I decided to stop at Wendy's to order two frosties. The intercom young man asked me if I wanted to try the new chicken tenders. I replied yes why not!!!! I decided to try the chicken tenders because his customer service got my attention. Also he gave me a sweet chilly sauce to try that got me delicious knocked out flavor. Wow I enjoyed my chicken and the frosty together. I will recommend Rialto Wendy's on foothill on the Tudor plaza because you will not regret the food or the customer service . Thank you again and keep the great awesome work.

Regular customer here Super clean restaurant came in with my husband and children and were given food quickly and were greeted by a nice young man yesterday named Felix in the front , very nice man my children enjoyed the visit and loved the food highley recommended for future visits great customer service should keep him in the front more often

Used the driver-thru a couple of minutes ago. Honestly, best customer service. It was a young guy, I think his name was Adrian? I barely got to see the name on the apron. He was so kind and courteous!! Thank you!

It was yummy food. I got a bacon hambager and french fries and lemonaid. I got ranch to dip the food in. I also got the apple bites and the oreo brownie frosty. The music was a bit funny. I used the kiosk to order, and it was easy and convenient to get my food. It was also a fair and cheap price.

Today I ordered the son of a baconator the commercial does say just order a hamburger and it’ll be hot and fresh and you know what for the first time in a long time it was actually hot and fresh I want to thank the guys were awesome service as well with a delicious burger Rock on Wendy’s G

Everything was good about this restaurant. They don't have a drink fountain on the customer side of the counter. It's nice and clean. It was a difference in the coupon versus the cash register which the manager cited on the coupon my friend had.

Went through the drive-thru ordered the baked potatoes and it took a while for them to come out so they had me park in a separate spot but otherwise good food and good service drive-thru service is quick but they also are kind

I went through the drive thru to pick up an online order. The food was ready and waiting for me. I went after the dinner rush so I didn't wait long at all. Only 1 car ahead of me.

The customer service and the fries were not very good. I asked for certain food items and did not get them. The fries were cold and money wasted. I told the front counter person I was eating there he made it to go in bags. Thank goodness the manager corrected the error for me to get an okay cheeseburger. I will not visit this location again.

The employee was extremely rude and impersonal. Used hand signals to tell us he was closed even though the restaurant sign stated it was open. Very unappreciated.

Took forever for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Why sell it if you don't have it. At least let me know their will be a wait, don't sit their and look at me like im crazy for waiting in the parking lot for going on 15min.

My kids were already hungry and really excited over the Krabby Patty Meal, only to not receive the packaging. They don't have it at this location. It's just regular packaging.

Order taker was VERY impatient and would say pull forward after every thing we'd say/order. We just wanted two breakfast combos, didn't get a drink and side for one of them, and they did not put the sauce on one of the sandwiches. I completely understand how miserable it is to work in the morning sometimes, especially when the weather is bad. I work in food service too but this was just an awful experience overall. Please do better.

I am currently 3 months pregnant. I ordered the Asiago ranch sandwich, spicy. Ate half until I noticed that the sandwich was RAW. Never been more disgusted. I spoke with the employee and they insured me that the food is cooked to the right temp for a certain amount of time, and if that’s the case then how is is possible to be completely raw? I had to drive back to the establishment & The most the manager could do was apologize and offer me another meal or a refund. Not satisfied at all.

We were rushed when the store was empty. It was very uncomfortable and they got our order wrong. My husband asked for ranch for our whole order, never once mentioned BBQ. We got to the window and when we got our food there was bbq in there. When we asked for extra sauce we were told it would be 25cent each. There was no sign for such a charge!!? Is this a real thing?! The customer service and the constant rushing from employees is very unprofessional. The timer that corporate pushes on it's employees has nothing but negative effects. This Wendy's we experienced the worse service. We drove 10 minutes off the freeway just to go to Wendy's. What a disappointment!
