Really fresh burgers right off the grill, almost burned my mouth, amazing! Nice and crispy fries too! Great prices, even for an airport location. Classic burger toppings options that offers as much variety as an airport location allows. If you need a good burger between flights, this is the place to go! Right down Terminal C.

Grabbed a regular berger and beer. Berger is very good. Stopped here because it had the highest ratings in the airport. Obviously it's the airport so seating is iffy. Would recommend people eating here.

Just like everyone says, there are some bad stuffs but for me it’s not too bad. It was slow service, difficult to find seat, and one of the worst was almost all ketchup bottles are empty. But when it come to the food quality, they’re not bad. Actually their chicken tender, Berger and fries are pretty good

Had a fun interaction with the cashier about my miniature cup of coffee another place in the airport gave me, she had great customer service skills. I got the southwest burger, I think they forgot the tomato, and I didn’t really taste any corn salsa, but it was a good level of spice, not too much, the beef definitely was not good quality. The onion rings were great! Definitely recommend those.

I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and got a Fiji water. It was good, I added lettuce and tomato because it doesn't come with it. You probably have to wait a little bit because a lot of orders are coming in.

The ladies at Shula Burger rocked today. While we don’t normally eat a full on meal at the airport, we were starving so we ate. The ladies cooking answered many questions without a hitch, always polite and very helpful. The burgers were good, but the staff working at 12:30pm on 6/16/25 were very professional and very kind! Very good Caesar salad. Terribly inefficient and slow service. Almost everyone had a problem with their order, and our food took 25 minutes for a simple salad.

No One working the register. Used kiosk. The one burger we wanted that was on the display menu wasn't on the kiosk. No one around to ask, only kitchen personnel. Also fountain drinks were not available to order on kiosk but they clearly have them.

Staff here is the high point. Efficient and helpful. I was particularly needy with multiple requests and they hooked me up. Food: Burgers aren’t bad. Shake tasted watery. My wife said the chicken & fries were fine. Tables & floors were pretty dirty but all the staff were pretty busy.

Onions rings were fresh and tasty. The chicken on the salad was inedible. The Sierra salad was very basic and not at all appetizing. Threw salad after 2 bites. Wasted $17

It was pretty good I got the bbq burger, fries and a fiji water.

There aren't many options in the terminal, and I picked this over chili's. The line was long, but moved along pretty quick, but seating is very limited so you will probably end up eating in the terminal. I got the bbq burger, and it wasn't bad, but definitely not worth $8. The patty is so thin that you barely taste it inside the thick bun. I think next time I will pick chili's.

Expensive yet average food at Fort Lauderdale airport. They do have a small breakfast menu and do serve coffee. None of the outlets are functional. Unable to charge your phone.

Super disappointing. Used to be much better. Staff is overworked and generally disinterested; going about their roles mechanically. Burger was not caramelized, very generic quality. Bun seemed a day old. Fries were over salted. But the place was pretty clean

I usually don’t do reviews but the staff at this place are unbelievable. They just stare at you . I waited at the register for 10 mins saying hello before anyone came , meanwhile there was a worker staring at me the whole time not busy doing anything . She never came to ask me hey have you been helped or what would you like nothing . Then this being my first time eating here I thought they bring the food out to you. No . You have to go get it no one told me anything . So I spend another 15-20 mins sitting waiting on the food that was already ready. Mind you I’m the ONLY customer in this place at the time . This is very unacceptable, very much bad business. The food itself is decent though nothing special .

If you want to wait too long (~20 minutes) for an eminently mediocre burger while watching the staff lackadaisically munching away in the food prep area, this is your place. They make you use a kiosk (which I do prefer) and don't give you the fountain drink you ordered with the food, then send you back up front (which is lame). It was a quiet evening and none of the tables were bussed/cleaned. Suggest skipping in favor of the other burger places in Terminal 1.

Staff are good, food is ok but the restaurant in general is very dirty. There is nobody cleaning the tables or anything else. We had to clean our table ourselves and put the previous diners rubbish in the overflowing bin. Restaurant is understaffed.

They offer quite a selection of burgers. You can even create your own. But the meat isn't that tasty and has hard chunks in it. I ordered a California burger because it has avocado in it. However, they forgot to tell me that they ran our if avocado, so I was left with just some lettuce and the paddy for the same price.... The fries are super tasty! I'd prefer Red Robin over this a million times!

Ordered the "Shula Burger", supposed to come with 2 angus patties and was served with only 1. The manager told me this was normal. Don't go to this restaurant.

Just unbelievable what a bored, I don’t give a … face the people working at this place have. She wasn’t even able to reply with anything after me saying Good morning, after paying and I thanked her she mumbled something. The other girl just placed the bag on the counter with the food and looked at me. I asked if this is mine, she nodded with her head towards the bag. I couldn’t believe it, so she pointed again towards the bag with frustration after noticing my hesitation. My chicken was completely raw. Not a little pink, RAW. My first bite was a bite of breading and thank goodness it was and I noticed that the breading didn't even feel cooked. They offered to give me fresh ones and I was like absolutely not. They did give me a refund, but it was just basically like.... Here's your $6 go away and so sorry. Absolutely never again. Disgusting.

I spent 18mins waiting on 1 veggie burger. The service is so slow. After realizing that the passengers boarding the flight was about finished I made the decision to leave without my burger. Management need to hire staff that understands what it is to be efficient and also more staffing at this peak holiday season. I paid $10.68 to stand in line and left without my food or refund. This is terrible service and something needs to change.

It's nice to see some different places at the airport than the usual fast food places, and I've eaten at Shula's steakhouse before, so I had higher hopoes for this place. And those hopes were dashed. First off, you order from an large digital kiosk (like McDonalds), but the options for drinks, burgers, fries, etc are not so obvious. There was someone working the front area to get your fountain drinks for you, but he helped me run my credit card, and then walked away. I got my receipt and then waited in a line to pick up my cooked to order food (which is normally a good thing). The employees working the food area were the most sour looking people I have ever come across. They called out numbers separately which confused people picking up their orders. They were very slow in making the food as well. My burger was ready before the fries, so instead of wrapping the burger and placing it under the heat lamp, they put it in the bag on the pickup counter and waited for the fries which they basically dumped into the bag. I then asked about my drink and they said I should have received it when I ordered. Well, that didn't happen because the up front guy was too busy trying to replace the water bottles in the little cooler and couldn't be bothered. There was one person standing in the cook prep area just kind of standing around and I guess avoiding cleaning the dining area as they had tables and counters blocked off as part of their establishment, but every table was dirty. I wiped down my table with wipes as it was gross and the airport had no areas in which to sit and eat. The burger was overcooked and the fries dried out from over-frying and apparently, not changing the fry oil on a regular basis. This place was disgusting. Next time, I'll grab a pre-packaged sandwich from the newsstand on the other side of the terminal.

I only give this the 1 star because it's required. Do not waste time or money. Raw hamburger. Sent it back, got it back raw again. Fries didn't taste like fries. I couldn't even eat the hamburger.

The person at the register whose name appears to be Ke’Shari took over ten minutes to come out of the back, the two men making the food walked right passed me and didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything to this woman that someone was standing in the line. When Ke’Shari finally made her grand entrance she stood there and rolled her eyes at me as if she was not very pleased that she had to take my order. She did not even say hi or anything she just stood there staring at me and I had to say hi to her. Horrendous customer service.

I purchased a burger today, and the beef had little sticks that looked like bones. A couple stuck in between my teeth. I was in a hurry and didn’t have a chance to complain. Something to be in the look out…

Had the shula burger, completly tasteless, mines came with shredded lettuce, toms & pickles… Ugh i ate a 3rd as was thinking about not wasting my money. Cashier was very nice but we waited 40 minutes for our food and literally watched the cooks take frozen onion rings out and dump them into the oil. Dirty, slow, gross. So many bad things in one experience. First, ordered on kiosk, then sat down. Luckily my wife had some medical grade wipes to clean the table as everyone of them was trashed. No napkins on many tables.Order a shake then was told they were out of shakes. Then asked for my wife’s drink and there was no ice? Had to wait 10 minutes to get ice? By the time I got back to the table it was cold food for me. They gave us two orders of fries and rings, we only ordered one. This place has to be the most mismanaged place I’ve ever been too, but to be fair the burgerfi in the airport wasn’t out of burgers so maybe the second most mismanaged place.

I waited 16 minutes for these 2 to stop giggling back there and come take my order. When she comes to the register, she said ‘I hope you want fries cause that’s what we got”. Very rude - but pretty just much knew what I was in for when I approached the register.

I don’t typically review but unfortunately this was not a place that I would eat at the airport. I thought there was an exception of great burgers here. I order the Mushroom and Swiss burger medium. What I received was a half melted piece of cheese, a very small portion or Mushrooms and a burger that was hard as a hockey puck. All served on a stale bun. I ordered chicken tenders, paid for them and then was told there were none. I asked for some mayonnaise to be told they were out of that as well. The only thing remotely edible was the fries because they were hot. If you’re at the airport and looking to eat, the line may be longer but go next door to Rocco’s Tacos. Do not waste your time or money here.

My recent experience at Shula Burgers was incredibly disappointing. The staff was completely disinterested and showed no hospitality whatsoever. However, the worst part was the food. The burgers had a disgustingly rancid taste. I have never spat out food before, but this burger was so revolting that I couldn't swallow it and had to throw it straight into the trash. It seemed like the oil used to cook the burgers hadn't been changed in weeks. For a price of $20, I expected at least something edible, but this was beyond awful. The burger was extremely rancid and not fit for consumption. I would strongly advise against eating at Shula Burgers if you're looking for a decent burger experience. Never again!

Wow, talk about nasty food and lackluster service. I've been in some pretty decent airport eateries and this place doesn't even try to be edible. Burger patty was precooked and then tossed on the flat top to reheat it. They douse it with water from a squeeze bottle that was filled from a sink one of the employees had just rung out a dirty rag in. As soon as I hit submit I'm contacting the Fort Lauderdale health department...seriously.

I’d give it zero if I could. Service is insanely slow - folks making the food are in slow motion (of the crew of 3, one lady just walked around and did nothing), they filled orders for people who ordered after others, customers had to wait so long that some asked for money back and others were begging for their food bc boarding was happening. Overall mood is depressing. Based on other ratings this must just be a bad day? But I’m definitely not exaggerating what we saw and experienced.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order the veggie burger. Absolutely the worst veggie burger I’ve ever had. I couldn’t finish it. Don't trust any of the 5 star reviews. The only way to give this place 2 stars is if you are comparing to McD or King. No way this place can earn 2+ stars.

We were there late in the evening so the line wasn't too long but it did seem to take awhile to get our food. Then, our order was wrong and they were very nice about remaking it, but both of us got very sick from the food that evening 😞 We had a chicken Caesar and a Santa Fe chicken salad.

Employees are disinterested in speaking, assisting or even doing the bare basics of the job. Took 25 minutes to get food- delay was chicken tenders. Apparently, the machine was not translating to the team in the back, that people were ordering tenders. You would think the manager would do something, or make announcements when someone ordered tenders- but no, why bother? (She was taking orders) milkshakes and salad not available, yet people were allowed to place the and were told after the fact. They then had to wait for a refund, which further held up the already long line… Food is the equivalent of frozen food from Walmart. I ordered a burger, no pickles- ended up with tomato, and nothing else. No lettuce or onion. I can’t imagine this is what Don Shula envisioned when all this first started.

The not so welcoming lady at the front was just yelling to everyone in a very rude manner that ordering was only through the kiosk and whenever anyone wanted to ask a question, she was very rude. This was the messiest subpar burger. Questionable if it's really beef. Super cheap ingredients. Everything was hard to eat. Fries were flimsy and not salted. Chicken was precooked and rubbery. Never eat here. Staff was so dismissive.

I have never seen a food venue in the airport this bad ! All the women hang out in the back . When I finally had a woman take my order she was frowning didn’t want to be there and did not understand English . She didn’t know what a draft beer was even though there were three taps . I ended up getting a can of something else . Worst service ever . People would walk up and then leave because there was zero service up front ! They just stared at you from the back !!! Management change now !!

If I could give this place a -10 I would. I’m sitting here right now looking at them play around and goof off like they are not at work. First off, It took them over 20 mins to get a kids meal together. Secondly, when I finally got my food the tenders were so burnt that I couldn’t eat them. And thirdly, We had to clean off a table on our own cause the staff was playing around too much. This play should be ashamed of themselves. This makes no sense as to how unprofessional they are.

I purchased two Shula burgers (with everything) at the Ft Lauderdale Airport terminal one. When I opened them they were plain cheeseburgers. I went to ask them if I can get everything on them, She said they don’t come with anything. I showed her the picture representing the Shula burger and told I requested everything. She wasn’t happy that I asked them to add the lettuce etc., she went to the cooks and told them to replace these burgers. They were all horrified that someone would have a complaint. One cook handed it to another, and said “who gets this?” The other person snatched it and gave it to me. When I got to my seat to eat it both burger were as burnt as they could be. I took it back and showed her and told her that this was done on purpose. She asked do I was to replace it? I said no! I am not going through this again. The service was awful, the replacement was not edible, and all the workers got into a nasty attitude due to this easily rectified situation. This was the worst of the worst food experience I have ever had.

I understand that these employees might be short staffed. However, the service overall was truly horrible. I was given a cup of water that was visibly dirty and had to ask for a new one. The cashier at the front did not ask for my name, which I believe led to other issues. After waiting for sometime, I noticed I had not received my food while other people who had ordered after me received their meals. I had gone up to the counter multiple times asking for updates, and no one served me my meal. Turns out my food was given to another customer (probably due to the lack of my name). I had to wait almost 30 minutes just for a burger and fries. Very poor service and unhygienic. If you are hungry at the airport, please take your money elsewhere.

Insanely slow staff. No one is interested in working at all. Took 40 minutes waiting in a line of 3 people before ordering and receiving the food (not lunch or dinner rush too, I'd add another 15 for that). You may miss your flight if you order too close to boarding. In the photo you can see orders just sitting there waiting to be delivered to tables. For a mediocre burger it may be a safer bet to go to chillis next door.

I spent 18mins waiting on 1 veggie burger. The service is so slow. After realizing that the passengers boarding the flight was about finished I made the decision to leave without my burger. Management need to hire staff that understands what it is to be efficient and also more staffing at this peak holiday season. I paid $10.68 to stand in line and left without my food or refund. This is terrible service and something needs to change.

Didn’t want to go here but not much at this airport. The food is expensive and atrocious. Chicken tenders are awful with subpar chicken and so is the chicken sandwich. Fries have zero flavor. $40 for garbage.

Never had a shula burger before yesterday. And if I base trying again on that experience, I’ll probably never try one again. They seemed to be rushed and disorganized. Not sure if the milkshake machine was down or they were just short staffed and didn’t have enough hands on deck to make shakes, but they had all the milkshakes listed as sold out…at 1pm in the afternoon?? Very disappointing experience.

The order taker was so rude that we didn’t order and left. All the other restaurants had lines of people waiting for service. No one was at Shula, and I see why after speaking with the girl at the counter.

The girl at counter hated her job and customers and clearly did not want to be there. She had such a hateful attitude I didn’t order and left. Imagine if she received the same treatment. I noticed they weren’t as busy as other places at the airport and I’m sure it was because of the poor service.

Caution: the cooks handle raw meat and then touch everything else - buns, lettuce, receipts. There is no food safety here. I watched the cook handle raw meat then touch all the cheese, buns and lettuce. There are two other workers that could have helped assemble. But they were not doing anything and seemed to not enjoy being there at all. I know airport people probably suck, but following general food safety rules is bare minimum. Thats not only disgusting, its also unsafe and can cause food poisoning. Would not spend your money here.

Didn’t even get to order. The not so welcoming lady at the front was just yelling to everyone in a very rude manner that ordering was only through the kiosk and whenever anyone wanted to ask a question, she was very rude. It was obvious she didn’t want to be in that place. Really poor management. Also food is subpar.

The worst meal I have ever eaten at an airport and I travel quite a bit on a year. I had the chicken sandwich. It was tough and the bacon was not cooked. Fries were horrible. Horrendous experience. Better off buying a sandwich at Hudson’s and eating it.
