It has been a while since we last visited any wienerschnitzel, and as it ends up the pricing is tremendously high these days for what you receive. The food was quite greasy, and we soaked up a significant portion of it into napkins before consuming. Flavor was good, however!

Their Dessert and treats menu is huge. They have everything, from lemonade dipped soft serve ice cream cones to fruit loop shakes. Numerous types of floats. IMO they have the best dessert menu out of all the other fast food chains. Check it out. It won't disappoint.

Would be five stars if I didn't have to go inside so often to get my orders fixed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Do not order from door dash, whoever manages this place just puts flat prices on everything and ends up being way more expensive. Just drive through, you'll spend a lot less.

It’s a bummer that Wienerschnitzel closed its Irvine location, but I wanted to introduce my daughter to this fast food chain so we made the drive out to Lake Forest. I remember seeing a promo about their unbelievable $6 chili cheese deal which included two chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries…now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! I didn’t see any signage about it when we arrived at the restaurant and it wasn’t on the menu, but I was able to order the deal. I also picked up two corn dogs for my daughter. Service was friendly and they even brought our order out to us when it was ready. My only gripe was that the air conditioning was busted and coincidentally it was a hot day outside. They had some electric fans running indoors, but a meal just isn’t as enjoyable when you’re sweating while eating. I also downloaded their app and besides the ordering function, I didn’t see any reason to use or keep the app because Wienerschnitzel doesn’t appear to offer points or rewards accumulation, membership deals, etc. Having said that, I’ll be back next time when I’m hungry for a hot dog!

CHILI CHEESE FRY Burrito Let that sink in. I work 5min away so find myself here a lot. Food has improved from first time I came. Maybe a new staff member. Quiet weenie shack run of the mill drive thru service slow at times. Never let me down.

Took my boys for a quick treat the soft serve was very delicious my youngest loved it, the sprinkles were his favorite but my oldest got an orange cream shake he was not too thrilled about it. Service was great though!

I think the AC was under repair. Very hot and humid. My down grade was for the lack in customer service. A young man was doing everything except providing service at counter. Finally made eye contact and he took my order. When I saw my order was up, I waited at the counter and the young man again ignored me. I motioned to an older woman who was cleaning and she gave me my order.

This is the 4th time I’ve come to this location at 11:15 and they are not supposed to close until 12pm!! We drive all the way over here and the light are off and the place is closed. Do better!! Not happy
