Just do it. Go try it! It was awesome! I felt like a kid and ordered chocolate milk with pancakes birthday cake style! They were so fresh and the frosting plus sprinkles were a nice touch! I can’t wait to eat here again next time I’m in Cali!

Amazing food and even better service from Jessica! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — you can tell they really care about quality. Everything came out quickly and exactly as ordered. I love the breakfast that morning. That lasts Sunday It was really good and coffee. The breakfast sandwich with tater tots with the link inside sausage link was really good. I’ll be returning soon. A great autentisk amerikansk diner with good food and super service. Our waitress Laura was the best, she was so sweet and she even gav us extra coffee and water for the road.

The prices were quite a bit lower than most coffee shops. I had the meat loaf and I really didn’t like it. I was thinking ground beef and it was a pressed product. Kinda like Spam but darker. The other thing was it came with soup and salad but we didn’t want the soup so they bought us two salads so we ended up with 4 salads for the two of us. Our first time coming here. We will be back again. They have a huge menu section. The service was great.

Solid 4.3 review for me. The menu has variety and there is something for everyone. Quality feels mid but is what you will expect from an American dinner. Is better than Denny's but less than a mom and pops restaurant. Come try it out. I will update with pictures next time.

GREAT COLD BREW! I'm obsessed with the Norms cold brew atm. It's so tasty and has been brewing for over 18 hrs! I love the cinnamon vanilla flavor the best, it's got the right amount of spice and sweetness. The cold brew is served in a mason jar with a straw. I absolutely adore the ability to get refills, especially when I'm in need of a boost! I ordered a veggie skillet (my go-to) w/ my brew, it's a perfect combo. I highly recommend a skillet if you want a hearty meal. Service was solid and the patrons at the Rialto location are pretty mellow. I was surprised when i received a compliment on my outfit from a fellow customer, so sweet! I came with family and we had a great time, it's the perfect place to chat and have a comfortable bite. Prices aren't too crazy at Norms, they're comparable to other mainstream diners. I love the 24 hr. service as a guy who is always on the go!

This was my first time trying Norms. The location was clean and staff was nice. Our server Elizabeth was great! The food was awful. We all order the T-bone steak and eggs. My friends had pancakes and I had toast. I had French fries and they had hashbrowns and fruit. The only good thing about my meal was the toast and fries. My friend didn't like the pancakes (more like flapjacks and yes there is a difference!) One person's steak looked like it was half eaten when she got it. They did replace it but that didn't improve the taste. Not even A1 sauce could do that and we tried. So disappointing.

Placed an online order and was told they never got it 😒 the younger girl was no help. She basically shrugged her shoulders as if it wasn’t her problem but the older lady was a great help and she’s always a delight when we dine in this early. Probably won’t be placing a to go order again.

The best part about Norms is that you can have breakfast all day and all nite. This Sunday it was super busy but even then the wait was not too bad. However the quality of the food has decreased but not the price. When youre paying almost $20 for an Alfredo Pasta with chicken its understood that you expect a good meal, however this one was not. The sauce was runny and tasted like mass produced. The porkchops lacked flavor and were not grilled enough. The hashbrown was barely grilled mostly just cooked potato without flavor. For spending more than $50 on breakfast it was a disappointment. The best food were the mozzarella sticks and the pancakes. The servers and staff are amazing and were really working hard. The quality of the food needs to be better and that means management investing more in matching their quality with the prices.

3 guest- Took a long time for drinks and appetizer. Which was only mozzarella sticks. Soup was not hot more like lukewarm and not even soupy, more chunky like it wasn't warmed up enough to be more soupy. Mashed potatoes had a weird after taste. Vegetables taste like frozen veggies. My son said the chicken strips tasted like school lunch but the steak was good. One chicken strip was still soft and not crispy. Salad had way too much cheese, I usually like cheese in my salad but this was overload. Won't go here again, pretty disappointed.

Norms isn't the same anymore. I got a steak dinner, and it almost looked like lab grown meat. I haven't eaten at norms in about 4 years. The restaurant looked nice. The workers were nice.. it just seems like norms is starting to really cheap out on the food and it shows. Went to Texas roadhouse, and they had to wait for over two hours.I wish I would have went there. I would avoid Norms and eat somewhere else.

In more than 40 years I’ve never had a bad experience at any Norms Restaurant, until today! It all started off normal, we were greeted by a friendly associate who took our name and told us it would be about 20 minutes. That’s not a bad wait time for a Norms on a Saturday morning. The wait was more like 35 minutes. Once seated, our drink orders were taken right away and our food was ordered. Here’s where it all went downhill. I ordered hash browns well done. It took at least 20 minutes to get our food. When it came, my hash browns were practically uncooked, I sent them back. It took a while but they came back more to my liking. We’ve now been here for an hour and are just getting to eat. After we ate, we waited another 20 minutes for our server to come so we could get to go boxes and bring the check. Instead he brought a coupon book and said if we wanted it he would add it to the bill. Another 15 minutes later he came back and I told him we didn’t want the coupon book, we just wanted boxes and the check. He came back with the boxes and then started to leave again. I had to stop him and ask for the check. At this point we’ve been here for over 2 hours and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. So here’s what’s really bothering me about this experience, and I hate to do this, but. We noticed that other customers who matched our servers ethnicity were getting faster and more attentive service while we were being neglected. On the way out we overheard other customers leaving who also had the same poor experience. We will never again return to this Norms. If we want to go to a Norms we will go to another location. PS, I gave the atmosphere a 2 Star because the restrooms were filthy.
