The last time I came to this location was back in 2022. I realize its under new owner. Food taste different from the old owner that was running. I just recent found the old owner when I was trying a new location in Rialto call Golden Chopstix Rialto off on Riverside street across from war mart and sprouts. I'm like there the flavor I miss eating. It was good to see old face again. Maybe cuz I got use to their family friendly vibe and food. I like their drinks here Mr you.

My experience was amazing! I was very impressed by the food, service, and place. It was clean, and my order was fresh! I got the orange chicken fries from their secret menu and they were amazing! So was the mango green tea! I really appreciate the young lady helping me, I didn’t get her name but she did amazing in helping me here ! Thank you!

If the food taste different and the atmosphere is not what it used to be, that is because the ppl that made it what it was have moved to Fontana. They are now in the Walmart shopping center and the food, service and atmosphere are what you want and remember from before.

Rice had no flavor and was cold. The chow mein was ok at best. My two other sides were so oily that they tasted pretty much the same. Honestly 3/5 stars because they served well, and the plate was a nice size but I'd rather go elsewhere.

This takeout Chinese food or dine in, has been around for about 17 years. The food is okay they make your order fresh rather than have it sit out on the hotline getting old. That's a good thing. But the bad thing is about this place is if you happen to want to eat your food in the restaurant, it is so stifling as they have no air conditioner on, or ceiling fans. Also, they are so stingy the silverware they hand out for the food is the cheapest plastic forks you could ever imagine. Heck you go to del Taco where they don't even have any food items that you need a fork for, and they have the big old thick black plastic forks. In the future, will be carrying my own forks to this Chinese takeout.

She doesn't place the caller on hold nor does anyone else come up to take the phone from her, she just starts speaking with the person on the other end in her native language (Mandarin?) making me believe that it's a personal phone call. She asks me what I want (combo C) and places it inside the container. I go pay and ask for an Arizona instead of a fountain drink, take my tray and go sit down. The rice and noodles were decent but not great. The Kung Pao chicken is indeed spicy but it's..... weird, I can't describe it. It's a texture thing. The BBQ chicken, while great in flavor, is hard and hard to chew. The broccoli beef has good texture to it, but it's pretty salty. All I know is that I am not coming here again. I should have gone to Waba Grill or Wendy's right on either side of this place. Oh, and that Arizona drink I got, it wasn't even cold.

This place is disgusting I will never get food from there again. They are doing something wrong to keep their food at correct temperature. 2nd time I purchase fried rice that has spoiled the next day in the fridge. I have cooked rice and last for days in the fridge without spoiling. I called the manager to let her know, told her I was not asking for my money back just FYI and instead of acknowledging the issue she just kept putting excuses making me feel like I was lying even though I was not asking for a refund. Never again hope she gets closed by the city before someone gets sick.

worst experience ever. employee was VERY RUDE, ALWAYS come here and get the same thing, this time I ordered my usual but when I got home the meat tasted SPOILED with a smell as well. the other items I got tasted fine but mine was spoiled. As a regular customer for 4 years now. Food used to be ABSOLUTELY great. Had so many options to eat from. Customer service was great as well. Recently coming back after a few months I’ve have noticed some changes and turns out they have NEW OWNERS??? There Chef is different and by the looks of it… ALL the dishes look so oily and depressing ..they all taste about the same, no love. They even took OUT the Pork Ribs and PHO! that i loved so much. The Lady that served me seems to be the new owner or manager by the way she talks to her employee…quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very Disappointing, sad to see this place going down hill, never coming back here again. Where did the previous owners go?? Beautiful restaurant, wasted.

Let me tell you. This place is just not the deal. I went to it before, food was mooshy. Now the food is over seasoned and not only that, you find hair in it... I was blown away. Like wow with a re-grand opening it failed in my book. My boyfriend sits here after a long visit at the urgent care with food poisoning. Smh. The customer service was wonderful and atmosphere was nice but the food is not what it seems. Obviously...

We just went bought dinner this time it was awful 😞 I won't be going back. I wish I can get a refund literally everything went to trash. Chicken taste like plain uncooked chicken smells 🤢. Thier chow mein has no veggies is super thick and not cooked all the way threw. I haven't returned since my 1st experience in June I bought the party trays the price went up and was so disappointed the food was 1 hour late when I went to pick up I still waited for 30 minutes. The food quality went down since new ownership. This is so sad my family loved this place.

The lady that helped me the first time was extremely rude. Not even ringing up or telling me how much my order cost. She just stood there waiting for me to hand her money. So I went back today thinking maybe the lady just had a bad day last time but nope! There were two ladys working in there today and they were both very rude. As if they hated working there. I noticed other comments with the same opinion which tells me this place does not care about our feed back. So I will never go back there again. And I would encourage anymore else who wants Chinese food to go some where else. The place on foothill and willow is a lot better and the lady there is very nice and not rude like these people here.

The staff is very friendly and it is very clean. The food on the other hand is not very good it’s very dry the orange chicken is so mushy and a little weird tasting. It made us sick. I came here cause my original spot was closed and I craving Chinese boy food I regret it. I came around lunch thinking everything would be fresh. After about 2 hours of eating here my stomach was hurting so I didn’t eat dinner. I woke the next morning with my stomach hurting really bad. Spent all morning in and out of the restroom. TMI I know but y’all gotta know what it does lol. Eat at your own discretion but me and the family ended up sick and we all ate the same thing here. And was the only thing we ate the day of eating this besides donuts which never made us sick.

The orange chicken has a good tasting sauce but the chicken is so fatty and chewy with barely any orange sauce and idk what’s with the batter they use for it when you bite it you can feel and taste mush in it and you can see in the picture. The chowmein is horrible. Extremely dry no flavor to it. Paid for a drink and the lady hands me my food and walks out the back counter I said my drink please and she got mad and rolled her eyes and gave me my cup. Terrible food I should have just gone to my regular spot. Foods not even hot it’s all like warm. The wontons I’m sure are going to make me sick they weren’t even warm. 17$ for horrible food. Save your money please.

I was in my car and realized when I opened the food the bean sprouts was raw and the food was not piping hot like it was freshly cooked So I went back to the restaurant to try to get my money back. They harassed me and did not want to give me my money back so I videotaped her arguing with me and she paid me to delete the video and paid the price of the food. That was the only way I can get my money back, so I agreed to delete the video, but I did take pictures of the food in my car…. All the food that was in the warmer rice noodles, etc. etc. all that stuff was dried up so I wanted fresh food, but they tried to trick me they do not deserve to be in business if they treat their customers like that……
