Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The environment is super nice. Huge surrounding glass windows almost made 3 glass walls. Furniture quality and style is way above average fast food restaurants. Food is great.

I love this Taco Bell Location! They are always so friendly and willing to appease my requests without getting frustrated! (Such as creating my own version of the beloved and no longer offered “mexi-melt”! And they always ask (remind) me to use the app and give the code so that I get my points and utilize my rewards!
I am so thrilled to change my review: This Taco Bell is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and it all starts with the staff. They are all wonderful, but if you are so lucky as to get Albert, a very funny and personable cashier who will guide you through your kiosk order, Emily, an extremely friendly and helpful worker, or Emiljeo, a wonderful and helpful manager, you know for sure you’re gonna be taken care of. Thank you all so much for the absolute best service and food ever!
Go the window is cool but same as what the other person said taco all broken up when I got it and it was the taco Locos so it normally comes in that little hard sleeves. Mexican pizza with cheese only no other toppings she said it was greasy . Gotta make sure I stay away from that one.
I really enjoyed getting food at Taco Bell! I got the grilled cheese burrito with a large Baja Blast, and it definitely fulfilled my cravings. I especially appreciated the service and the employees' level of accommodation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Taco Bell; I highly recommend it if you're craving a taco sometime.

Great location that’s always quick in & out plus the food always comes out above average. Only 4 stars because of the last visit, and a few prior, I’ve left the drive thru only to get home and not have at least 1 item from my order. Usually no biggie, but when I’m missing a $5+ crunch wrap supreme like last time it adds up. Not sure if it’s them or if it’s the Taco Bell app I order through to get the rewards but it’s only happened here.

this review is more for the owners of this franchise than the employees or food. Its basic taco bell food after all meh. But it seems like this location has more issues with their equipment being out of order (fryers) and employees showing up which affects the items available and waitimes for food. Also I find it odd that this location doesn't open up until 8am.
Portion sizes are less than other taco .bells. Many times.inside orders stack up at window instead of being called out to waiting customers.

Love the chicken nuggets so happy they are back. Please tell me why though there are only three people working in this place 2 just stand there doing nothing and the manager is the only one making the food so the wait time is ridiculous. You paid two people to just stand there one takes the money and one it's over the bag of food. Smh . What happened to the days when people actually worked for their money?

We placed our order through the app and went to the drive-through to pick it up (15 minutes after the order was placed). we got here, and our order was not ready. The grilled stuffed burrito had melted cheese on the OUTSIDE of the burrito-the burrito supreme was order lite sauce extra cheese, it was swimming in sauce with no cheese, no tomatoes, overloaded on sour cream! The two Mexican pizzas were fine but cold. The drive through ended up with 8 cars behind us! Ridiculous.
Do not do Mobil order here. Slow like nobody is working. We came on a day it is super empty and waited forever for our food. We did Mobil order to make it faster but it is slower than ordering in store?! People came way later than us in store got their food.. also employees look unhappy. They don’t want to talks to customers. Not even thinking about a smile..probably not coming back unless I’m dying for Taco Bell when I’m near by. XD

Came at 6:40 to pickup a mobile order. Service is bad. The person on the speakerphone didn’t even know what they were doing. I stated multiple times it was a pickup order and even offered to show my pickup details from the app. Yet the server insisted I was at the incorrect location and told me I needed to pick up from a different restaurant. Bc this recent experience I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Taco Bell anytime soon. Word of advice for TB… please retrain or hire new staff that actually care about YOUR customers.
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Taco Bell at Foothill Ranch. The soft taco in my Discovery Luxe Box was the smallest portion I’ve ever received from any Taco Bell, barely a few bites. The 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt had only three tiny pieces of chicken, making it feel like I was just eating bread. The overall food quality has gone way downhill. I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, and this was by far the worst experience. Honestly, I don’t see myself coming back. Ridiculous for what I paid!!
Taco Bell has drastically declined. Food prices going up, quality going down, and because of the kiosk, no service whatsoever. What's even worse, is you'd think they'd get the order right, but with less people, that's not even working for them.
