Delicious burgers and shakes and so many other options! I've been going to Tams every so often for a little over a year and my food has been consistently good. Only fast food place I go to.

Amazing, I'm from Virginia! I went twice in 48 hours. Lol fast and quality food. Service was good atmosphere was bool also.

Food and Service is excellent. They can be extremely busy at times on the weekends but worth the wait, or order and take home.

I love to eat here. Always get good service in drive thru, and inside it's clean and fresh if you're interested in eating inside.

Really 3.5 stars but I'll round up. The value meal chicken tenders is such a good deal. I usually can't eat it all and have midnight snack leftovers. 4 tenders, fries, drink, and ranch. The club sandwich is meh. A classic club sandwich should never have cheese. The one from Tams has american cheese and another white cheese... that really ruined the sandwich in my opinion. It was all halfway melted to other parts of the sandwich so I couldn't take it off. The bread was also super soggy. It was nice to get a trio of fries, onion rings, and zucchini fries! I just ended up eating the fried sides and a portion of the sandwich. Maybe I would order the club again if I was eating in, and asked for no cheese. Otherwise everyone is always very nice here. Very busy during some hours and its very hard to exit onto Foothill or Mango.

Got two burger boxes, a chicken tender meal and an order of zucchinis. Asked the guy at the window to please leave my bag open so that the zucchini didn't get soggy and he said no problem. Order came exactly how I asked 😊. Thank you for your great customer service.

Good old fashioned burger spot with Mexican food as well. The Cheesy bacon fries are A+! Burgers are good with a charbroiled taste, cooked on the spot. The Fried food combo platter was a miss as it had no salt which led to them not having much flavor. Had to dip them in ranch. The milkshake was good and satisfied the hankering. I recommend ordering inside, drive thru lines get long.

I come here when I’m craving some charbroiled hamburgers, it’s one of the better places around if you’re looking for a local spot. The hamburgers are pretty big, even their smallest one. The food was really good, especially the chicken tenders and fries. I ordered the six dollar box and I got way more food than i thought I was. The hamburger tastes really good with the yellow peppers they have.

Almost 50 dollars for a family meal, asked for no onions, and they added extra onions. cheese on burgers 1 dollar each. Soggy burgers

This place is a old school burger joint with everything offer I tried to chili cheese fries and the bacon cheeseburger what's pretty good your average Burger chili cheese fries were pretty good as well but a little too garlicky I will be back to try their breakfast and steak sandwich hopefully next time they won't forget my Ranch

I’ve heard great things about the Tam’s Burgers franchise, so I was excited to try the location near my home. I was recommended the chili cheese fries, but honestly, they didn’t live up to the hype. The chili lacked flavor, and the cheese-to-chili ratio was off. However, the hamburger we ordered was delicious juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I’d definitely come back to try more items, but I’ll be skipping the fries next time.

I normally love lettuce but even for me it was too much of it. Plus, the burgers got so cold because of that reason. I would suggest go easy on lettuce guys. At least staff was so friendly and quick.

Eggs were burnt and it was literally the only thing I could smell and potatoes were mushy. I was ordering 3 pancake specials the lady kept confusing it with a potato plate. I had to correct her multiple times and still ended up with potatoes. Had to ask for butter and syrup even though I order pancakes and got 2 different kind.

horrible rushed service, Jan 14. After 8pm. I kept trying to order and she kept interrupting me 3 times. the second time I wasn’t done and she said ok your total is.. like women we never said we were done. She did that 3 times. Since she’s been there forever and always gives TRASH SERVICE, I’m sure she’s involved more into this business than just a basic worker. She’s BAD bad worker. Dona, cálmate. FIRST TIME GOING, We went cause the place was full inside, and the drive thru was full too. I dont know what the lines were for maybe not the bugers, cause thats what we had, and they had no flavor to them. The stringy wet lettuce overpowered everything. We definitely wont go back.

Unfortunately it was a waste of money. Waited 20 min for food we didn’t even want to eat once receiving. I got a taquito plate and it was nothing like the Tams in Rialto off Baseline. They held the standard up high for this place to fall beyond mediocre. Their chicken sandwich is not as advertised. Got two beef and two chicken taquitos and the fillings were sparse and oddly mixed with what seemed like new and old meat.

How many bad employees does it take to lose a customer for life? Just one! Door Dash did nothing to help. So then I called the store. A woman with an accent answered the phone. All I got to say was my order was wrong. Then she proceeded to be evasive and not try to be helpful at all. Over and over she would cut me off and attempt to get off the phone. So I asked for a manager. The woman then lies and says the manager wasn’t there. Brushing me off the phone. She was rude. Making excuses why she can’t help me and wouldn’t allow me explain myself, then consciously hangs up on me. How can a restaurant at dinner time not have a manager on duty. All they had to do was correct my order. Unacceptable! They lost a regular customer. With Door Dash my average order a week was $30 with tip.. You can see it’s missing the other toppings and sauce. Check my recipe, it shows cheeseburger. It doesn’t say any special instructions for it to be plain. UPDATE Door Dash refunded me $3.85 what a joke. Check the picture. I got screwed both ways. Bad business I expect that from Door Dash. But not from Tam’s Even if Tam’s food was the cure to cancer and I’m dying from cancer. I would much rather die. I don’t need to be disrespected for a meal and I don’t need to be hoodwinked for it. How I got treated from your employee was horrible and unnecessary, perhaps like my analogy. But I can’t help it, I was very offended. Restaurant establishments are in the business of hospitality and this was the complete opposite of hospitable. Remember this started as a mistake and error that surely happens, but escalated. All because someone made one mistake in preparation of the meal and one person followed it up with making it worse. I would say this establishment needs to retrain their employees to begin with and apologize! I truly hope not all Tam’s locations have problematic staff members like the Fontana location. This is the worst Tam’s location I have given my business to and the best location would be the Ontario location. Also the Rancho Cucamonga location always has the warmest welcome. I hope this can help next guest and your establishment can use my experience to make sure it never happens again.
