Im surprised at all these bad reviews because my experience eating at this location has always been great. Staff provides fast and attentive service and the food portions are much better than other locations I have gone to.
Kevin is the best ! Helpful, great service by Kevin!! The cooks are also Awesome!! Also The place is always clean.

I went on the drive thru and ordered 4 plates and there’s a sign when you pay that it’s 1 sauce per plate or bowl and I got 4 and they only gave me 3 and I asked for the waba bowl and I got more rice that meet. Chicken like 4 pieces. This waba is stingy

Posting a picture of the shrimp bowl so everyone one is aware of the amount of shrimps you get. Over $10 dollars for 6 shrimps.

After repeating myself 3 or 4 times about the changes I wanted made, they still got the order wrong. This was through the drive-thru, and I just didn't have the energy to go back once I realized the mistake. (Rialto has a Waba Grill drive-thru) And the mistake was on 3 different plates. The guy at the window was nice and polite, but when I'm tired and all I want to do is go home and enjoy my dinner with my family, mistakes like that just seem to ruin it for me. Petty? Maybe, but honest.

I have gone couple times and I always get my orders wrong, it’s good on the receipt but they give me missing items or wrong items every time. Food is really good can’t complain but why do I have to get my orders wrong. I called spoke David he said next time you come back we will replace your bowl and took my information. 5 days later I go and I was told I wasn’t on the list. Michelle told me she couldn’t do much because I didn’t have the receipt in the moment and I only had 24 hours to go back which I wasn’t told. Came back called gave her all the information and I was told I would get refunded, today is 7 days later and nothing. I even had them check the order in the window to make sure it wasn’t missed and it happen. I get it, we do human errors but every time?
Sharing my bad experience Today when using the drive thru that is very small and don’t warn you that it is not suitable for trucks like Chevy Silverado, etc. Unfortunately the exit corner does not allow you to get out well, and I scratched the right rim and almost ruined the tire, I called the Manager and explained why they don't warn new clients about the problem to avoid unnecessary loss and future bad experience with repair costs. I hope they do something about it.😡
If I wanted the bitter part of the cabbage, I would have to ask for it.. totally not worth $10+ dollars.. not to mention the proper servings of meat is not met.. I don't recommend this Waba Grill Drive the extra mile to another Waba. Pricing on drive thru is off.. no Forks or spoons or napkins are given..
Manager was very stale horrible communication over all ignorant when ordering my food I asked for a allergy item to not be added he was rude talking Spanish rude comments to coworkers trash establishment
Well I ordered the meat chicken veggies and white rice today I start eating the meat and it's practically all fat I'm shewing and it fat thick pieces of fat I'm sad 😥I was really looking forward to eating the meat but there was barely any meat that didn't have thick not eatable fat on it 😒☹I am not coming here again.would be better if there was more portions of meat and chicken less rice

Worst customer service. I went in to order. Staff saw me but didn't acknowledge me. I waited a while and one of them walked up to a register next to me but took a drive through order. Still noone acknowledged me so I left. Last time I came, the drive through cashier tried to keep my change. She handed me the coins, but not the bills. I had to ask for them. She didn't even seem surprised or apologize. It didn't seem like an accident. This place needs new management.

I'm sitting and facing the blinds. One of the staff opened the blinds in front of me without asking me if it's ok. It was too bright outside and I had to tell the staff that I was eating in that section because it's bright. He looked at me and did not say anything and left as if he did not hear anything. I ended up closing it myself. The staff looked ok as he was talking real loud with his co-workers. I understand if it's a bad day for him but I dont think so. I did not get his name but he seems like a manager. This happened Oct 7, 2024 between 4 to 4:30 PM. To the owner, do not reach out to me. Fix the management first then try to reach out. It seems like a normal occurrence to have a bad customer service in this branch. Most likely won't come back. Will tell my family, too.
I see this place over the last few months has terrible reviews for customer service and I see why.. The drive thru was rude and lied about they don't offer kids free after 4pm. I showed the girl at the drive thru there website she said it's the owner that said that don't offer it anymore. Don't waste your time or $$ here. Sounds like the need new management.
terrible service they charged me for avocado on my chicken bowl and i only asked for avocado on 2 of my bowls i had asked for the blazing hot sauce packet and she acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about her name was angelica
