Always love our trips here! They always make my daughter feel special. One employee in particular always does something special for my daughter - it's just so sweet!! I like to stop by this place to get coffee. I love their coffee. It's easier to get into the store if you're coming from North to South. If you're going south to North your best off to go past the store and past the next traffic light and then do a u-turn. They have a nice parking lot. The staff here is excellent. The restaurant is very clean.

Best donuts around - period. I have not found a French cruller that can match their as they use a different pastry. The munchkins are always a good choice. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean and parking was readily available. Drive thru location that I did not use.

I’ve watched this location transform from just ok into being extremely efficient. The shift into app ordering was initially a struggle and it was causing some chaos, but they’ve gotten themselves in order.

Wonderful remodeled interior.. very welcoming for singles, couples, family seating and two covered tables outside. USB outlets booth seating.. Friendly staff. Has a drive thru which is a plus. Baskin Robbins is avail as well. Off a main road but easy to get in and out drive thru. Highly recommend downloading the app. Pay anyway within app barcode plus earn free drinks and discounts on shell gas (link the gas account)

I was excited to come to this DD, because they have my favorite donut, the Bavarian Cream. This place did not disappoint, their donuts are fresh, soft, and delicious. We have ordered and enjoyed Bavarian Cream, Boston Cream, and vanilla & strawberry sprinkled donuts. Currently they're offering all sizes of iced coffees for just $2.99. I ordered a large Pecan Swirl iced coffee with cream and sugar. Everything was quick and correct.

It was the best place to kill the coffee cravings combined with a few wraps, very satisfying. Fellow attending the drive through was exceptional

The service and staff are great that work there. Very friendly and fast service.. my only concern is for someone to take time to clean the tables and chairs inside after customers leave .. when it gets busy there’s no where to sit etc because the tables are left dirty. Other then that, the music could change , either the Dunkin’ Donuts app music or elevator music/cafe music would be ideal, when you get coffee you want a relaxing atmosphere that’s fast and efficient, not club music playing or rap music playing, it is a coffee house.

The coffee and ice cream were great. Yet, there are some random people sitting out front, but there were no issues.

Mobil in orders always delayed. People walking in get faster service. Mobil orders not always right, after I leave I have to come back to get my order corrected. Today's Coffee Day, have to make a purchase for a free medium coffee, so not 100% free. I get a large coffee FREE!, using my rewards.

I've only been to this location twice when I was in Florida. It's far from the worst location, but the first time I went, someone asked me for money, even asking if I had a bank account. The second time I visited they messed up my drink (I got an Iced Coffee with French Vanilla Swirls and Liquid Cane Sugars and I only tasted the French Vanilla Swirl for an extremely tiny portion of the drink, and the rest of the coffee tasted like milk and nothing else) and gave me a subpar bagel.

This dunks was good, they were fast, but I wish they would have asked if we wanted the cream cheese on it back in Massachusetts if you want them to do it, you have to ask, backwards here and comes to my second point did you'll shrink the size if the cream cheese it's not enough, which gets me to my next point of getting my bagel with the cream cheese on them meant we couldn't toast them more I got there last 4 everything bagels early at 1030 am and they didn't toast my 4 bagels sad face inserted here, I don't know why I had to be pulled over to wait for them.

Ok, so it was extremely busy when I was here. I placed an order through the app because I'm usually pretty particular with my drink and it's easier to specify on the app. I ordered a cold brew with light cream, extra mocha, and light ice. What I got had no mocha at all and what looked and tasted like extra cream. The speed of service was good though. But I would have given them the full 5 stars despite the mistake if they would have fixed it correctly. When I brought it to their attention, the guy took the drink and filled the little bit of space it had with some mocha. There wasn't that much space since I only took 1 sip before I brought it to them. So when they gave it back I would say at most it was regular mocha and still extra cream. So it's not at all as chocolatey as what I normally get when I order this same drink from dunkin. I guess it's OK, but that's it...

New remodel post quaand I can barely recognize the place! I live nearby and I used to dislike coming here because there would always be negative reactions if you asked for anything special but there seems to be a new bunch of Fresh happy faces Who go above and beyond to get you your caffeine fix. I love how the display looks of all the ice cream and cookie cakes they have to offer. I can't wait for my birthday because I'm definitely getting a cake from here. Quick service in drive thru or in person because there's more space for staff. Overall I'm very happy to have this as my neighborhood Dunkin' :)

I don’t like the way they do their donuts at this location. They don’t put the icing all over the donut like at other locations, but the store was OK. Other than that. Extremely busy and crowded. It’s hard to sit there and eat. It’s not that comfortable.

Service here is horrible, the staff seems upset for having to take your order most times they avoid having to talk or look at you. They need to go to learn customer service and the importance of return customers.

Unable to leave review on Dunkin website because both survey code and store # on receipt show as invalid. Was given the wrong coffee order, I ordered 3 donuts you gave me only 2, and of the 5 glazed donut holes I ordered, you gave me two powdered. Maybe the $1800 is better off put toward training.

Unfortunately I cannot seem to find a decent Dunkin' Donuts . I tried this one because the last experience was okay. I went in to get a sundae and had to walk over to the store manager so that she would acknowledge me and get off the damn phone. I ordered two scoops of vanilla ice cream,which were smaller than usual. The last time I visited, the last person scooped two nice sized scoops for me. After handling the phone and showing her employee what was ever on the phone, she never changed her gloves. Remember this is the store manager doing this. She used the same gloves to scoop out the ice cream. I can't imagine what kind of example she setting for the other employees. I guess I will have to find a different Dunkin' Donuts. This particular lady kind of ruined my experience

Lots of staff attending to online and drive-up patrons, a manager enjoying her iced coffee, and all staff ignoring walk-in patrons. A staffer filling a change machine finally took my walk-in order for one small coffee wirh oat milk and a sugar donut, thanking me for using a credit card. After 10 minutes and a reminder, a staffer provided the donut and, a few minutes later, the coffee.

This location is so convenient for me, that I would go there more, but I avoid it because the people working are unpleasant. Avoiding eye contact, do not say you're welcome when I say thank you, are visibly annoyed if anything goes wrong with the flow of things (i.e. the person who took my order got it wrong and they had to re-do). Why are people at starbucks so friendly? Why are people at this dunkin so rude? I feel ashamed and embarrassed by the employees when I come here, like they are communicating that they hate me with their unimpressed expressions. And there are always homeless inside, so many that there is nowhere to sit. Just close down.

They have a very fast and organized service outside! BUT all the good work for the people outside gets mess up when you received the order. I make it SUPER CLEAR what I want and the majority of the times I get the order wrong. Easy 3 creams 3 sugars. Instead I get this 3 caramels, 1 cream! NO SUGAR. Not even closed of what I ordered. Always crowded. The young employees are incompetent and rude. I asked one of the young female employees if there’s dairy in the butter pecan syrup. She just stared at me for a second and walked away. And they expect to be paid $15 per hour? I am lactose intolerant. Thankfully not a serious allergy otherwise they could have a problem. At the bare minimum you should know what’s in the products you serve. The drink was disgusting. They put way too much syrup in it. I’m moving, but even if I weren’t, I would not return to this location.

Today I was there! My daughter wanted to have a in-house experience!!! So we did!!! Beautiful place baskin and Robin’s as well!!! But no service!!! The place is huge !!! Nobody greeted us!!!! Two young people working!!! No hello how are you!!! She looked at me and told me to use the touch screen!!! In her defense she was working drive thru!!! But it doesn’t matter!!! Slowest, most inept staff I've ever experienced at a Dunkin. I sat in the drive-through line for a half-hour. For some reason they won't give you your order at the window and you have to pull up. They got my order wrong - brought me one coffee when I ordered two - granted they only charged me for one, but wouldn't correct the order because there were too many cars waiting behind me. After I had waited all that time. It's convenient to my house but I'll drive further to another Dunkin from now on because this is just awful.

I ordered ahead on the App came to the store five employees all walking around. None of them even acknowledged me that I was there or even cared that. I was waiting on a to go order. Finally some employee came up, handing me the coffee that was behind the pick up area and then, looked at the ticket to see that there was a doughnut then went to get the donut handed it to me and said have a nice day. No mention of the fact that I’ve been standing there for five minutes.

By far the WORST Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins I have ever been too! I ordered a simple 2 milkshakes and they were horrible! Too milky. I attempted to call almost immediately after leaving and the phone number picked up on the first ring and couldn't leave a voicemail message. What kind of boot legged business is this? I absolutely 100% request a refund! I will NEVER go or suggest anyone go to this location. Honestly if a person can not make simple milkshakes, she needs re-training immediately!

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I’ve been here three times, and every time they have messed up my order and taken 20+ minutes just for a coffee. I am a type 1 diabetic and need my coffee to be sugar free, yet every time I’ve ordered a sugar free coffee I had to ask and make sure it was what I ordered, and every time they had to take it back and make a new one. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I will never be returning here ever again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Dunkin' Donuts location managed by Courtney. The audacity of selling mini coffee rolls at FULL PRICE, when other locations offer rolls TWICE THE SIZE for the same price, is outrageous. But what's even worse is the arrogant and poor service provided by Courtney herself. When I brought this to her attention, she became defensive and dismissive, clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. In a shocking display of wastefulness and disrespect, Courtney actually THREW AWAY THE TINY DONUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, rather than offering a reasonable solution or apology. She then processed my credit card refund with an attitude, making the experience even more infuriating. The lack of transparency and fairness in pricing, combined with the subpar service and blatant disregard for customer concerns, makes this location horrible. Unless you enjoy being overcharged, disrespected, and treated like dirt, stay far away from this Dunkin' Donuts. I'll be taking my business (and my coffee roll cravings lol) elsewhere. Until Courtney learns the value of customer service, fair pricing, and basic human decency, I'll make sure to share this horrific experience with friends, family, and online platforms.

I asked for a hot green tea with sugar and a plain bagel toasted with butter. They got my tea right but the bagel was sooo hard it wasn’t edible at all. I truly can knock someone out with it. I try calling and no body answers. It’s pretty obvious when the bagels go stale (as I knew something was wrong when I got home and grabbed it out of the bag) and they felt that it was necessary to serve stale food to a customer. I JUST got over food poisoning and this was the first thing I wanted to eat and this is what I got. Disgusting.

Worst Dunkin Ever. I waited 5 minutes while the bimbo in front of me tried to place her order on the digital device they've installed to replace actual people taking your order. I finally left, got in my car and went through the drive-in line and was served my overpriced cappuccino right away but I don't think I'll ever go back to this location again. It's chaotic and despite having a dozen employees, you can't get anybody to wait on you if you go in the store.

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. It’s so close to my house that I go here often, but I really am going to start going somewhere else after this. I asked for too cold brews black with less ice and the picture is what they gave me. This happens all the time. You’re also waiting 20+ minutes for this location. People are rude. And there seems to be no management.

Very disappointed about the service from morning stuff, I order croissant with cream cheese which is I paid for, I’ve got nothing!!!I asked for sugar in my coffee was nothing in there!!!

Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I don’t even eat donuts, and I had no idea they were being given out for free until they were handed to me with my order. When I didn’t leave a tip, the cashier actually said “No tip?!” out loud, which was already unprofessional. Then I noticed I was charged for the donuts that were supposed to be free. On top of that, my coffee wasn’t even made correctly. Customers should never be pressured or shamed into tipping, and they certainly shouldn’t be charged for something they didn’t ask for.

When my turn comes, an elderly lady jumps in front and the girl saw the whole thing. No acknowledgement no sorry nothing. Clear descrimination. Will never go to this location again.
