Evelyn’s was great! Upon arrival, we were able to easily get a seat at the bar. They offer a great cocktail selection. I was impressed by my espresso martini, I think it’s one of the best I’ve had in Fort Lauderdale. Once seated we had a great meal with beautiful presentation. I’m a vegetarian and was happy with the menu options. My husband is a meat eater and loved his steak. Dessert was delightful. Service was also wonderful. I wish we’d tried Evelyn’s sooner. Valet parking is complimentary. Can’t wait to return!

I had the pleasure of dining at Evelyns tonight and the tasting menu was phenomenal! From the presentation of each item on the menu, to the genuine care of each person on their staff, they went above and beyond to make this meal a special occasion! Every bite was better than the next. Thank you Brandon Salomon, Christopher Genovese, and our server Plamen. What an incredible experience and amazing meal! The beef tallow candle, the octopus, the homemade hot sauce, the branzino, and of course the truffle hummus all were to die for!

The design is coastal, modern, and inviting — the kind of ambiance that instantly makes you exhale. The menu is exquisite — light, Mediterranean-inspired dishes prepared with care and creativity. Every plate feels intentional, beautifully balanced, and perfectly portioned. I’ve dined here multiple times and it never disappoints — whether it’s a brunch by the windows or a quiet evening dinner. The service is consistently exceptional, warm, and professional — attentive without ever being intrusive. For me, Evelyn’s is that perfect blend of luxury and comfort — elevated but never pretentious. It’s my little hidden gem in the city. If you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale or lucky enough to live nearby, Evelyn’s at the Four Seasons is absolutely worth the visit.

What a lovely restaurant and this hotel is top-notch highly recommended each meal has been perfect perfection. Also mass is a Michelin star restaurant that I will try next time and I got to see Dolphin s 🐬 eating breakfast. I got so lucky. :)

We ordered some refreshing mocktails and started with the truffle hummus, and I must say that’s probably one of the best hummuses I have ever had. We also tried the falafel wrap and the burger. Some will say that’s basic, but not here. The taste was phenomenal. Gregory, our server, was really sweet and attentive. We will return to try their dinner menu.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Royal Treatment Every Single Morning at Evelyn’s – Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Evelyn’s at the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale has become my absolute favorite place to start the day. I eat breakfast here regularly, and without exaggeration, I am treated like royalty every single time I walk through the doors. The hospitality is on another level—warm, genuine, attentive, and consistent. The entire team makes you feel seen, valued, and cared for from the moment you arrive. The food is nothing short of exceptional. Every breakfast is beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and full of rich, fresh flavor. Whether I’m in the mood for something light and clean or indulgent and comforting, Evelyn’s delivers with elegance and precision every time. The quality of the ingredients, the balance of flavors, and the attention to detail are truly Five-Star. What really makes Evelyn’s special, though, is the people. The staff remembers you, anticipates what you need, and treats you with a level of respect and warmth that’s rare даже in luxury dining. It’s not just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and it sets the tone for an incredible day ahead. I had the pleasure of having lunch at Evelyn's today and it was absolutely fantastic. I was dining alone and sat at the Bar and was taken care of by Julio. He was warm, inviting, knowledgeable; and made my experience incredible so special shout out to him. I had the Hummus and the Snapper sandwich and both were incredible, but great food can only get you so far. The really kicker is when it is matched with service like Julio provided. Props to you sir.

Had an absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Evelyn to celebrate our anniversary, made even better by our waiter, Plamen. He was attentive without being overbearing, genuinely warm, and gave us great recommendations. Service like this turns a great meal into an experience. We hope to be back!

The Evelyn’s Fours Season restaurant accentuates ambience at the highest level of excellence. To preface, the staff is excellent! Everyone is super accommodating, helpful, and enthusiastic. The food is fresh, delectable, and presentable. Romario (the manager) is excellent! He is what everyone restaurant needs; he is professional, genuine, and personable. Amazing service and beautiful view! Initially came for a quick drink before headed to breakfast at another location but quickly decided to have it at Evelyn’s instead. Our server Daniel was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. Will definitely be dining here again.

Visited Evelyn’s for the first time for our anniversary. We decided to order the 5 course menu, Taste of Evelyn’s. Every course was delicious. We especially enjoyed the truffle hummus, the branzino and the wagyu skewer. The service was amazing. Our waiter and the rest of the staff were so warm, friendly and attentive. We were even given a complimentary glass of rose for our anniversary. Also the Chef came out to explain some of the dishes. All in all, wonderful anniversary dinner.Would recommend and can’t wait to go back.

I am currently on a very restrictive elimination diet for health reasons, and I was very worried I wouldn’t be able to find anything to eat at Evelyn’s. I had been looking forward to coming here before my health issues started, and after giving them the list of the only foods I can eat, they went above and beyond, creating me my own menu to enjoy the wonderful experience that is Evelyn’s. My family and I were able to eat some of the best food we’ve had and everyone was so kind to me when it came to my diet. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants a top notch dining experience. Their Michelin rating comes very well deserved.

Our tasting experience was amazing! The food flavors are unique and so delicious. Service was top notch. I recommend doing the wine pairing if you do the tasting experience. Each wine paired so perfectly with each dish. Our food favorites were the white truffle hummus, branzino, potatoes, and passion fruit dessert.

me and my girlfriend went for a date night love the hotel! the atmosphere is fantastic. great ambiance. The service is impeccable. the cocktails were fantastic. but the food left a lot to be desired. not a huge diversity of food. what we did eat was well prepared, well made and tasted overall pretty good. I did have the wagyu beef which was probably the best wagyu beef I've ever had in my life extremely buttery. very tasty. also, I highly recommend the hummus we had the classic hummus. the hummus was absolutely something we couldn't stop talking about. the pita bread was insane literally a 18 thumbs up for the pita bread and hummus .... just wish the menu had more diversity as far as meats and maybe some more sides. oh before I forget the spicy potatoes side item was absolutely incredible.

I was on the beach for a conference so I thought that it was the perfect time to try. It was a bit difficult to find, however, the hotel staff were helpful directing me to the elevators to the 3rd floor where the restaurant lives. I was greeted pleasantly by the bartender and then the hostess collected my first and last names even though I told her that I was not a hotel guest which I found odd. I was served water and menus quickly as I was seated at a lovely table with a view of both ocean and pool. My server approached and asked if I had dined there before and proceeded to explain that the menu is Mediterranean focus while the chef also incorporates locally sourced food. He suggested the wagyu skewers and the side of broccolini. The food arrived promptly with a great presentation that I will include in a video. The broccolini was perfectly grilled and served over a smooth hummus and delightful. The wagyu skewers were a bit over flavored with BBQ and although I had ordered them medium rare it was extremely rare. I would prefer under cooked to over cooked so I muscled through it but my server did not come to check in a timely manner for me to send back to cook further. I was half finished when he finally approached and said he would relay it back to the chef. He did not initially offer to take it back for another but when he did, I declined since I was half finished and I just cut around the raw portions. It might have been prudent to offer something like dessert for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch but for price point, I do expect a bit more. I did enjoy it based on the atmosphere and food could have been much better but I could perhaps try again. The menu had some interesting items.

We had our lunch and breakfast here. Staff is well trained, attentive, but overall service is slow. Food is low quality, bland, and boring. My omelette and my husband’s scrambled eggs didn’t taste like they had eggs. Everything we tried was 3/10, except Pavlova desert which was good and champagne / amaretti were also good.
