The food itself was actually really fresh and tasty. What was horrible was the service and the wait time. We went on Monday evening, the person ringing had an attitude. There was hardly people in there but it took us about 25 minutes to get our food. Not the best experience.

I went the other day like around 11 and I witnessed a coworker there being extremely rude to an elderly woman, calling her old and treating her so rudely. I saw her tag and it said Noemi. I honestly think that they shouldn’t treat people especially if they’re older. King Taco needs to do better!!! The king taco has been dethroned for the best place to get tacos. If you some really really good tacos then don’t come here. The best thing here is without a doubt the red chipotle salsa, but they charge you extra for second servings of it. This place doesn’t even serve limes, they claimed they cooked the meat with lime so they don’t offer them. Also the tables are really dirty and with no napkins or anything in sight, I decided to take my food home.

Food was cold. It was my first time here at 11pm. The workers were moody and their impatience was very notable. I asked for extra salsas and the lady was annoyed by my request. I understood that it was late and they were tired but as a paying customer it made me feel unwelcome. I will hopefully never return to this location based on that night’s experience. I gave it two stars based on my experience with other chain taco places.

Dry old nasty meat ! Pastor was not it ! Asada was whatever and the carnitas was like beef jerky! HORRIBLE!! The sope was halfway decent cause it had beans in it. Salsa was hot and not flavorful at all. This place has really gone down hill. I won’t be coming back and I definitely will not recommend to anyone!! If you want hood tacos please DONT come here! The wait was ridiculous. The kitchen was Very unganized. Waited in line for 30 min, waited for food 40 min. Then once the number was called. They still hasn't made our food. Tacos were ok. Salsa spicy but not worth that long wait.

My family had order king taco the other day and my wife find a staple in her burrito. We had called to let them know what happen and they did not care at all about the safety of my wife or family. Someone could have ate that and got sick or hurt really bad. We let corporate know what happen and and their response was the food was tampered with and would not issue us a refund. I'm very shocked and very upset they did not take this matter seriously, I will not be returning and I advise others to be very careful and to double check your food because they don't and they do not care

Been to allot King Tacos restaurants this one is the worst one they ever had. The food is cold poor quality and over priced 57 dollars for food poisoning. The restaurant is very dirty. Trash all over floor. Only one cashier. To attend busy line Waite was more 40 minutes. Tables are dirty. They really need to be Inspected handling of food and cleanliness. It’s really horrible. Do your self a favor your health and money don’t eat there you will regret it.

Waiting a full 50 mins with ordering and for the food no exaggeration.. for tacos, we contemplated leaving multiple times but knew we probably wouldn't have gotten our $30 back. I dont know if its the 1 cashier for 15+ people line or the cooks but that was a horrible wait

I am beyond shocked and disgusted by my recent experience at King Taco. I found metal staples inside my food — something that could have seriously injured me or my family. This is not a small mistake; this is a major health and safety hazard that shows a complete lack of care in their food handling. What made the situation even worse was their response. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, or showing any concern for my safety, they were unwilling to issue a full refund. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly insulting given the severity of the situation. As a loyal customer, I expected better. I trusted this place, and that trust has been completely broken. No one should have to worry about finding sharp metal staples in their meal. King Taco needs to take accountability immediately and seriously reevaluate their quality control and customer service. I will not be returning, and I highly urge others to be cautious.

Love this place as far as the food is concerned. How ever how are you going to charge me for a small little tiny cup of salsa. Asked the server for an extra side of salsa and she refused stating she had already gave me 3 for an order of 2 burritos 2 tacos and 1 sope. I guess they want you to lick the plastic container clean. How many people go and don't ask for salsa or simply the forget to ask, but then you have a customer asking for 1 or 2 extra you want to charge them.. Yeah won't be coming back here or any king taco in this case. This is how you start to lose clients little by little. ADIÓS!

I was really disappointed with my visit to King Taco. The tacos were not what I expected at all the tortillas weren’t fully cooked and raw texture, like they had just been thrown in the microwave instead of being freshly prepared. For a place known for tacos, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the hype this time.
