks taste nasty. So disappointed.
Really disappointed with my Jamba Juice experience today. First off when I come in, they were busy making drinks and I was greeted (only good part) I was patient because I work in customer service so I understand you get busy and you don’t have 10 arms. But I’m waiting and I finally get helped after maybe like 15 mins. Expecting her to be apologetic for the wait and friendly she was not. But I just shrugged it off because hey we all have bad days. But then I get my smoothie and oatmeal about 5 mins later and my smoothie is super water down and my oatmeal is cold. Super cold. And it’s always hot when I get it. I just threw it away from frustration. So I waited 20 mins for a bad smoothie, cold oatmeal and unfriendly staff. I will not be going back anymore, juice it up down the street will do.
