My wife and I had back to back appointments and I had to be at work for an important project, long story short Dr. Cudjoe listen to my complaint, had me take a quick couple test and informed me I wasn't going to work that day, made a phone call and had the information, ekg and all my meds ready and the Dr that I needed to see,. Her and her amazing team saved my life. Thank Dr. Stephanie Cudjoe and Bloommed.

It was ok, after 3 attempts at getting the correct order lol but I understand the youngman who waited on us must've had a long night but I commend young people for holding down a job. My burger was good.
Stopped for ice and got a nice fresh French fry with the new sauce. The sauce is good. I will be getting it again!! This sonic has great young people there! Miguel made me the best #1 with the perfect amount of grilled Jalapeños!! This young kid did a great job!! Have made several trips and the people working are always awsome. Love love the country fried steak sandwich!! Awsome sonic to stop at when you can. Still great sonic!!
Brought out my order within 4 minutes after ordering
Friendly staff and my order has come out quickly both times I've been here. The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were delicious. At other Sonic locations recently the wait times have been horrible, so this one definitely deserves five stars for getting the orders out fast!

This is my daily breakfast stop. Bacon Egg Cheese Jalapeno is my go-to start of the day. Nice ladies with a smile every morning.
They have never gotten my order wrong, BUT they are sooooo slow. I hope the manager sees this so he/she can fix this.

This is my favorite Sonic out of the three in the Terrell/Talty area. Service tends to be quick, it has a drive-thru, the happy hour lasts until five, and it just seems a bit higher grade than the other locations.
The one on Hwy 20 and Beltline Rd in Dallas Tx mostly good food but the second crew at night are horrible service never ice cream or desserts and shakes that's why the 4🌟 that 1 crew
They make a pretty good super sonic double cheeseburger with bacon. I usually visit durin the lunch hours. The burgers is freshly made. Service is good also. My only issue with sonic is how narrow the parking lanes are. They lanes are not truck friendly.
They were out of several things and comped our drinks for the inconvenience. Very nice about it. He came outside to explain, and they were very near closing so it would have been easy to blow us off but he didn't.
Thought this was at a truck stop. Thank God had an area I could work with but don't recommend for big truck/trailers at all. Food was excellent but ordered a large combo and got LG fries and med drink. But was on the ticket like that. The hopper took care of it quickly though. TY
It's closest to my house so it's my only option for a quick meal. Service here is great foods good. They tend to overcook the bacon though. I mean I love crisp bacon but not charcoal.
Drive thru is awesome, but you can hang it up n wait if you pull into a stall n park. I have yet to get service that way, I just put it in reverse n go thru drive thru. If it happens again, I will not return. They must have gotten trained by the bunch of lazy a** in Kemp
I eat here a lot because it's convenient. The food is always fresh and good. Lately however, the sweet tea doesn't taste as sweet and ordering on the app is having "technical difficulties" more often.

Went for breakfast ordered a breakfast burrito and was told they were out of eggs but could still make a breakfast burrito? With what bacon and cheese?
It was okay. Friendly service. Just the app to order ahead charges and doesn't give them your order.
This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. I only go there because it is the closest to my residence, but in the 3 yrs I have gone to this one, it has not improved on speed of service. Food quality is like any other sonic. If I am out and about, and I remember, I will intentionally go to another Sonic before heading home, just to avoid going to this Sonic and having to wait forever and a day just for a limeaide.
Kinda trash experience with this location. Normally Sonic hits but they were off. I'll try again in the future but dang bro. I don't give many low ratings.
Average. Not great, but not horrible. I miss the old days when sonic was a great place to go. It's unfortunate most locations have become this way. Still love the fumruit slushes though!
Ahhhhh your traditional errors or long lines tend to push me away from this location. The folks are great and could use a raise dealing with the high traffic in the area, another reason I don't stop around 5pm- you can barely get out when turning left. Can't complain honestly, I am glad the revenue is in our town and would visit any day of the week- BUT BEFORE 5p or after 7P. :)
Service is never consistent. Some days your mobile order is brought right out, others you wait 20 minutes. I frequent this location at least twice a week and try to give the benefit of the doubt, however the product is always prepped in a different way. Examples: *grilled chicken in the wraps are sometimes chopped, sometimes cut into strips. *Extra pickles on a burger are 2 or 3 one visit and a literal handful the next. *Drinks are sometimes watered down as they have sat too long while food was being prepared. I’ll continue to stop by this location as it’s convenient, however it will not be as often as in the past.
Came in today around 12:20 in stall 7 the first girl who took my order was super short and had no ounce of customer service in her. Then a second lady came and took my order and was much more pleasant . When I asked for a ultimate burrito she acted like I was dumb and didnt have one as well when there clearly is one because the next lady gave me one.
Wonderful experience with staff, great food, I informed them that their drive through speakerphone was Extremely Loud and ear piercing. They apologized, inform me that they've informed management and their systems from the 90s and they have no headsets. Apparently it's been like this for a long time. Franchise owner fix your equipment, Empower your management.
When your combo comes with tots, you expect salt and ketchup in the bag. And on a chili cheese dog, chili not so greasy it immediately soaked into the bun. This Sonic does okay on drinks but when it comes to food, you have to be extremely clear about what you wanr.
Service was fine. This location's food is very bland. There is a big difference between what is served here vs. the other two locations in Terrell.
Only come here during the day, I've been here many times as it is closest to my home but during the day the order is correct and quick. At night the "m&m blast" was a cup of ice cream, whip cream and a couple of m&ms. Our other orders are always way off base but nobody else is there so it's not like an order gets switched. Not a place to visit after the sun goes down
Three times I have been here #1 I ordered a double hamburger, no ketchup, got home,ketchup on burger,#2 same order, no ketchup on burger, got home ketchup on burger, #3 same order no ketchup on burger,got home ketchup on burger, whent back to complain ,got hamburger reordered with no ketchup, told lady manager the misfortunes I was experiencing on last three orders so she gave coupons that were expired! What a fast food joke of a place. Please follow directions of customers request, that will go miles of slow wait time,at least I know your tring to get it right!
The man who brought my food out was rude but I still said thank you and he just turned and walked away. I ordered on the app and left a tip, I wish I could take it back. Then he didn't give us straws on top of that.
We ordered 2 simple sundaes. Sat in the car for 20 mins. Pushed the button again, said they would be right out. NOPE. This place has such issues. We left........
This visit was not that great based on what I ordered. I ordered through the app so I assumed this would be quickest. I only order 3 drinks. Got to the stall, checked in and it still took like 10-15 min to get drinks. Staff were inside and I was the only car there!
Been waiting in line for 30min for 2 drinks, usually they tell the person that's order is taking so long to pull ahead, and normally if you order just drinks someone brings them out to you. The problem isn't just this location it's all sonics that seem to take forever to get your order.
This is the fourth time I've given this Sonic a try. All have been bad experiences. Usually I love Sonic, so I thought these experiences might be out of the norm. I get the same few items every time. A number 1, just meat/cheese/ketchup with large tater tot and a lemonade slush or cookie dough blast for the drink. Each of the four separate occasions I have come to this Sonic has been in the past 2 weeks. Each time I have had to shout into every speaker I tried. I have been met with long wait times ranging from over 5 minutes to almost 10 just to order, which is incredibly long for a drive in. Nonchalant staff who don't seem to care to get the order perfect. Food that was either burnt or undercooked, and drinks that were heavily melted. Their version of the lemonade slush is basically syrup with no ice. Today was the last time I will be coming to the Sonic. I had ordered a vanilla coke and a cookie dough blast, but my attendant punched in a frito wrap in place of the blast. I told her it was wrong and she said she would correct it. 10 minutes later, they brought me a vinalla coke with a frito wrap. I talked with the carhop and explained that I never ordered the frito wrap. She took the frito wrap back and about 5 minutes later she came back to my car with the medium cookie dough blast that I ordered, and the frito wrap. I had to clarify again that I never ordered a frito wrap and I have no idea how it even got mentioned because I didn't even know it existed prior to this. I gave the carhop the frito wrap. She gave me the receipts and I saw that I had ended up paying for all 3 items. No offer for a refund was given so I left. This Sonic location is the worst I've come across and I will not be returning. Fix the food, fix the service standards, and fix the attitude then I may consider trying it again.
Its a toss up . Food sometimes ok. Others times its like really foot long 3 of them so cold cheese would not melt . Like do they even cook or heat the hot dog or the chili was room temp . Worst.
I know this Sonic was being sold, but I really didn't think it would matter to me in any way. I was wrong. I used to come to this location probably four times a week at the minimum, but now I'm going to have to decide on a different location to frequent. As soon as the new owners bought this place, it became terrible. It is painfully and inconveniently obvious that all they care about is every extra dime they can squeeze out of the customer. This is in a small town, and up until recently, the employees and owner all obviously cared about the customer, and they were friendly. It was always nice coming to say hi. Now it's just like a lot of other fast food restaurants, where you coming to get food is obviously an inconvenience to the employees, and they want to make that clear to you. The new owners immediately got rid of all of the long time, good employees, and replace them with what I'm guessing are employees willing to work for minimum wage. I'm not sure what's going on inside the building, but it now takes three times as long to get a much lower quality meal. I can't speak on exactly why that's happening. The new owners also immediately got rid of any conveniences for the customer that they didn't profit from directly. There's several of them, but as an example the trash cans that were right after the menu where you order, and right after the window where you pick up your food. They don't make money from people throwing away their trash, so screw the customers, they can find their own way of throwing away their trash. A lot of people, like myself, are forced to get fast food daily, because we are always on the go, and always on the road. Not having somewhere to throw away the trash from our last meal is more than just an inconvenience, but when it is suddenly taken away, because it didn't bring the owners more profit, it's a spit in the face. I hate businesses that are run by people with degrees in business, or even just formal schooling in business, and that's exactly what this seems like. Profit, profit, profit! It's like they are robots, and can't see The human side of things, because everything to them is black and white. Profit or no profit. Well I hate to break it to you, but there is a human side to running a business, and the lack of that is what drove this customer away.
Nevwr left a sonic without getting my food. This time it was only drinks, took my order but no service. Waitresses just skated round and round carrying nothing. Must not be a manager on duty and no one cares😖
Horrible service. Waited over 15 min for 2 drinks and finally left. Managers really need to get it in order. Would suggest going to another sonic unless you have a lot of time to kill.
Waited for 15 minute at the order in a drive through then waited 3 minutes at the window. I watched teenagers on her cell phone

WORST SERVICE I EVER HAVE HERE.!! i had to wait 20 minutes just to get a drink.!! and this isn't the first time i've been another time and had to wait 30 minutes and it's always the nighttime shift. i'm so displeased!!!
Slowest place ordered a drink on the app which I like and took 10 minutes to get it everytime I go there they are slow I understand if they are busy but that's not the case ever
Just had sonic in the walk up area.The girl who brought me my wife our food had an attitude. The bread on my cheeseburger was moldy, and my ocean water tasted like bitter soda water, and I did not get my cherry.
Terrible. Would not recommend. Ordered Buffalo chicken asked for extra ranch and kid meal chicken nuggets. When they arrived with the food they said they didn't have any ranch. Service was extremely slow
Waited over 15 minutes cause they forgot tots and drink, which I was charged again for... Got home and guess what??? EVERY BURGER WRONG... Even the meat and cheese only 🤦♀️ That was a waste of 40.00
Very slow. Sat in a bay for 5 minutes after pushing the button then decided to go through the drive thru where i was greeted with "what do you want"
Manger yelled at me, brought back my food smashed. How am I at fault when you make my food wrong and I try to get it fixed. Totally unacceptable. The service here is awful.
The drive through takes forever. I will not come to this location ever. Cashier was playing and talking with another teammate while holding my food to hand it to me. Very disappointed.
Went to the sonic in Talty and had to wait 15 minutes for two Rt 44 drinks. It wasn’t even busy. Then when Preston came out, he didn’t greet us, had no professionalism, and wasn’t even in a standard sonic uniform. This was an overall terrible experience.
One, they take forever and two one of my family members found 2 hairs in their chili cheese tots. I am beyond disgusted on how they treat their customers.

When I pulled in all of the lights were off (8:40 pm) as if they were closed. They were too busy talking to turn on the lights I guess. Then after waiting a girl came on with the WORST attitude, rushing me and acting very short. No sooner than she rushed me she turned around and started chuckling and having so much fun with her coworkers. The lack of customer service was almost hilariously horrendous
I order my drink at 9:55pm there no cars here I’m the only one here and I ORDER TWO SIMPLE BASIC DRINKS!!!!! THERE IS 3 people working in the front and it 10:05pm finally some one come out!!! Do better sonic
I have ordered several times from here and service is hit-n-miss but my order has NEVER been right. Even one simple drink order.....wrong! If you are just wanting Sonic..it's best to just go into Forney.
This specific location is about 4-5 minutes from my house which is why I reluctantly use it more than driving about 10-12 minutes into forney and dealing with the traffic at times, but from now on I will NOT be using this location. The last 3 times that I have been they have messed up my order, and about 2 of those 3 times the girl taking my order was rude as hell. I specifically have asked every time i've gone for there to be no onions or cheese on my burgers and the first time the rude girl told me ok well that hamburger doesn't even come with cheese on it anyways.... OK well considering that every other time i've had to PERSONALLY TELL THEM not to put cheese on it and they have STILL put cheese on it, is the whole reason i told you the same damn thing. this past time i again asked the same thing.. no cheese on every burger i got... 4 total 2 for me and my husband and 2 for my kids, and every single one of them had cheese on it.... not only that they are slow, rude, and not very helpful. I will drive out of my way to go to the forney location.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION in the evening. I waited for 30 minutes on two cups of ice and tea. And then Was told after I pulled up that they FORGOT about me because they were busy. I’m done with this location I won’t be back until the evening shift employees are TRAINED properly.
Horrible experience. Went though the drive thru while passing through and was ordering a chicken wrap only. Asked for the ranch chicken wrap and asked it I wanted it crispy and I said yes. Then asks me if I want tots or fries so I decide to order them and she says you want chili cheese fries. I asked three times how much more are tots and a drink as a meal. Young girl interepted every odd idea out there so I finally drove away because she couldn't understand me. I'm guessing their speaker/headset is the issue but if it is that bad they better fix it! Don't recommend this location due to poor customer service.
Always a let down. Lots of tuen over. Always new young employees who either arent trained or dont care. Never seem to know the menu. Typically will wait a month between visits hoping for change. There is a change alright, just faces and not service. Only game in the immediate area so they win by default. Reading reviews I see the owner responds to the good comments and not the bad ones....
Came through drive thru earlier got a chicken slider and a coney, well get home started eating on chicken slider half the chicken wasn't done.I about threw up made me feel very sick at the thought of eating raw chicken...will never be back to this location called to speak with manager and got rude asked if I wanted another slider I was like no thank you no I don't want more raw chicken and she said I'm trying to be nice ohhh k ...I'm still sick at the thought of eating RAW CHICKEN
They turn the app off so I can't get 1/2 priced drinks after 10 or when they're short staffed. That's not right.
If I could rate this lower I would. Every time they never fail to mess up my order, I placed an online order and they did not include my drink or my pretzel...they made sure to take my money though. I called about a refund and they said they set the money aside for when I come back. If this was a one time occurrence I would be fine, but this has happened multiple times, I have had to call them multiple times about getting my order wrong. If I could rate this location 0 stars I would, this Sonic needs to be put out of business.
This location is the worst. Always out of stuff. They don't properly train staff so everything is a mess. Need new management and shift leaders.
Please stop screaming at your customers on the intercom. Fix the speakers! It's too loud! The order is always wrong with missing items. I choose to now drive to fm 741 the new location. Much much better!
So I order my food and the staff is friendly enough. The guy seems to take the time to understand my drink order and says it will be right out. I start fiddling around in the car, reading something and I fall asleep. Doze of for a minute remember where I am and wake up. Foods not there, start reading again and doze off again, wake up still no food. 28 minutes after my order a flustered carhop arrives with my Luke warm food and the wrong drink. I normally just roll with it but I was really excited to get this drink today, probably why I hung out for half an hour. She had left by the time I realized the error so I push the button and ask the cashier if they can remake my drink. We go through the what and what size and he says that will be 2.80. So I figure I can clear up the mess with the carhop but she never came. My order got deleted by a manager on the screen while I watched. I just though she was comping it or something till the car hop came out with drinks several other times and to other cars and upon seeing my quizicle look asked, did you need something. I just said no thanks and drove off 49 minutes after I placed my order🤨
Terrible ! They always mess up the order, food is always cold and the fries taste like old deep fry grease. Garbage. Obviously they just don't care. I keep giving them a chance because they are close by my house and they drop the ball every time ! I give up on them. Very hard for me to give a bad review, but this time not a bit of guilt. Never again.
I come to this sonic daily. For my morning drink. Occasionally in the evening as well. Over the last 3 months the service and speed of services has become horrible. Today I waiting 17 minutes for someone to say anything while I was in drive thur. Then he says wait. Waited another 7 minutes no one in line . Pull up to the window and there are 7 people inside just standing there laughing. Keep in mind my wife went earlier in the day and left after waiting 16 minutes for a drink. I am not sure who’s going on but not a fan at all.
Ordered 2 slushies ended up with 2 sugarwaters....don't think preparing was the issue sat at window looking at the 2 cups by drive through window. Got looks from at least 2 employees so they knew I was at window but seemed noone wanted to ring me out.🤦♂️🤷♂️UPDATE 8/28/22 this place seems to be ran by nothing but teenagers. Ordered a milk shake and a slushy. Ended up with a warm milk and Kool aid. Both were melted we ordered them through app. Still took us like 30 minutes to get out of there. Crazy!!!! No more chances for this location
I stopped in at 10:45. Reviewing the app for an order, they saw me pull up. They shut off the lights and no orders taken. Do better.

This location is terrible. I went to go pick up a DoorDash, it took 20 minutes for someone to answer the speaker box, and another 15 minutes to get just a drink. Ridiculous! Waste of my time, gas, and loss of other deliveries I could have been doing
Attendant approached my car & handed me my sad & incorrect order: Refried medium tater tots without salt, & watery unflavored medium cranberry drink that was incorrect because I ordered a cranberry slush. Took one sip and poured it out. What a waste of money & time... Never again. Will drive to Terrell or do without. The previous reviews are quite accurate, smh. Sad part is I was the only customer there.
if i could leave no stars i would. ive never eaten from here but i just went to pick up a doordash at 10:55. i understand thats 5 minutes before they close, but im not the one who placed the order. im just the middle man. well i pull up and the lady very rudely says “were closed” so i asked “do you have the doordash fo-“ and she cut me off and said “no we dont have a good night” i will never get food from this place. they wasted my time, lost me my order which cost me money, wasted my gas, as well as the customers time and money, all to close 5 minutes early. ive been a fast food manager and its really not that serious. do better.
I don’t know why I bother coming to this location. It’s like no one works there. I think they like not having customers so I guess I did them a favor since they didn’t have to answer to me. And I won’t be going back. Glad I could help.
Ordered ahead 2x Fountain drinks on the app. Spent 5 minutes driving there. Waited another 15 min in stall #5 ( App waiting stall). Went down to stall #7, pushed the button and with the loudest PA speaker in the northern hemisphere I was blown away and told to give them a minute. After another 5 minutes I left. Will Never go to this location again. I’ve seen bad before but this was absolutely horrible.
Decent sonic food, good consistency across locations. Except for customer service at this location apparently. If you can't understand what someone is asking and then look with mouth agap at me when I literally just asked what the difference between two things are, then you need to just go ahead and accept that you need an easier job and go somewhere else. Worst sonic location I've been at. Hire people with a brain, not just a spinal cord Edit 1: Employee came back to window asking for payment after forgetting Edit 2: they came back with the card because they forgot what I ordered Edit 3: someone else had to take over and redo the order
My fiance and I got food poisoning here. Don’t get the chicken wraps. If he had gotten any sicker, I think I would’ve had to drag him to the ER. I called the manager and she seemed to think food poisoning only lasts 24 hours. (It doesn’t if it’s bad enough.) She said that she hadn’t heard anything about people getting sick but frankly you don’t hurt this badly for this long unless something is SERIOUSLY wrong. Save your money, save your life-GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!
Ordered Doordash. Never received food. Was not any of the three drivers’ fault, they waited a combined hour before we cancelled the order. Reading some of these reviews makes me realize this location has a huge time management issue.
