A perfect place to unwind with the kiddos and let them run around and play games. And you definitely have games that you can play as an adult so you don't feel left out! Most importantly, there is a full bar to get your drink on! As far as dining, they have a super big seating area to have meals and accommodate large groups.
Fun place just came here for the arcade but pretty much all games are good and in work condition, if youre going to play the Mario and sonic Olympic games use the left one the right ones button is broken 😔
Went here recently on a date with kids and it was the perfect atmosphere for that kind of date. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy and also the adults too. Location was super clean with lots of sanitizer available everywhere. Kinda pricey compared to other arcades but the large amount different games, the functionality of the games, and the prizes available at the end make it well worth it. Would recommend for anyone with kids (or a big kid yourself) looking for a good time.
The arcade was packed with so many games. It also didn't smell horrible and had a nice smell, and seemed to be relatively clean when i was there. food was average and took a bit to get delivered. The redeeming section was a bit sold out of their items though so i wish they'd restock but yeah, other than that it was good
We stopped here to kill a few hours before a flight. It's not too far from the airport. We didn't eat, but we did see multiple tables of food and it all looked great. There are so many games. We only saw one or two that didn't work. We had a great time!
Huge space with a lot of modern updated games. All the ones we used worked! We were there for a birthday party and honestly the food wasn't bad (pizza, mozz sticks, wings, etc). Bathrooms weren't too dirty. The tap card system made game play really easy and fun!
Been coming to this Dave & Buster's for years. Celebrated my birthday with family and friends. The staff was phenomenal.
Recently celebrated a special birthday milestone and it was an unforgettable experience. The moment we arrived, the vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a fun-filled celebration. The staff warmly welcomed us and made sure everything was perfect for the celebration. Also we indulged in some delicious food, drinks & desserts too. All tasty options and great appetizers to hearty entrees. It truly made the birthday celebration feel extra special to have staff care about our overall experience. This is a perfect place for celebrating young or old milestones.
If you like games, Dave’s buster from Hollywood is a good place to take your children and have fun too. I see people who go as a couple and have fun too. We always go out with a lot of giggles, toys because points accumulate and exchanges can be made in their store. The food is always good! In a toy we had a small problem because it received the points from the card but it didn’t work, which was immediately solved by a super competent employee. Thank you for brightening our nights and making my baby happier All the best, Natália.
Came here on a sunday and watched football for 6 hours. Really good service all day. Didnt push us to spend any extra money just let us enjoy the games!
Dave & Buster's already boasts a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere, but my recent visit was elevated by the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Melanie. From the moment we sat down, her warm demeanor and attentive nature made us feel right at home. The highlight of the meal was the delectable burger, cooked to perfection, accompanied by crispy, golden fries. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen's prowess, but Melanie's exceptional service made the meal truly memorable. It's experiences like these that make me eager to return.
Love this spot for a date night. Food and drinks are good. The arcade section is also a nice way to enjoy yourself.
Our server Emma was kind and told us about the special where regular drinks are half off after 10pm which was cool because I work the night shift and it's nice to know there's a place to dine . Our drinks were delicious ! We had the Dangerous Waters Island Punch and the Blackberry Smash accompanied by an order of Smash Burger Sliders and the Double Pepped Up Flat Bread.
Akilah & Celeste THank You For Your Service! This Family Is Always Happy To Return! :) Keep Up The Great Work With Food, Drinks & Fun!
I’ve been here a few times. It’s always been fun. The food is OK. The drinks are OK but what makes it fun for me is the arcade
We love this place! It's a little far off a drive for us, but we go a few times a year. We have a blast every time! The human crane is awesome and the games are all able to be multi player for full family fun!
Didnt have to wait for billiards, service was good and fast, and can see the TV's from there.
A great place for food, drinks and arcade games! The nachos were very good and came in a big portion enough for us to share. So many different arcade games here that there’s something for everyone! Get a Dave & Buster’s game card and start racking up points to redeem for cool prizes! Lots of different food, drink and game specials going on daily! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Prices were reasonable but even better when grouped with game credits! I definitely recommend visiting here for the games and the food!
We stopped in here while in town. We actually have a winter pass from back home and were happy to learn that they accept that same pass here! This location is a lot bigger than the one we have back home. The restaurant and bar are larger and so is the gaming area. They even have games we don't have back home!
The Bar experience was great. Luke was the bartender and he was very attentive. Akilah the bar manager came over and asked how things were and made sure we were being taken of. Overall a great experience for the game my husband wanted to watch. Thanks.
My bartender was very attentive and friendly. The gaming area had some games that e didn't have in CT any longer and miss like monopoly. Love the huge TV screens for my sports.
The bartenders Janae and Talia were very professional excellent customer service however the manager Akila was very nasty and condescending towards the support staff she didn’t offer any assistance to the support staff but wanted customers to do surveys she needs to take a course in bar management because her management skills are poor and her attitude is a bad representation of Dave and busters
Mike was very helpful towards me and my family in assisting us with some rewards we got from a previous visit. He made sure we Redeemed each coupon given to us. He was very kind and understanding. He made our visit very pleasant and he show good character.
We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hollywood Dave & Buster’s! From the moment we sat down, our server, Jean-Claude, provided phenomenal service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made our experience even better. The food was great—fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. Between the great food, fun atmosphere, and exceptional service, our visit was nothing short of fantastic. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend this location—especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Jean-Claude!
Had won a gift card to Dave & Buster's from City of Deerfield Beach for a scavenger hunt at one of their parks. Went today for the 10 chicken wings for $10 deal. The wings were crispy, juicy, big, and well-seasoned (for dry rub wings) and well-sauced (for the wet wings). Service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back for the wings deal!
I just wanted to take some time to give a shout out to the gentleman Isaiah that was working the prize area at this location yesterday during my daughter seventh birthday we impromptu came to Dave & Buster’s after school to play a few games with five other kids and he was absolutely exceptional with being patient and allowing them to choose. Five stars for him!!! We love you Isaiah!
We were in town for a cruise and met up with the Univ of Michigan Alumni Club to watch the game. The party room was perfect and we were able to hear the game as well as watch it on a big screen with other fans. The service was top notch and the food was amazing...came quickly and exactly as ordered.
So if you've never been to Dave and Buster's during the week, they have some really good deals. Where you can play games in the backroom. For like one price, I believe and get the best deals during the weekends. Not so much. But anyway, they have a long list of fun games to play even as an adult. But it's a great place to bring your kids too. They have happy hour specials for the adults, and what's crazy is they have a bar in the end? Where all the video games are? So I guess you can watch your kids while you're drinking along. Now a nice tea. The service is very slow even though there's not a lot of people waiting. I think we timed it at 1015 minutes. Just to get a couple of drinks each time. Maybe longer, not sure why they're moving like molasses, but we had a very good selection and tasty food and everything I've tried there. Pictures included was very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, they might have some staffing problems, as the bartender had to take care of us, but also he had like 15 other tables. We were at the bar, and we also So sat down and ate twice, definitely will come back. But not during busy time, as I don't think they can handle it during this peak times whatever they may be
Dave & Buster’s is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever been to. I went back in 2019, and I still remember how fun it was like it was yesterday. The energy, the lights, and all the games just make the whole place feel alive. It’s the perfect spot to hang out, eat good food, and have a blast with friends or family. The arcade games were next-level. From racing games to basketball hoops and everything in between, there’s never a dull moment. You could spend hours in there and still not run out of things to do. Every machine worked great, and the prizes were actually worth winning — not cheap stuff like other arcades. The food and drinks hit just right too. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The servers were chill, friendly, and quick to help, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not just about games — the food alone makes it worth the visit. Overall, Dave & Buster’s easily deserves all five stars. It’s fun, exciting, and packed with good vibes from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that brings out your inner kid while still being awesome for adults, this is 100% the spot.
Yesterday I went to Dave & Buster’s for a business meeting with my job, and I was really impressed. The meeting area was nicely set up, the food was good, and everything flowed smoothly. It had the perfect balance of professional and fun, which made the experience even better. Definitely a solid 5-star visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our recent visit to Dave & Buster’s Hollywood was truly unforgettable thanks to the amazing staff and family-friendly atmosphere. During our visit, Game Manager Mike went above and beyond in interacting with our autistic son. His patience, kindness, and genuine support created such a comfortable and welcoming experience for our family. He took the time to engage with our son, guiding him through the games and making sure he felt included and confident. That level of attention and care is something we will never forget. We also want to acknowledge General Manager Tim for building such a family-oriented team. It’s clear that the employees are not only well-trained but also truly care about their guests. From the warm greetings at the door to the attentive staff throughout our visit, everyone contributed to making the day extra special for our family. If you are looking for a place that combines fun, inclusivity, and exceptional customer service, Dave & Buster’s Hollywood is the place to be. They turned an ordinary day into a lasting positive memory, and we cannot thank Mike, Tim, and the entire team enough for their outstanding service and kindness. We will definitely be back—and we highly recommend this location to any family looking for fun with heart!
Beautiful experience we got there about 11:30 AM PERFECT TIMING FOR KIDS PARTY!!! Millie was awesome at the front Desk you super educational about the games and cards perks that are available to all! Next to, my Awesome waitress Christina who was on her toes and making sure my Sons 8th Birthday party goers were happy and satisfied with food and drinks; Christina is also very educational about the food, games chips available to you!!! This place is good for kids parties and adults could still enjoy themselves as well!
We always have a good time at Dave & Busters. I’ve literally been coming here since I was a teen. I like the upgrades they did with the place over the years. The bartender who was also serving the dining area as well, did a good job we appreciated her services. The food was good as well. See ya next time :) #FriendsOfDeDe indeed
As a wing lover I have to say the (lemon pepper) wings here were the best I have eaten in the Miami area. Wouldn’t have expected it. Really crispy and flavorful. The truffle fries were also really good. Our waiter was nice, however he was alone, so some things took a while, but that was no big problem.
We visited Dave & Buster’s in Hollywood, FL to celebrate my nephew’s birthday, and overall the family had a great time! 🎉 This location is huge, really nice inside, and there was plenty of parking, which made arriving with a group easy. We were seated in a booth, and while our waitress came over quickly, she didn’t introduce herself just asked if we wanted something to drink. We started with waters, then ordered drinks: a glass of sparkling wine and a mango peach Bellini. The Bellini was tasty, but it was filled with a lot of ice, so I wish there was a bit less to fully enjoy the drink. Food-wise, everything was good. We ordered the cheesy spinach dip, grilled chicken quesadillas, boneless wings in the spicy Korean flavor (delicious!), and an apple pecan salad. We also got two platters of the Big Wings & Things one BBQ and one lemon pepper and both were a hit. The service is where things were a little mixed. Our waitress brought out part of the food, and another staff member brought the rest but had a noticeable attitude. When we politely asked for sour cream, she rudely said we needed to ask our waitress instead of just passing the request along or grabbing it. We totally understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it wasn’t a big ask and the response felt unnecessary. We didn’t get the sour cream until I was already halfway through my quesadilla (lol). That said, we would definitely go back. My nephew had an absolute blast, which is what mattered most, and the food and atmosphere were enjoyable overall. With a little improvement in service consistency, this place would be a solid 5 stars for family celebrations.
We were there for a party and everything overall was fine. However, I felt that there were more people in the space than should have been and that is on D & B's to tell the people throwing the party how many people they could have. Also, it was nice that they had grilled salmon but it was a little overcooked.
Food is good but not how it used to be years ago. Prices went up. But the vibe is good at the sports bar.
It has been a while since I have come to D&B! We had fun! My son played DDR the whole time and I sat and ate lol! Perfect! It wasn't too crowded and the dining area was clean. I had some coffee but wish they had vanilla creamer since I try not to use sugar. 😕 I had the chimichurri bowl with salmon. It came out timely but the salmon was smaller than I expected. However, it was a large dish snd it filled me up! Very good flavors! My son wasn't a fan of the green beans but he loved the pretzel dogs. He's more plain Jane with that so if your kid is too just ask no seasoning on the beans if possible. I noticed some menu items were no longer available on the digital menu and quite a bit of options were out of stock. I would have gone for the lettuce wraps. I've never gone wrong with them but they were not on menu. The 170 credits card I got lasted a long time! I was happy to bring my son again after all the changes to our lives! We had a good time!
This was a lot of fun. The games were entertaining, the food delicious and the options endless. I liked the half price on Wed nights. The toys were also lovely too. My only complaint is that there should be a quiet sitting area (chairs by the exit) for parents who don't want to be bombarded by the constant noise while kids play.
It was the hubby birthday and he's a big kid at heart ...a gamer. perfect way to spend a birthday playing video games and eating and drinking. Let's start off with the appetizer we have the chicken nachos 10 out of 10 highly recommend them. I can't think of the first drink I had it was blue it wasn't good at all tastes like straight up sugar. OMG I can't remember the name of the pasta but it had the moistest and when I do mean moisters chicken I've ever had. It was seasoned so well . the pasta was very flavorful it was just delicious 10 out of 10 the hubby had the ribs he said it's your basic commercial style ribs no big Diggy .I took a couple of his fries cuz that's my thing they have some bomb fries too. After dinner went to the bar can't think of the lady's name but she's African-American with dreads she made some delicious drinks she was very sweet and very friendly and very attentive that's how you get big tips. I wanted to try the blue drink again but didn't want to drink sugar so I picked a different drink I wish I would have tried the blue drink with her making it
Good here is definitely good and above avg. Eat and play combo is the way to go and especially on Wednesdays with half price games! Fun for all the family and they remodeled it and turned it into a big sports bar so you can watch the game while the kids play or you can watch the games and play with the kids!
Great atmosphere and we had a great time with the kids. Went on a Saturday night. It was busy, the good thing was that there where open machines to play.
Went here last Wednesday night. Booked a reservation with Open Table. But apparently it wasn't necessary because it was open seating. There weren't too many options on the menu. They were also out of essentially everything new. Luckily, our drinks were good. I actually liked my friends drink more than mine. And I don't like mixed drinks. They had the mixed berry lemonade. I had a mango drink. But it was memorable because I ordered it three days later at the Orlando location. The bartender said he had only been there a few months. But hopefully he pays attention more to his patrons. Had a few issues and wait even though it was just us and two other small parties at the bar. The rib eye I ordered was horrible. I've never had a sweet tasting steak. It was very weird. It was also mostly fat, so I was still hungry later. I went to play House of the Dead, but it was stuck in reset mode. So I had to get games people to fix it. Went to okay Terminator Salvation while waiting. Did some of the ticket games too. Restrooms were clean. Staff in the game room was definitely helpful. Not super busy that night either.
This was my first time at Dave & Buster’s. When I asked for a card, I was told I could just use my phone, but that option didn’t work and I had to wait in the long line again to get a card. That was frustrating, especially as a first-time guest. I also noticed that some employees seemed more focused on talking with each other than on assisting customers right away. Everyone was polite, but with a little more training and attentiveness, the experience could be much smoother and more welcoming.
I really enjoy Dave & Buster's with great vibes and enjoyable atmosphere, From the moment I sat down at the bar, the bartender greeted me and gave me great selections for me to choose from. The burger is cooked to perfection, with crispy fresh fries. The drinks are wonderful and Rico great service made the experience truly memorable. I will return for the late night happy hour!
You can have a great time with or without kids. It has lots of new games to try and super fun group games. The eating area is large and clean. The bar in the main game room has everything you would want to keep the party going. Just know, it's loud, sometimes crazy, and full of high energy.
Went last friday night, 15 minutes before happy hour ends and ordered a drink of it... I can understand the fact that we came almost at the end of the happy hour and the bartender may didn't have the time to open a check in the moments, but we had to be wrongly charged for regular drinks knowing the time that we ordered it on time. Besides that the place seems okay, only thing, the prizes room where you redeem your tickets seems that have less than the one on Dolphin Mall location. I think that I'll stay with this location better.
Atmosphere was great and my limited interactions with the staff was also great very nice and friendly. Only complaint would have to be the arcade bartenders, beyond slow service actually kind of insane how slow they are in my opinion waited 20 minutes to order my drink and only 2 people in front of me with 3 total drinks made and no acknowledgement even after trying to flag them down. Besides that, great experience would recommend just have patience with the bar staff or catch em on a good day
Service at the bar was quick and friendly. Watermelon Margaritas delicious. Spinach Articoke cheese dip could've been better but wasn't horrible. Actually tasted like spinach and Artichoke with cheese. . .but that is it. Thinking it needed more garlic, pepper, and a little salt to jazz it up past a 3.
I feel like I was guided.Passed the front desk 2 purchase My tickets at the table from the waitress... I then was required to give a twenty percent tip on the total bill ! $100 4 tickets And it was on an ipad hard to see itemized ....GABY was a greater server Don At the front desk was extremely rude, And was the one that pointed us away From the desk and to the table to purchase the tickets after we stood in line !!!! Rude And part of the problem I stood in line at the front to purchase my tickets there ! Also berry , rude and dismissal regarding eat and play combinations... $350
A fun spot for a date or family night out. I wish they'd replace the carpets or pay for a good old Stanley Steaming but it's an old familiar arcade smell that won't kill you. As far as arcade game options: they have classics like Dance Dance Revolution and Pac Man, and carnival style games too, along with some more modern games. The food is actually pretty good for an arcade, if you're into healthy foods you'll be limited to a handful of items but they are very good i.e., avocado steak bowl. If calories are unlimited, the menu has a lot bar style variety like wings, burgers and nachos. Our server Jojo was really nice and had great suggestions for our group. If you're looking for something different from the movies or bowling, Dave and Busters has you covered.
Superbowl is today but I fully expect that 90% of the TV's will be women's basketball 🙄 as always, so we'll be going somewhere else. Nobody likes women's basketball, IDK why the overwhelming majority of TV's are always set to that
We sat at a table by the bar for about 30 mins before anybody walked up to help us luckly the lady who approached was very polite and she showed us how to order. Our actual server was really the best we could tell she was new. The food was okay at best so we feel like it was definitely not worth the wait but the kids were having fun so it a good place to let your child run wild.
You go for the games and company, definitely not the food & service. I use to go with my husband for date night with no problem with drinks & appetizers. I went yesterday with our friend and our kids, well the restaurant service was aggravating, and we weren’t the only ones. I was watching others wonder where their server was, when the table in front of us asked if we knew who our sever was because they had been sat and waited like 15 minutes with no one even had taken their drink orders. Then as we were waiting for our order they unfortunately had 2 food runners drop their entire trays causing food to spill everywhere. They had 3 people cleaning and the sauce had flew to our side of the floor and I watched several servers just walk by it till someone put a sign up, but it not be cleaned up. Our friends kid had to wait after my wings had come and part of her food was burnt. It wasn’t just the servers with attitudes, it was everyone working who I noticed working had an attitude. I know Saturday early evenings can be busy, but customer service is still important.
Our server was awesome, sports everywhere, fun environment. Food was good as well, typical bar food. The downfall was the place was overran with unsupervised children. Running, yelling, beating on games, cutting lines of people waiting to play the games. Multiple machine didn’t work properly. Tried air hockey and the table wasn’t even blowing enough air to float the puck, it kept flying off the table. Needs some rules in place and better upkeep.
The food was great; the service was great. The only thing I recommend is not to buy the unlimited. I purchased the unlimited and there were only certain games they could play on even though it’s called unlimited, which is $55 for 1 hour. So my child wasn’t able to play all the games; you’re not able to received a prize with the unlimited the card wouldn’t work, so you’re better off getting either the $20 or $40.
I usually go down Wednesdays. And the service is pretty decent. It's not good, but it is not bad either. Last time we were there, one of the arcade machines broke, and a guy came to fix it, but it was still broken, so he had to come and fix it again.. And then he had to come and fix it again, so please train your staff to not be lazy unless it was the machine itself! And also, I don't think they wash their dishes properly because I ordered a drink for my daughter and it was water but she said she tasted a little bit of lemonade in the drink, so just be cautious of that, but overall, the experience was nice
This place could be a lot of fun. Our 4 year old grandson, as well as us all enjoyed the activities offered. Unfortunately, there were many games that were not working, but still taking credits off our D&B cards. We ate at the restaurant, and the service was interesting to say the least. Their were only about a dozen or so customers in the restaurant at noon, and we were told that we might not be able to be seated as they did not have enough wait staff. The waitress had to check with her manager before seating us. Attached our pictures of the empty restaurant at lunch time. Our waitress was handling multiple tables, so we had to wait 10 minutes to place our drink order, another 10 to be served our drinks, and 45 minutes to receive our food. All the while other wait staff were standing around talking to what looked like the manager on duty. This place does have the potential to be a lot of fun for everyone from 4 to 90, but lack of management and the unorganized restaurant left a lot to be desired.
Came with some friends from out of town. The front people and the dining area really need to be connected better. A customer that wants to eat should have the option to pay up front and get the playing cards, not have to sit, order and get playing cards. The other issue, there isn’t a hostess sitting customers, it’s every customer for themselves and then wait for the waiter or waitress to come to your table. We had 2 waiters make eye contact with us and then ignore us. We watched them walk away from us. We then moved to a booth that finally opened up, spoke with a waiter who supposedly spoke to her manager. After another 10+ minutes, a waiter finally came to take our order. He didn’t come back with our drinks for at least 10-15 minutes but in the meantime, could have brought out water. Food came out, it’s ok at best. 2 of us had a chicken Caesar salad and the lettuce tasted soggy and had too much dressing. Chicken was dry but edible. The waiter never came back to refill drinks or even check on us. My son had a good time playing games and that was the most important thing for. Overall the place was clean. When trading tickets for items, we had 590 tickets and my son couldn’t barely find anything he wanted. Some items were over ticketed and honestly should have enough to get something bigger than a crappy ball and a slimy hand. Those are dollar store items and needs to be ticket accordingly. Not be traded for all of the tickets my son had.
I've been coming to this Dave and Busters for 10 years+. There have been great times and full satisfaction and there have been times where the experience was heavily lacking, to say the least. **Gaming selection is great! But very pricey. **Customer Service from birth the manager at the front and our waitor were both stellar and quite pleasant. However, the bar staff in the main game room was absolute garbage. No one doing nothing and to get their attention is like requesting the second coming of Jesus. They were not busy and could not provide a nice experience to just a handful of people. Very irritating. **overall cleanliness is mediocre to just plan bad.... it's definitely time for a massive makeover internally AND externally. So much trash and just plan filth that really turned me off. **The prize room is weak and simply RIDICULOUSLY priced. Better to simply get rid of it instead of building up the hopes of the kids with the THOUGHT that they might be able to afford a boring 6in. plush toy. **Food was good. ***BEST BET IS TO COME ON WEDNESDAYS FOR THE 50% OFF ALL GAMES (with no ability to collect tickets due to the discounted games). If you just rent to play the games and expect NO prizes, then Wednesdays are your time to shine and enjoy.
We got here at 6:30 there was no rush. I stood at the bar to order drinks no one came over. After 15 min I went to the host to be seated. She went to sit me at 2 tables but there was food on both tables. Finally she sat me at a booth. A waiter came over to me after 7 min. He proceeded to start taking my order. In mid order he laughed and said sorry this isn’t my section someone else will be over. 10 min later a lady came over and took our order. After she dropped our food off she never came back. During our dinner my 10th old son had spilled my drink. A waiter saw this happen and ran over and immediately put up a caution sign and said someone would be over to clean it up. 30 min later no one has cleaned it up and when my husband got out of the booth he almost slipped. He went and grabbed a manager and someone finally wiped it up. We use to come her very often. Not sure if they are under new management now or if something is going on but everyone is moving in slow motion and not providing any level of service. After waiting 30 min for the bill and getting the manager again we were brought the bill with an attitude after throwing something at the service station by the bars there is probably a reason her favorite activity according to her name tag is sleeping! It’s too bad we had this experience
Has got to be the worst D&B I ever been to. Worse than Times Square in NYC when it was open. Over 40-min wait for food that came out wrong. Our server Jojo could never be found meanwhile I didn't see many tables full. This is obviously more for the kids to enjoy the games but geez the service was terrible for a Sunday.
I brought a few Nieces and Nephews here.. Half of the games here is always out of service. They had a blast tho!! We made it work. All the money this place makes and every time I come here. Half the machines are always down and sometimes you pay for a play and get ripped off lol the Dave N Busters in Jersey is the Best! Nothing is ever broken. Always clean. Food is always fresh and staff is staffed!
Only went for the games. Disappointed. Several games were broken or missing balls. 2 lanes of skeeball didnt have balls. Some game with pingpong balls only had 1 ball. CruisinUsa had one that stopped working as soon as you scan your card to play. Mario kart had a broken steering wheel thats too loose and sensitive. F14 fighter pilot game, left side doesnt work. One of the machines used to activate the play cards didnt work. The credit card reader wouldnt scan the card and we had to use a different machine. These are just the ones i can remember. There were a couple more. Was warm inside too.
The gentleman at the front was very nice and pleasant. He was kind enough to hold our bags for us while we played games (we were killing time before a flight) The bartender/server however was extremely rude. She was short with us and got an attitude with me when I was asking a question about subbing one of the sides for something else. After she had an attitude I was very taken aback and said to her, “My goodness,” to which she responded that she was just informing me. I told her okay, well you’re doing it like you’re angry with me. She never smiled, wasn’t pleasant at all and instead treated us as though serving us was ruining her entire day or something. It was pretty disappointing. The door wasn’t great either. I got the pasta and it was obvious it was microwaved or heated too quickly because the sauce was broken. It was just a greasy mess. Gross. I barely ate it. To have spent upwards of $300 in an afternoon, the entire experience was disappointing.
when we first arrived we stood at the front desk for about a minute waiting for the staff to finish their conversation in front of us. lost our car key and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. we didn’t expect them to look for it or anything but most of the staff didn’t even respond with words when we asked if they had been given the key. shaking your head no and brushing customers off is not a good way to run a business. games were super fun staff was just not good. one waitress we asked was super kind but that’s it.
Service was extremely slow, 20 minutes from the time seated to when someone waited on us. Food came out in a normal amount of time, but was not of quality expected. Seemed like everything was made from the frozen section at Walmart. Waited another 20+ minutes just so we could pay the bill. Would not recommend the dining experience.
I went last weekend to visit this place. I noticed they had brand new menus with great pictures in it and detailed explanations about their products. I found it really nice! The only problem is that they are advertising something on the menu but when you get the actual product is something completely different. I ordered the ULTIMATE TENNESSEE. It was supposed to come (picture and explanation on the menu) with strawberries and the tube shot of the Jack Daniel’s whiskey. Which clearly you can see didn’t have any of it. Service though was excellent even if it was little bit slow. The man who attended us was very friendly.
Served burger not fully cooked. Waitress kept forgetting our order, didnt bring the second drinks we ordered and take long time to get bill and then that took lkng
We waited over an hour to get out food. My son ordered a side salad and the server brought it out within 15 minutes, but the rest of our food took over an hour. The server kept walking by and said a few minutes. Finally food started coming, sliders and fries were cold, my other son who loves burgers ordered a bacon cheeseburger and couldn’t even eat it, he said it was nasty. My son got buffalo wings and they were undercooked but his fries were overcooked. My fiancé food never came until everyone was done eating.
We were seated and waited over 15 minutes to get someone to the table, eventually the bartender took care of us. The food took forever, a lot of missing items, we had to continuously be calling someone to have someone come over. Food was bad, churrasco was super hard, some appetizers were servers after they brought the main dish, ordered a Margherita with Patron and tasted like super sour lemonade. Deserts were nothing like on the menu, it felt like noone cared about service in this restaurant. This was my first and last time here.
if you want to wait an hour for food just for it to not even show up, come here!!! the worst service i’ve ever received at a dave and busters franchise. i waited an hour for a server to come take our order, all we wanted was calamari to share and not one person came to serve us. i went in with a reservation, showed up ten minutes early and ended up having to go to the bar to get any drinks. the servers basically shooed my boyfriend away while serving other customers, walked by us and didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. please do not come here to eat.
The service at this Dave & Buster’s was horrible. Our server — a brown-skinned girl with beautiful hair — was extremely rude. She almost forgot to give me my change back and automatically added gratuity to everyone’s check without even providing good service. What really bothered me was that she added different tip percentages — 18% for two people and 20% on mine — and when I asked why, she said she “forgot.” That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but this experience was not worth it at all.
I would give zero stars if I could. First off the cups and silverware were filthy, my drink from the happy hour was made wrong and not how it was pictured, had mint flakes when there wasn't supposed to be any in the drink in the first place there was also something else in it when I told the waiter he told me "oh that might be from a mojito or another drink." I was beyond disgusted and told him to just take it away. When my friend received her order she specifically asked for no mushrooms because she has an allergy and when the food was brought to her it was riddled with mushrooms. Finally when I received my food which was the caveman my sliders were raw , I was shorted the ribs and given wings when it doesn't come with that. We requested a manager, he told me himself that our food wasn't supposed to come out that way( specifically my sliders are supposed to be cooked through and not pink, and also taking off allergens from an item which is common knowledge I would say ) and would take both my friends and I order off the tab and that everything would be fixed, he lied! We get the bill and he says all he could do was take 55% off after and when I asked him to take it off he caught an attitude with me and walked off, we were tired of being there for almost two hours and just decided to pay our tab which amounted to $110 and we couldn't split our tab because of how the manger rung it up. our waiter also informed us that he tried to fix it for us but the manager caught an attitude with him as well. Now moving onto the arcade. I bought the silver season pass and when we tried to play games it informed us that we couldn't get tickets because it was fixed . It doesn’t inform you about not being able to receive tickets from the games with the pass until after you purchase it. I asked an associate if I could get a refund or a different card in exchange and I was swiftly told no and to call customer service they didn't help at all. All in all this place is a scam, unsanitary and deserves no praise, wouldn't recommend at all.
First time and last time coming here. In the beginning, the employees were nice and cooperative with us. After playing some games, we sat down and decided to order. It took a long time for the servers to address us, and the woman waiting on our table had an attitude. We didn’t mind it too much, though — she even became nicer later on. After eating, we decided to play pool. The same employee walked us over with the pool balls but failed to explain the process for what to do when we were finished or how payment worked. We were only told it was $14 an hour, and that was it. When we went up to pay, we saw the total was a little over $21. My friend noticed the price and questioned it out loud. The big guy assisting us didn’t acknowledge her, so I asked, “Hey, why is the total $21?” He looked up at us, then down at the receipt, then back up at us — very dramatically. In a choppy and rude tone, he said we had gone over the one-hour timeframe and that there was only a five-minute grace period. He also said we were supposed to bring the pool balls back to the front ourselves. The situation escalated quickly and unnecessarily. This was our first time there, and we genuinely didn’t know how the process worked. When we explained that we hadn’t been informed, they told us it wasn’t their job to inform us and that all pool halls work the same way — which isn’t true. I wouldn’t have minded simply paying the difference, but he was rude to my friend, to me, and to my boyfriend while we were only trying to explain that we hadn’t been told the rules. I eventually got upset and told him he was being rude and giving unnecessary attitude, and that they should just inform customers next time. We were under the impression that someone would come to us to collect the balls or let us know when our time was up. Even a manager (or someone in charge) came over and said it was our fault and our responsibility, regardless of whether we were informed or not — and they were rude as well. We left feeling pretty angry. All of this could have been avoided, and they seriously need better customer service training
The receipt said in fine print that a 20% gratuity would automatically be added for our server, but honestly, the service didn’t deserve it. I don’t mind paying for good service, but it makes no sense to be forced to tip that much when the experience was bad. If a restaurant is going to automatically charge 20%, the service should reflect that level of quality — and this one definitely didn’t.
