So happy to have this new Arby's open up in our area! We go here at least once a week and the food is always fresh and well prepared and the restaurant is very clean. A big plus these days! More importantly the management and young staff who work here are the nicest, most helpful, and most respectful I have encountered at any fast food establishment! Love to see folks who take such pride in their work!

Newer location. Clean and crew are helpful and friendly. Arby's a little on the pricyer side but it has food you can't get anywhere else. The roast beef sandwich is much lower in calories then going to a burger place so it's a healthier fast food option. Be sure to get the Arby's sauce.

James at the drive thru this afternoon was super friendly and genuinely happy to take our order. Did we have to wait in the front for our order sure but when it was ready James brought it out happily and made sure we had everything we needed. Great job James!!!!

Food was delicious however check you bag before driving away was one sandwich was missing. They made me one but had less meat on it do to being in a hurry to make it. But normally love the food I will go back.

I’m not usually a fan of Arby’s, but their food this evening was FANTASTIC! 😃 The dining room was super clean and the staff and the manager were all super friendly. We personally thanked the employees on duty before ringing the bell on our way out. I guarantee we will be returning here again in the future!

Kia gave seriously the best customer service. She really embodies customer service. Polite, funny, kind, and was helpful in processing our orders... I wanted to make sure u know she really is a neat young woman... her expressions are so funny too.... thanks Kia for helping us out and making us the apple turnovers.

Arby's is always a good choice for a healthier option in fast food places. The people here are always nice and helpful no matter what time of day it is. Just opened up or 10 mins from close they have a great attitude and great customer service. I don't know why everyone always be hating on Arby's saying "how do they still exist?" or "why are they still in business?" It's because they have great food AND great customer service. Not many other fast food places can say the same. To top it off, most other fast food in the area ALWAYS gets my orders wrong and I end up having to get back in line or walk in and have them fix it. But not Arby's. Arby's is a whole different breed. This location in particular has never done me wrong and that's amazing. Fully support and absolutely love Arby's and their staff !

The Meat and 3 Arby's box is fire. Perfect balance of all my favorites. French Dip Sandwich was perfect. Mozzarella sticks amazing. I didn't think the peach cobbler roll would be good but I was wrong. Perfect little portions and a full sandwich This bundle was satisfying!

Good food but not cheap. Way better meat than McDonald's and other fast food. Unique and delicious sandwiches like yeero with real lamb and potato cakes like fried hasbrowns but way better. You will love it. Get the double meat sandwich. Worth the price. Beef n Cheddar is the bomb!

It was my first time eating an arbys for a long time !!! I got the bacon ranch and turkey sandwich with curly fries and Sprite. And then my husband got roast beef sandwich and then we got a Buffalo slider to share . So I would say our sandwiches were really good and the slider was good as well . But I was a little disappointed in the curly fries . They were like dry and just not what I expected . So maybe make sure they're fresh when you order ? If possible . But I'd deff go back for the sandwich .

Very Clean inside. The staff was friendly and our order was exactly as we ordered it. I don't eat beef but my husband loves a good Arby's roast beef sandwich. I ate the chicken salad. Nice place.

I’m upset with your pricing for my vegetarian orders. I’d love a veggie sandwich from Arbus without having to pay $12 total for 1 veggie sandwich (with no meat). The worker could not find a veggie option available. My husband & I have always loved & supported your establishment but my recent forced vegetarianism should not stop me from loving your quality. Always great quality, always wonderful customer service, just looking for you to be a little bit more thoughtful of people who have to order for everyone at home. Thank you & I look forward to your changes.

So I don't understand why almost every restaurant always gives you old fries or refried ones. Please just give us what we pay for. I'm sure people would not mind waiting a few minutes more in order to get they're food nice and warm and fresh.

The girl didn't seem too happy to serve customers, lighten up when a customer throws out a lame joke about their food. Lol. No need to glare at them. I get it, it might be time to move on to a different job. It did seem a little bit chaotic, when they were trying to put orders together. Food was tasty. 😁

I have a 50 year history with Arby's. Starting with their location in Bedford Hts Ohio. I have always bought a Jamocha Shake. Today with my shake I bought the Ribeye Sandwich which was good. I also for my, bought the Crispy Chicken Wrap. She complained to me that the Tortilla was stale. I was disappointed that she was unable to enjoy her meal, especially where prices are

I went to this Arby's located on Foothill blvd. The drive-thru employee was friendly and made me feel welcome. I ordered the 2 for $7.00 of a roast beef cheddar and a fish sandwich. The food tasted delicious. I give 3 stars overall .

Definitely not one of those places I can be like "Ouu! I'm down for some Arby's!" No one ever. I've had Arby's 2 times in my 27yrs of life, tonight being the second. It's not good nor is it horrible. Drive-thru was quick and service was fair. Definitely does NOT have "the meats". Both my sandwiches (Smokehouse Brisket and Reuben) had no more than 3 slices of meat in it. Good job on advertising though. I gotta give you that.

Very disappointed haven't been to Arby's in a while we went through the drive-thru and whoever was taking our order was very rude. Then we get home my sandwich is covered in ranch. And there was no auju sauce for the French dip we ordered.

First time trying Arby’s and sadly it was a poor experience. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with curly fries and a drink. The Fanta tasted like carbonated water. One of the chicken sandwiches was missing the chicken. The rest of the meal was good but the mistakes definitely ruined the meal for my gf and I.

I love Arby's! Was excited that I've now got one close to home. Went to new store for first time and they were out of Arby's sauce....so disappointed. The roast beef sandwich without the sauce just isn't the same.

I went there twice last week I first got a chicken crispy buffalo wrap combo curly fries and a peach lemonade, I go up to the window and the girls asks if I got mozzarella sticks and I said yes. She said I forgot to charge you for it I said it’s fine I’ll just take what I paid for. I get home and see that I got everything but instead of my wrap I got a chicken sandwich I was annoyed. I go the next day and this time I get the crispy chicken buffalo wrap with crinkle fires and a lemonade with chicken strips on the side, I go up to the window pay and get my food, I check it to see if everything’s inside and I noticed that they didn’t give me my chicken strips good thing I checked because if not I would go back and tell them they forgot. It was very disappointing going through that again. I just hope it doesn’t happen the third time.

Bit into a chicken tender and it was tough, undercooked and had dried blood or something similar on the inside. It was actually much darker and thicker than it appears in the photo, with a petroleum jelly type of texture. It definitely wasn't seasoning or anything of the sort. I expect to spend more $$ when going to Arby's but I thought "you had the meats". I usually get the turkey, bacon ranch if I'm gonna save half for the next day. It's delicious but this was a rip-off. I get it times are tough but this isn't worth $8.50. This is sad.

Price too high for what we bought. Prime rib sandwich had no flavor and was small. We ordered 2 of them with 2 lemonade. Hadn't been to an Arby's in 40 years. Don't plan on ever going back again.

Have been familiar with Arby's from years ago, never bothered to stop at one, when I'm out of town and I went by one. But when they built the new location in Rialto, I unfortunately did. I live nearby and decided to use coupons that they gave out when they first opened, I'm glad I ran out of coupons, that way I won't be tempted to ever try it again! I find the pressed meat stories about the meat they serve there seem to be true, and everything is terribly salty we ordered roast beef sandwiches and curly fries and there was nothing curly about our fries cuz they were all busted up, little bitty dried up salty pieces and yes, the roast beef did taste like pressed beef not real beef such was the case when I had them years ago. PASS!

The service was horrible, the manager could not add $5.00 coupon for 4 orders which came to $20 plus $1.86 tax, the person at the window kept telling me it was the raise in taxes. They were charging me over $27. Three employees could not add 5x4 for a total of $20. The cashier asked me “Do you want your order or not ?”, I said no and drove off never to return. Wow, Arby’s how do you hire employees who cannot add 5x4 and come up with 27? What a joke

When I first came to THIS Arby's, the fries were delicious! TODAY, the fries were DISGUSTING, OVERCOOKED AND THE LARGE FRIES WERE BARELY FILLED! This restaurant is SLACKING, and still refuse to hire people who actually CARE about customer service! Also, the bathrooms are ALWAYS CLOSED and they NEVER THOROUGHLY SWEEP THE DINING ROOM AREA OR THE TABLES! DISGUSTING!

Delivery driver who just wanted to use the restroom really quick as I was making a delivery in the area, was told that the bathroom was for paying customers only. I would’ve bought something if I didn’t feel forced into it. Went next door to starbucks and used their restroom FOR FREE and bought a drink after. No wonder the line/store was empty 🤦🏾‍♂️.

I’m not too sure where to start. First of all, the girl took forever to take my order at the speaker box. Secondly, waited 15 minutes to receive my order (I timed it), third, when the ey inevitably messed up my order, I didn’t even try to argue, I simply asked for my money back (since I had waited already 20 minutes total) I was not trying to wait for the to remake anything. I asked for a refund and the girl simply stated “I can’t do refunds.” Like girl what? I did the survey on the receipt and asked for a manager to call me and it’s been a week and no one has contacted me. So if anybody tries to reply to my comment saying that they’ll reach out to me, I really hope that someone does reach out to me. I have never had such poor customer service anywhere else. Oh, and when I was leaving, I told the customer that was in the drive-through to not even waste his time because they take too long at this location and he said thanks for the heads up and back up and left. If nothing is done in regards to this, I will make sure I let everybody know not to frequent this location

I have eaten at Arby's many times. First time at this new location. The saddest excuse for an Arby's sandwich ever. They must be trying to save money because this sandwich was lacking everything! Go to a different location because this place is so cheap with their portions!

I went thru the drive thru & ordered a double #1. I got a sandwich that had no cheddar, no arby sauce & was terrible. I am so upset about this I will not return! Made me drive around to front & then when I xonfirmed with the young man that brought it out, he assured me it was a beef&cheddar. It was NOT! The manager at the time was VERY rude when I called. Told me to check my receipt which I did not get, and then called me a liar when I told her I didn't receive one. I will be telling everyone about this terrible service!

I ordered food for delivery through Arby’s App, was offered promotion of free delivery and free sandwich, wonderful, but I did have to pay tip and additional fees for DoorDash delivery driver they use, so when it finally came, no au jus dip for the beef “dip” sandwich and fries were cold!, so I had to order again and pay another tip and additional fees to have redelivered! Tried calling the restaurant to make sure they don’t forget dip again, but of course, I remember this restaurant, they never answer their phones in the evening, probably Manager off duty and they let it go to voicemail!

I Love Arby's Roast Beef but after tonight's Meal... I won't be coming here after the Customer Service I received. The Cashier's attitude said it all after she insisted I Ordered a Spice Roast beef... After I clearly said I wanted just a Regular Roast Beef. Arby's just lost a Customer. The Cashier needs to be Better trained.... Or Let go if the Job is too difficult for Her.

Unfortunately I spent $44.65 for my food and they messed up my brisket sandwiches. I recieved dry meat on bread. I am very disapointed with my family's meal. I had a great experience a couple of days ago. I will not purchase my sandwiches at this location again. The only reason I did not return to get my money back is because it was almost 10pm and I did not want to go out at night again.

It was the worst experience I have ever encountered in my 60+ years of life. I understand they were busy, but I sat at the drive-through window waiting to place an order; after nearly 20 minutes I drove to the window. There was one car in front of me and when I asked “is everything alright” because It took a long time with no one speaking, I didn’t know if they were being robbed or what. The snappy, fast food Employee says we told you we were busy. I said, I understand being busy but courtesy means you could have said ma’am we will be with you. When I asked to place my order. She told me I could go back through the drive-through. I will never ever go to that restaurant again. Given that Arby’s are few far and in between they really can’t afford to treat customers the way they treated me. This is the store again is on foothill and cedar in Rialto.

It's free delivery Monday. I ordered a double Arby's combo with extra cost mozzarella sticks with Italian sauce and Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce . Door Dash delivered promptly. THE ORDER WAS WRONG. No mozzarella sticks, no sauces of any kind. So, I called the Rialto Arby's and spoke with Brittany who informed me there was nothing she could do and call Door Dash. I did and received a refund from Door Dash. The receipt attached to my order was correct, the contents were not. If you have a takeout order, carefully check the bag before leaving. How hard can it be to prepare a correct order?

Waited inside for over five minutes. They take the people's order in front of us, we wait another five minutes. A young lady comes up says are you ready to order. We say yes and she walks away. Very poor service we walked out and will not go back.

I got the Italian Beef Dip by itself and Corned Beef Reuben Meal. They looked nothing like the pictures advertised. And tasted like lunch meat. Barely any meat on the sandwiches at all . More bread then meat. I waited in the drive through 15 minutes before anyone came to the window. Very disappointing and will never go to Arby's again.

I was thinking of going thru the drive thru, but something told me to walk in (maybe it was the ride customer service last time in drive thru). Before I walked thru the entrance, I noticed someone emptying the dining room trashcan partially blocking my entrance. So I went to the counter and a gentlemen came and politely asked what it'll be. So I started to place my order and as I finished, I look over and I notice there's nobody in the kitchen. Concerning minds, I slowly get my wallet out to pay and I even slower look for my card. I'm literally obviously stalling when I see the guy in the dining room, yup walk to the kitchen with the bag of trash in his bare hands, stops at the end of the kitchen, drops the bag of trash, walks over to the cooking counter and leans in with hands on the counter, waiting... waiting for that order to pop up. I put my wallet back in my packet and say "I'm good". The cashier and I looked at each other and laughed as I made my way back out that door.

Waited inside for over five minutes. They take the people's order in front of us, we wait another five minutes. A young lady comes up says are you ready to order. We say yes and she walks away. Very poor service we walked out and will not go back.

It's free delivery Monday. I ordered a double Arby's combo with extra cost mozzarella sticks with Italian sauce and Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce . Door Dash delivered promptly. THE ORDER WAS WRONG. No mozzarella sticks, no sauces of any kind. So, I called the Rialto Arby's and spoke with Brittany who informed me there was nothing she could do and call Door Dash. I did and received a refund from Door Dash. The receipt attached to my order was correct, the contents were not. If you have a takeout order, carefully check the bag before leaving. How hard can it be to prepare a correct order?

When I first came to THIS Arby's, the fries were delicious! TODAY, the fries were DISGUSTING, OVERCOOKED AND THE LARGE FRIES WERE BARELY FILLED! This restaurant is SLACKING, and still refuse to hire people who actually CARE about customer service! Also, the bathrooms are ALWAYS CLOSED and they NEVER THOROUGHLY SWEEP THE DINING ROOM AREA OR THE TABLES! DISGUSTING!
