I've been frequenting this Dairy Queen since 1993, when we moved to Forney. We had to have ice cream every week - we had to have the incredible hamburgers every week - we had to have the iced tea, the baskets, the huge sodas and chocolate malts every month. Thank you for consistent and fast service in the drive through also. What a great DQ right by us!

Even though they were busy, service was pretty quick. Tried the new Carolina reaper tacos which were excellent. Typically the spiciness is in a sauce however the sauce was not spicy and was creamy cilantro. The spiciness was in the shredded cheese. Very delicious new item. Also can't go wrong with a multiple decades long staple of chicken tenders basket with gravy. Food came out hot and fresh and everything was delicious. Finished the meal with a dip strawberry cheesecake Blizzard and confetti cake blizzard. This location is relatively new compared to most dairy Queens, service was great and restaurant was clean. Will definitely be going back.

I ordered a Hunger Buster Combo, my hamburger is juicy. My drink of choice is Sprite with a squeeze or two of cherry 🍒 liquid . My dessert is a Brownie Extreme Blizzard . Chunks of brownie pieces for the chocoholic in me .

Boys got small milkshake and mini mm blizzard. They liked them. Total was $9.50. Drive thru was slow considering no one was in it and we only got 2 ice creams. Asked for extra napkins…received no napkins! Lots of employees standing around inside.

I realize the employees are young but as a customer I felt rushed and like I was imposing on them to ask for any condiments or napkins. But the main issue is that I didn't get all the food that I paid for; I asked for Combos and I did not get a drink that went with one of the combos. We pay way too much money for this kind of service. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

The burger itself was fine, but they didn’t understand what “plain and dry” meant at the drive-thru. On top of that, when I asked for the cone I had already paid for, the lady at the window was rude and said I had to pay again—she had just forgotten to give it to me.

I ordered a # 1 with cheese and NO ONIONS 🧅 and Dry. Every time I order this in the drive through they always mess it up. When I go inside they get it right each and every time. It takes a lil more time going in but it’s worth it if you have time. Pictures say’s it all They guy at the window wanted me to park no one was behind me but there was a car in-front of me waiting blocking me so I couldn’t!

First off, they’re advertising “new” things they don’t have. This is not the first time. I ordered 2 items of ice cream, and it was very slow. Everyone working was trying to eat at the same time, and acted like the customers were bothering them. My order was to go, the sundae came without a lid, so I had to ask for that, and a bag, which was just handed to me like I was inconveniencing them

Always nice nasty. Asked for extra cheesecake bites in a cup on the side. Was told " I’d be charged 99 cents for every spoon."

I came in with my daughter’s birthday blizzard and the assist manager, Linda, continually talked over my daughter and I. My daughter got an email that her birthday reward was available until 2/16 and went into the store on 2/15. My daughter clicked the link in the email which showed a code called a redemption code. The manager said no I need a redemption code and you need our app. As we live in TX and have redeemed birthday rewards many times she had the TX DQ app, but the app was not displaying the birthday reward. She said it was because my daughter had already redeemed it. Yes, as we walked into the store my daughter redeemed it from the email and got a code. Which Linda did eventually use to give her a blizzard, but only after 10 minutes of arguing stating that was the redemption code she got wasn’t the right kind of redemption code. When I mentioned several times that we had redeemed many times previous with the TX DQ app in Garland, each time she talked over me saying that they were DQ Tyler and never let me finish what I was trying to say, which was to say regardless of the DQ all locations utilized the DQ TX app as it was the only app for TX. In fact the last time I started to say there is only one, she again cut me off and said no no, but I finished my sentence as said there is only one TX DQ app. And then said she oh yes there is only one TX app. Hello? Tried to say that 4 time as she extremely rudely talked over me. She was talking down to us and saying we didn’t understand how this store did it. Guess what, the Garland store does it the exact same way. The problem is the reward did not roll to the app when click in email as it normally does. I have never experienced such rude treatment at this Forney Dairy Queen. In fact when we moved here four months ago we commented on how much cleaner this location is and how much friendlier it is as well. I don’t know if Linda was having a bad day but her treatment of us and me in particular was extremely poor customer service. We may have to make the extra drive to Rockwall going forward.

Not only do they charge for extra items, and provide out incorrect items that have allergens to people that cause anaphylactic shock, but don’t EVER think you can call the store and get an answer. They will never answer, and the phone will just hang up on you. I’ve had issues with this location nearly every time I order there which is why I go so seldomly. I’ve reported this store to corporate.

10.06 for a 4 piece spicy chicken strip. Ended up only getting 2 strips in the basket. Terrible visit horrible management.

Don't ask for a large cone. You'll get a medium. Been going here almost daily for a medium cone and today thought I'll get a large. But it was the exact same size as my mediums. Funny thing is I got a medium cup of ice cream as well and that actually has more in it. Maybe it was the impatient lady who handed me my order. Normally I get a really nice lady. This lady today had a tone because we asked if it was a medium just in case there was some confusion with our order.

If I could write a 0 star review I could. I’ve been living at Forney all my life and have always bought cakes and blizzards from this store since they had the original building to the one new now. Today, I was refused the service to have written ‘Happy Birthday’ for my kid’s cake. Unreasonable having 6 people there. When I asked to have the jelly given to me to write it, the “manager” said no. I was going to purchase the $40 cake plus an order for 8 people so she preferred to lose a whole family of clients. What a dissapointment!

Worst Dairy Queen ever. Your drive thru people are the most disrespectful and rude people ever Ordered one kids meal and asked for the cone with it and to your surprise they didn’t hear me . Asked for ranch at the window with kids meal and chicken strip basket. She said it’s extra so I asked it to substituted with the gravy I had. Guess what again came home and only one ranch and the other one is still gravy This is the third time you guys have messed up the orders Drove around again and paid for the cone that I was suppose to get with kids meal
