Never had it before but loved what I get here. Chicken finger crispy and juicy. For $36.12 I get a lot food, and it has good amount of seating and it opens past midnight plus open on Sunday.

I stopped by Raising Cane’s around midnight, and even though it was super late, Yassa went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. The food came out quickly fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. Yassa was a friendly and patient guy and clearly cared about providing great customer service despite the time . It’s rare to find that kind of dedication during late shifts but thank god Yassa and his crew took great care of me!
Just the way I remember, food comes out so fast sometimes, it can be shocking. Piping hot and best chicken fingers in the business. Sweet tea can be included in combo meals and the bread is as good as I remember. Too much food for 1 person for 12 bucks. They can tone it down on the screaming and stuff though, I didn't remember that happening
Service was fast , efficient ,and Friendly . Chicken was great as always and the seats available can be limited at times but not impossible to find seating .
I want to give a special shoutout to Franklin at Raising Cane’s. I’ve honestly never met someone so sweet and kind working in such a fast-paced restaurant. My boyfriend and I came in, and Franklin took amazing care of us from the moment we walked in. His attitude, friendliness, and great service really stood out and made our visit even better. Thank you, Franklin, for going above and beyond, and thank you Raising Cane’s for having such wonderful staff!🩷🩷🩷
My friend & I always come here when we're craving pasta. Their pasta is always fresh and we haven't had a bad experience it has always been a 10/10 experience. The servers are very welcoming and consistently checking up on our requests. The ambience is very calm which I love. My favorite place for FRESH Italian cuisine. A must in Forest Hills!!!
The chicken tenders were high quality. Really moist and juicy with a crispy outside. Love the Texas toast. Service was quick.

Food was great and customer service was top tier, even when it was 10 minutes before closing. Calea greeted us with a genuine, respectful manner. Food came quick and was very good. 10/10

Mid chicken. Fries are good and the toast. A lot of workers and service was fine. Limited seating so there are counters to stand which is okay I guess but if you want to, or like to sit when you eat or just tired of being on your feet all day you might be find seating.
Good and tasty chicken- juicy, not greasy, one of better fries I had in long time … pricey though

First time trying Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers after seeing so much hype online. My fiancé loves it, and since we were in Forest Hills and heard this location just opened, we decided to give it a try. It wasn’t very crowded when we went. I hadn’t eaten much earlier—just coffee and a slice of bread—so I was really hungry by the time we went around 6:30 PM. I ordered the Box Combo, and my fiancé got the Three Finger Combo. While walking along Continental Avenue on the way in, we passed a halal food truck that smelled amazing and had a long line. After eating Cane’s, I honestly thought I should’ve gone for the halal instead since I haven’t had halal in a while. The service and atmosphere were okay—nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. As for the food, everything tasted on the salty side for me. The chicken fingers were decent, the fries and toast were fine, and the coleslaw was okay, but overall the flavors didn’t really wow me. The sauce especially was too salty for my taste, which took away from the experience. Overall, it was an average experience. Not terrible, but not something I’m crazy about. I get the hype for some people, but personally, it didn’t fully hit for me.
First time having Raising Cane's after hearing many people hyping this place up. Firstly, the food is great, and the service was quick. However, for $14 dollars and with stingy portion sizes, I cannot recommend this place. There are plenty of restaurants that offer more food for much better value than what Cane's given. The amount of fries I received was absurd for $14 dollars!!! Absolutely insane how stingy this place is.

This is the fourth and last time I’ll be having Raising Cane’s. The best location in NYC has to be Times Square, this new location and the Flushing Main Street location have abysmal quality control. The chicken I ate here was frankly terrible. The fried batter peeled right off the chicken and it was tasteless. The fries too were soggy and unseasoned. The only redeeming part of my meal was the toast. All I can say positively about this Cane’s is that the staff are wonderful and the restaurant is quite clean.

Forgot my texas toast for a mobile order. I walked back to the restaurant after noticing it was missing, only to have the staff roll their eyes at me for coming back, like I was some fiend for coming back for the best part of the combo, a part that I paid for at that. Management should focus less on getting the employees to say hello before you even get a chance to get on line, and focus more on making sure the customers get their whole order. Food is your regular canes fare, but jeez the customer service is like a waffle house at 2:30AM. Visit the forest hills location at your own risk.
Every time I order here through mobile, they take at 1 hour and thirty minutes. At first I thought it was the courier but after having thorough contact with them, I realized it’s the restaurant taking abysmally long to prepare the food. I only live 12 mins from this place. So disappointing.
Bad service and bad costumer care, we ordered there was no one, after 30 minutes it was still not ready after having requested several times. The girl I think the coordinator yelled at the other employees in front of the customers, after I went to solicit for the umpteenth time she threw the bag of food in front of me a disconcerting thing, especially after I told her that we would eat there and not take away, the result was not crispy chicken and soft chips. Don't go here.
Food was ok. Standard raising canes. My main complaint is the size of the tenders. They were around 1/3 the size of what I would call a normal tender. I got a box combo so it came with 4 tenders. But all 4 of them were so small. Fries were good, bread good although I think it did get smaller than last time, slaw good, lemonade good. The employees were nice. I get we are seeing shrinkflation in this economy but I think it’s ridiculous that we are paying full price, and they give us tenders that are so small, I see why this place got bombed with bad reviews the first month that it opened. I probably would not go to this place again. There are a lot more options in the area where $20 can stretch a lot further. My general opinion is that I think the manager of this location is doing some cost-cutting, maximizing profits corporate strategy type thing…but at the cost of their customers. I literally cannot justify this purchase when Chipotle is right next door, Jersey mikes is along the path, local pizza shops, Chick-fil-A, I can literally keep going. Like the math isn’t mathing.

The lady with tattoos on her arm is a liar. I ordered 4 3 finger chicken combos and a sandwich combo. I went to the counter and she made me wait until all the customers are gone before she listened to me. She said she gave me all my orders. I told her she can come to the table and check it herself. She still insisted that she gave me everything. I I had to bring all the food back to the counter. She said i ordered only 3 chicken finger combos even when I showed her my receipt. She tried to snatch away my receipt from my hand which was my proof of purchase. I told her if she wants to see the receipt she should ask me. She's nasty. The best way to address nasty service is to get rid of the nasty staff member early on. If you have a video recording, watch it. Even without the audio, you'll see what happened. She didn't even apologize. Nasty server. I posted the receipt. You can see the date.

My daughter and I were excited to try the new Raising Cane’s location. While the food itself was okay, we were very disappointed when my daughter discovered two pieces of black hair in her meal after bringing it home. This was unacceptable, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.
Employees screaming "HI WELCOME TO CANES" at the top of their lungs 5 times a minute. Even if there's only 2 people waiting for their pickup order, the lady calling out orders still think it's appropriate to scream and yell. Worst indoor dining experience I've experienced in a while.
Small portions, salty fries, chicken not crisp enough and soggy? Coleslaw doesn’t taste good and what up with all the ice in the drink?… spent $14+dollars on a mediocre meal, I’m disappointed and won’t be returning.
This is the biggest disappointment in the Forest Hills food scene in 2025. After a long construction I went to Raising Cane's Forest Hills Grand Opening. It was my first time having Raising Cane's, the menu is simple: chicken fingers. I was thrilled with this because though I love good dining, chicken fingers is my fallback comfort food. If this is all they had in the menu it must be amazing. On opening night it was packed with tweens but the service impressively was fast. This would be the only good thing about the experience. Eat here if you want to hang with teens in Essential hoodies and black jeans. Also eat here if you like bland chicken fingers. I was shocked the chicken fingers had zero flavor. It doesn't taste like chicken or breading. It's absolutely flavorless and worse, the sauce which I assumed must really make this meal popular is just creamy tiny zing of flavor. Unpleasant. Absolutely disappointing. Sadly it occupies the prime real estate of the former Austin Public, in an area that could use an alternative big neighborhood bar. Instead Forest Hills continues to open hookah lounges and fast food quickly losing it's charming and appealing.
Customer service is non existent these days... I'm standing on a line, the girl with glsssrs seems to be reacting to the ones in front of me pretty slow, there's a guy with a cell phone trying to show it to her... mobile orders had a space, she decided to help that dude out instead of the non mobile order customer, i said hello like 4 times, she didn't acknowledge me, I just wanted a soda, so I just left, that place sucks and the staff needs to be retrained and then let's not talk about the food, one item on the menu that sucks... sorry, but I will never come here again, the only decent thing in there is the soda, which I was trying to get, but was completely ignored
I’ve been a fan of Canes for years. Ordered a box combo and got the wrong order. Half of my items were missing. When I called to sort it out they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. The lady on the phone was very rude. Don’t go here
