Food is always delicious and on point. The guy with the big mustache is very hospitable and personable; he is always giving his employees pep talks and encouragement and delivers a quality product. Food is always better when he is there.

I've come to this restaurant more than a few times down on my luck. The staff have been nothing but compassionate and caring. The food is great but the humanity is amazing.
The food wasn't particularly extraordinary, but despite that, I left quite satisfied and it was my first time there. The service was good, the ambiance was also great. The place is nice, clean, and welcoming to eat at. I was helped rather quickly, and the staff was extra friendly/welcoming. I don't have any complaints. Will likely be going there again to try some of their other things on the menu

They did my order wrong 3 TIMES. I had a regular burger of course and I didn't ask for pickles, ketchup but yet they put IT on my burger, the fries were a cold and tasted dry. Could've been better.

I haven’t had the habit in about 3 years but i remembered it as delicious charbroiled burgers. Unfortunately they are no longer that. Such a waste of money. $20+ for a fish sandwich, sweet potato fries, and a drink. For it to be completely burnt. I called the restaurant, told them my issue and then they hung up. Horrible customer service. Girl in the drive thru was not friendly at all. Horrible food and service.
This place is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. An over 30 minute wait at the drive thru window. By the time I got my food my drink was already finished, and I only ordered 1 burger combo. I would've left but they'd already charged my card. Never again!
By far the WORST The Habit Burger Grill that I've been to. I returned my burger twice. The manager, Steven, did not even apologize for getting my order wrong. All he said was "ay." The manager delivered my remake burger the first time and then a worker with a horrible attitude delivered the second one. On top of that, a Teriyaki burger we ordered came with no pineapple. Just drenched in Teriyaki sauce. After the horrible experience with returning one of our 4 burgers, we didn't bother anymore. Just avoid the rude customer service and go somewhere else.
I went to this A place around 9 o’clock and it was the most disappointed in everything. The customer service the food. It was two females working in the drive-through window. It was one gentleman fixing on maybe a soda machine or something inside the facility we had on a blue shirt with a mustache a very unique mustache. The servers I waited 30 minutes for my food. The food was cold and I explained because I was watching them the whole time the gentleman says something when I said to the coworkers or the people that was preparing the food maybe because I’m looking I’m watching one lady was working in the window, eating her food stuffing her mouth drinking soda, walking him back, touching her buttocks part with her hand no gloves you guys don’t have to wear hand nets anymore. This is the worst place and I told him I work at a very known establishment and I will never do that when customers are waiting.
Tried to order food, one of the girls got frustrated like I was taking to long, I asked to hold on please, it was literally 5 seconds, then the manager I guess gets on their and ask what I wanted, I told her. The other young lady gets back on cuts me off before I give my modification. She cuts me of and says modifications after I tell her what drink. I'm trying to tell her before she makes it but anyway. Then they take 10 minutes at least to make my food. I was like whatever, I better not get sick. She gets to the window and holds my food hostage while she types. Like 2 minutes at least. I had to snatch my food and she laughs.
There was hair in my food. Lady said she was GM but was super rude like you could’ve came back but not when we work and is a break n you spend 30mins in line waiting. I wanted her to be sure my order didn’t have hair
Food was good but service was horrible. First time trying this burger chain and came in to dirty restuarant and rude employes. Asked to get table cleaned and they just ignored us so we cleaned ourselves. Someone finally came after we cleaned the passed a soaked towel and left table full of water so we ended up cleaning it again. Employee looked upset at us for asking for this request even though we were very polite. Could not really enjoy meal after this interaction. You could not pay me to return here.
Im not too sure what was going on, but the shift lead needs to work on her customer service. I had waited my turn & said that the order didnt come out correctly. She snatched it from the tray & said "I'll bring them to you".. uh okay.. thankyou I guess? She was super unfriendly and the food lacked in every way. Very disappointed. Do better or just don't be in customer service.
This is my local habit down the street from where I live, I frequent this place on a regular basis with Co workers for lunch. I received an offer for a, free chicken club sandwich on the app with an additional purchase. We went as a group to eat and wished to use the promotional coupon I received. I was informed that this particular location does not honor any promotion that is received by the application. I'm assuming they fell they are losing money, well they have lost my business and my fellow Co workers business since we will no longer visit this location and considering not visiting any other habit location. This needs to be fixed.
I come to the habit because they have always provided great customer service & carried a very professional fast food chain. Today was really disappointing at the Rialto location. I came at 10 and the restaurant states they close at 10:30. I came to order a chicken sandwich and they said they were all out of chicken patties. Fine I settled for something else. Order a cone and they said their machine was done for the night. Which was truly unprofessional I understand associates might want to clean up to go home early but it’s really disappointing to set expectations for customers that don’t deliver. If you say you serve till 10:30 please serve till 10:30. On top of this experience my onions rings were over burned and they forgot one of my items.
