Went into In-N-Out had a great lunch with my sister I had to double double roadkill or animal whichever one you want to call it they call it different things in different states it was excellent had some fries and a drink customer service was great the workers were very proactive and store was clean and they were very helpful

We arrived at In-N-Out with no line at the drive-thru, so we decided to check inside and found no line there either, plus we got to enjoy the AC. The food was prepared promptly, and as always, the double-double with cheese and fries with spread were delicious. Halfway through our meal, more people started arriving. Overall, it was a perfect experience at In-N-Out.

Amazing food quality and assembly. I've never been disappointed with the food in regards with its taste, freshness, and uniqueness from the other In N Out's. My burgers are always cheesy and hot! I've never had a raw pink meat in my burger and their staff are always friendly, however everywhere isn't perfect and they might delay your meal and skip you for someone else sometimes at this location, or get your order wrong, but this is RARE on occasion when I eat here. This place is always busy! Especially on the weekends, the drive thru lines are out on the street! It's their fault for making the food so delicious. 5/5 stars!

I go and eat at In N Out virtually every Saturday. I’ve been to multiple In N Outs from Rialto to Ontario, Ca, from Rialto to Yucaipa, and from Rialto to Riverside. In my own personal opinion, this In N Out in Northern Rialto by the 210 freeway is the best one I’ve been to by far. The food quality seems to be superior. The line seems to move at a better pace, and this one is cheaper than the others I’ve been to. This is my favorite In N Out!

On our way to the Running Springs area, me and my brothers stopped at this beautifully landscaped restaurant for some of the best hamburgers anywhere. We were not disappointed. This chain has a special place in my heart whenever I am in the greater Los Angeles area. The food and service were excellent. We enjoyed our meal in a clean dinning area. I look forward to returning whenever I am in the area.

In N Out is always so busy but this one seems to take the cake. It's their own fault for making the food so delicious!!! Yummers to my tummers. I gave them a 4 only because of how insane the tiny little parking lot gets. Most times the line is out to the street. It's a long wait to enter the parking lot, find a parking spot, place your order, and finally get your food. The food is out of this world delicious. Just be understanding of the busy parking lot and the high probability that you'll have to wait a long time.

Classic joint. Same taste as the others, but for some reason to me it's a bit salty here than other ones I've been to. But service is good and staff are very nice. Drive thru, as expected is packed. So, you're better off getting off and ordering your meal. But classic place.

A little disappointed! I flew home to visit my parents for the first time this year from Texas. These were my first animal fries and they disappointed me. :((((( Not enough grilled onions,, or sauce and maybe an older fry? But the burger was great like always! Please do better at this location. A for effort though everyone was nice.

This is my go-to local in-n-out but today the food quality was lacking effort. The flavor was there, but I did not receive what I asked for and was printed on my receipt. I asked for no tomatoes and extra lettuce on one of my items, but I got a couple slivers of lettuce. On another item, I asked for extra lettuce as well and onions, and I got again…slivers of lettuce (I don’t know if we are on a lettuce shortage, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt) and no onions. I was excited for my meal because it had been a while, but when I opened the box at home there was nothing left for me to do but write this review because, I was not about to drive back for more more lettuce and onion. This has happened to me the last five times. I just hope that I start getting what I order. I’m not one to write bad reviews. I am simply hoping for better quality.

I was slightly disappointed with my trip to this location. Normally I'm satisfied, even with the wait time, but this time was crazy. 1st) They didn't have a person outside taking orders, which doubled the time. (Understandable considering it was heavy winds that night.) But I did burn a lot of gas. 2nd) By the time I finally get to order, I ordered a Double Double Animal Style with no tomatoe. When I received my burger it didn't look Animal at all, plus it had tomato and no lettuce. By the time the mistake was recognized, I was already home, tired and hungry and did not feel like driving back and fighting my way through mad max car drama. Overall, still a good place to treat yourself from time to time, just this time it wasn't a pleasant experience.

We love in-n-out, employees are always welcoming and we don't mind the long lines. HOWEVER, attention to detail has been lacking. On one of our previous visits, we were missing an item and today they placed half a patty in my son's Cheeseburger (pictured) like there's no way they "missed" that, it's clearly visible. That patty should have been tossed instead of serving it to a customer.

Got food poisoning on 10/18/2025. And it wasn’t just me, it was my girl too. Staff is nice and all but it’s run by teens with a teen manager. Meat looked undercooked and I still ate it. Doesn’t matter, ask them to fix it and they will purposely do it wrong. Look at other reviews in the past 2 months: similar stories.

As my daughter and I decided on dinner it began to rain lightly I wanted to surprise her with some hot chocolate told her let's go to In-N-Out. I ordered my food from Vanessa she said she didn't have to ask her manager the signs were not out for hot chocolate to my understanding free hot chocolate when it is raining. She said she would need to ask her manager if she came back did not inform me it was a no and then asked me if my if my child wanted stickers. Completing my order sat down. The order was ready for us we retrieved it as for the hot chocolate and they informed us that it was no even though they never told us and I would have just bought one so then I had to go and actually purchase one so I had to get back into line Gregory the manager took his time to come over to consult with me regarding the issue talking about 5 minutes to come over. After I've already had my food and now I'm just waiting for my hot chocolate that I had to pay for out of my pocket even though it was raining and I took pictures of the property soaking wet from the rain but Gregory refused to honor the offer of hot chocolate when it rains. I've been coming to this establishment for probably about 6 7 years now as I've moved over to San Bernardino where's customer service I've ever had out of the store.
